Análise do apoio dos sistemas de informação para as práticas de gestão ambiental em empresas com ISO 14001 - estudo de múltiplos casos

The purpose of this article is to identify the contributions of Information Systems (IS) for environmental management practices, as well as the opportunities and challenges in this relation. Thus, we performed two case studies with Brazilian enterprises certified ISO 14001, by conducting interviews, document analysis and direct observation. As results, we present the identification of the main contributions of information systems for environmental management practices in the studied cases, the verification that a more advanced stage regarding IS is a factor that implies a more effective contribution, besides finding challenges and opportunities in this relation. The main contribution of this research consists of the presentation of a framework that identifies the support of information systems for environmental practices.

O saber fazer docente na educação para a sexualidade em Coimbra, Portugal: a realidade de 02 escolas de ensino básico

The research addresses the teacher know-how in relation to how it is crafted to education for sexuality in two public schools in Coimbra - Portugal, with teachers from different areas of the 3rd cycle of basic education (humanities, sciences and biological sciences), which corresponds to the Elementary School II in Brazil. It will be based on law 60/2009 of August 6, regulated by Decree 196-A of April 9, 2010 of the Ministry of Education - Portugal, which establishes the implementation of sexual education in primary and secondary schools across the country. This research is funded by FAPESP - Research Support Fund of the State of São Paulo, process number 2011/12902-3. The research was based on a qualitative approach, conducting case studies and using semistructured interviews for data collection. The performance of the topic of sexuality and gender relations at Portuguese’s classroom aims to provide young people the opportunity to exercise their sexuality in a responsible, healthy and pleasurable way. The law seeks to ensure that this work is established in the Portuguese school effectively. Therefore, the trajectory of teachers formation (initial or continuing) will also be a focus of this research, to understand how and where it is built and how they act in their daily classroom practices, with their students the sexuality and gender relations

O twitter enquanto ferramenta de Relações Públicas para construir relacionamento: um estudo multicasos

Technological development in the IT and telecommunications sectors have transformed the way organizations communicate with their audiences. Social Media allow the exchange of information instantaneously, in a communication from many to many. With few studies in the area, many companies venture into the social media without a strategy and a generally end up denigrating their image itself. Thus, this study was conceived from the idea of contributing, analytically, based on the main concepts of Public Relations so the organizations effectively take advantage of their online presence to generate relationships, more specifically, on Twitter.Twitter is a social media with a mature public, requiring dynamics of information and quick answers, based on dialogue, referring to the idea of text messages (SMS). To better expose the results of this research, three organizations with expertise in twitter were chosen: Bradesco , Positivo Informática and Ponto Frio. The choice of case studies was based on the different segments that each one operates and that they are large companies with reputable commercial operations in the Brazilian scenario. To analyze their profiles, several authors were studied, like Fábio França, Maria Aparecida Ferrari, Margarida Kunsch e Marlene Machiori.The intent of the analysis of the Twitter profiles of these organizations is to understand whether they are using strategies for creating and maintaining relationships with your followers and how this occurs from specific categories, as other companies have committed serious errors and impairing their business because of mismanagement in social media. Therefore, the profiles were analyzed from the netnográfica methodology. Estudo urbano e ambiental da circulação urbana do bairro de Santo Amaro, cidade de São Paulo

This work is resulted of studies about the urban circulation in the modern cities. It was developed from two case studies: the city of São Paulo, specifically Santo Amaro's neighborhood and the city of Regensburg in Germany. The urban circulation of these places was analyzed starting from the premise that the daily of the inhabitants is a relevant factor to be considered. It was researched the types of transportation, the accessibility, and the clearance of public transportations. One of the main purposes of this work was to present general guidelines for the improvement urban circulation in the modern cities, as well as to supply didactic material that contribute to the reflection about urban circulation focusing priorly on the problems of traffic of driving force vehicles

Influência dos estados emocionais em jogadoras de handebol

Questions of psychological interference have been white of the researchers, that identify in the emotional states, a key precious and important in the fight to get a significant result in the esportivo context. The present study it raised questions of interest of sciences of the sport, objectifying to check the influences of the emotional states of players of handebol and its possible interferences in the esportivo income. We work with a qualitative research, leading given next to the athletes and commission technique of the team of handebol of Sorocaba; using questionnaires structuralized and halfstructuralized for the collection of data. All the gotten results had been represented graphically and analyzed front to the theoretical referencial of the area. These results in had shown them that inside of the searched universe, consequentemente exist some factors that intervene with the esportivo income of the majority of the athletes , affecting in a generalized manner the income of the team. In this way we have that it is not only enough to give attention to the physical training, technician and tacticians. It is necessary to give a special attention to the psychological factors of the athletes, so that in a competition they can relieve everything that that has condition to relieve. Finally, we more suggest deepened research inside of this area so that let us can better understand and take attitudes with regard to subjects as the Daily paymenstrual Tension and the question of the leadership, in the form of case studies. We also suggest an intervention of work of a psychologist of the sport acting next to team since the phase of definition of objectives until the ends of the championship.

Estados emocionais em professores recém-formados: análise contextual

In general, the early career is a period marked by crises. Hubermam (1992) points out that this period is considered by the teacher as one of life's most difficult professional teaching. According to Machado (2004), the physical education worked only in competitive perspective in school, does not contribute to the school to perform its social role. This approach encourages the use of stigmas, labels and prejudices, so common in school, that marginalize even more students from lower classes, and can make the sport of high performance within the school walls create students with low self-esteem and low motivation within other possible disorders . Thus, this study presents the fundamental importance to aid and support to novice teachers, so that they can understand, and address key emotional aspects that interfere in their practice. Thus, our aim was to identify the most recurrent emotional processes in novice teachers identify and also how these emotional states can influence the professional and personal attitudes of these teachers. Through a bibliographic we seek statements, reports and case studies that provide enough material to our analysis and interpretation in order to collaborate with the study area and proceed to proposals that are not unreasonable or tied to the current system. Among the emotional states reported in the literature, we highlight the main, more present and influent in the beginner teacher as listed as follow: Anxiety, Stress, Fear, Shame, Low Self Confidence and Motivation. Considering these states, Damasio (1996) reports that the United Emotional directly influenced the style and efficiency of cognitive processes, in other words, interfere with the performance of teachers in the teaching front. Determinantes e indicadores de eco-inovação

This study aimed to gather the determinants and indicators of environmental innovations through a literature review on the topic. But before it was made a presentation of concepts and typology of eco-innovation, with different points of view. The determinant more found by most authors was regulation, followed by market factors, cost reductions and company image. To highlight these determinants were presented some cases studies, including evidence in Brazil. Aproveitamento de Água de Chuva Para Fins Não Potável

Over the years, water has become an increasingly valuable resource and scarce, this situation is attributed to factors such as population growth, poor distribution and increasing degradation of water resources as a result of indiscriminate human activities in the middle environment, making their dwindling availability and increasing its cost. I n this context , the use of rainwater for non-potable purposes begins to be stimulated in Brazil , as a measure to preserve this resource , while in countries such as Japan and Germany , this technique has already been used for a long time. The ability to capture rainwater reduces the demand for sanitation companies, also resulting in cost reduction with the water bill and the risk of flooding in the event of heavy rains. The stored water is used only for non-potable purposes, such as toilets, taps into the garden, for washing vehicles and clothing. This work was developed with the aim of presenting the importance of rational use of water, associated with viability constructive economic and consumption of the installation of rain water harvesting, and for that, considered four case studies. From this study, it was found that the implementation of this system has led to a reduction in costs of water and sewer consumption poses no hazard to the user and its installation does not require significant changes in building construction, however, in relation to the economy, should be made a detailed analysis in each case for investment to bring a suitable financial return within the lifetime of the system

The Micro and Small Enterprises are in a special group of companies it given potential for development, employability, and integration into society. Although in Brazil they have high mortality rates, resulted to creation of the Statute of Micro and Small Enterprise in order to encourage it through tax benefits and advantages in public procurement processes. However, the other side of the debate, the public procurement process is the moment when the Public Sector relates to the Private Sector to materialize works, services and shopping. These procurement processes have itself weaknesses, such as excessive bureaucracy, delays and corruption, leading us to inquire: is a good idea promotes the development of micro and small enterprises through weaknesses procurement process? This paper aims to make a historical and bibliographical review on the Creative Economy, from its birth to the implementation of this in the Brazilian scenario. Through this historical review, we intend to point out the main problems and prospects for this branch is in an incipient stage in Brazil, despite the recent institutional growth and increased financial incentives. The justification curtails the fact the literature on the creative economy in Brazil is extremely sparse, limited to articles based on case studies and legislation itself and plans of the Department of Creative Economy (SEC) of. Thus, we intend to help the promotion of this business booming and has low theoretical analysis.
