Dança indiana e dança do ventre: representantes da cultura oriental e suas influências na cultura brasileira

Este trabalho passa pela grandeza da dança e faz através de uma revisão bibliográfica, uma busca das características que constituem a dança indiana e a dança do ventre, verificando quais destas mesmas característica estão presentes no Brasil. Esta verificação determina o nível de influência que ambas as danças exercem no país. Com isto, verificou-se que o hinduísmo como característica principal da dança indiana está muito presente na vida dos que buscam a arte. O mesmo ocorre com a dança do ventre, que apesar de uma imagem um pouco denegrida, tem seus aspectos vivenciados e apreciados pelas mulheres. Além disso, o trabalho remete ao multiculturalismo e às características do oriente, em que as danças são representantes destas. Com o primeiro, verificou-se que estas artes são um meio de propor mais diálogos, mais conexões entre as culturas, e com o segundo, dão a possibilidade de refletir sobre nossos modos de vida. Desta forma, diante das características que no Brasil estão presentes, é possível crermos que há uma forte influência destas danças, que pode ser refletido simplesmente pela aceitação dos brasileiros, e que faz com que as mesmas continuem crescendo no país.

Ecologia, cultura do consumo e juventude

Neste estudo desenvolvemos algumas reflexões sobre possíveis relações entre ecologia, cultura do consumo e juventude. Partimos da hipótese de que a juventude, estando mais vulnerável às investidas do mercado, em uma sociedade marcada pelo “hiperconsumo”, se encontra em frágeis condições para a formação de atitudes mais saudáveis nas relações com o seu ambiente compreendido nas dimensões física, grupal e da própria subjetividade. As relações entre ecologia, cultura de consumo e juventude são estudadas por meio da coleta dos sentidos produzidos por adolescentes e jovens que se configuram nas chamadas “tribos urbanas”, tais como se expressam em letras de músicas e em discursos colocados em circulação na rede internacional de comunicação. Trazemos para o conjunto de nossas reflexões algumas letras de músicas de grande sucesso compartilhadas entre a juventude, especificamente aquelas intituladas “emocore” ou “hardcore emocional”, que configuram um estilo de grupo em seu viver urbano. Rastreamos nas músicas as marcas de um estilo de vida em suas conexões com modos de consumo e com arranjos de sentidos no dinâmico movimento da cultura. Também colocamos em evidência um conjunto de falas que nos permitem identificar outras marcas de relações entre o jeito de ser jovem e as possíveis buscas de soluções para problemas existenciais por meio da composição de modos de consumo. Deste modo, a abordagem da ecologia sustenta a instituição de um ambiente cultural em que acertos de convívios estabelecidos no interior de um determinado grupo implicam em formas de consumo.

Orientação sexual nas aulas de educação física escolar

Sexual Orientation is present in the school setting, due to human relationships among all belonging to this area. Being a cross-cutting theme, this theme pervades the Physical Education and allows discussions related to the gender, body and media, respect for diversity, disease prevention and other topics that the contents of body culture allow to deal. With observation and participation in the school context, through a stage of more than a year, we realized the need to address the issue of sexual orientation with students. In addition, there is a dearth of articles dealing with this topic, a factor that complicates and limits the search fields of material for the teacher preparing lessons and address the issue. Thus, this study aims to develop classes to subsidize the practice of teachers of physical education in relation to Sexual Orientation. The preparation of activities was carried out from a bibliographic review and experiences of the researchers, presenting new possibilities to teacher to treat this subject in classes of that discipline. The topics covered are intended to demystify some pre-concepts related to gender in bodily practices that are socially constructed. Also, presented a way to address STDs and teenage pregnancy, topics not found in academic magazines of the area used in this study. Treating Sexual Orientation in Physical Education classes may seem at first a tricky and of difficult data collection. The teacher must seek this knowledge so that it can address the issue with students in a transparent and really effective not being only informative classes meaningless or decontextualized thoughts

Influência da luz LED na cultura celular de Mieloma múltiplo murino–NS1 in vitro

A monoclonal antibody (mAb) is an important tool in medical biotechnology and the production of biopharmaceuticals, especially for disease diagnosis and treatment of infections, because the antibodies have a significant advantage over chemical agents used in conventional therapies . The last thirty years the technology of production of monoclonal antibodies developed mainly the technique of obtaining in vitro, but also of their production is laborious, the cost is high. A major element of the high cost of production is the fact that the long-term culture consumes a large amount of imported inputs with high added value. A major contribution of this work is to promote cell growth more quickly and efficiently. Currently, a great race to discover new technologies and techniques to synthesize new antibodies and significantly increase the production of murine mAbs. New technologies such as laser and LED are innovations and widespread in modern life, so much so that its use has proliferated worldwide, primarily in the medical field. Recent studies show a series of results from the influence of the LED light in biological tissues such as: increasing the rate of cell proliferation, increased production rate of fibroblasts, increasing the rate of synthesis of RNA and DNA synthesis of ATP, etc. To assess the contribution of the LED in the culture of Myeloma NS1murino compared to the standard procedure. - NS1 cells were provided and followed the criteria of culture medium of the Laboratory of Cellular Engineering Center of Botucatu (POPs). The same amount of cells was grown in bottles of 25 cm2 polystyrene Tissue Culture Treated, specifically marked and kept in special medium RPMI 1640 Gibco BRL  supplemented with fetal bovine serum 10%, essential amino acids and non-essential, glucose, insulin and antibiotics. A concepção do aluno sobre o papel da educação física na escola após a experiência de acampante

Camping alloys the implementation of a broad variety of activities that involves many aspects of the corporal culture of movement. There is much more than fun in games and plays and that’s what we seek to include in the children’s daily routine. The Physical Education professional has as one of its duties to teach these elements, such as the knowledge related to the citizenship formation to its students. Therefore, the participation in camping can contribute to this formation, since the students have the chance to realize the amplitude of Physical Education and change their view on it, even at school. The aim of this research is to investigate after the camping experience, if the students change their conception on the Physical Education role at school. This study has used qualitative methodology consisting on interviews done prior and post the students camping experience at the school . Ten students of both gender, aged between 13 and 15 years old, were interviewed. It was used a script with semi-structured questions. As the main result it has found an unanimity among the students towards the importance of Physical Education: the responsibility for the health and it’s also arisen discussions on cooperation and respect. Although they recognize that the teacher does not discuss these values and attitudes; two students believe that to have changed their view towards school Physical Education after experiencing the activities proposed in the camping. Despite most of the students haven’t changed their concept on school Physical Education, they had the opportunity to see new activities and to think more carefully about the importance of Physical Education classes at school, an opportunity on building a more critical view on the discipline.

Quantificação de CO2 e vapor de água nas interfaces bairro-cultura de eucalipto da reserva Floresta Estadual Navarro de Andrade no município de Rio Claro - SP

Environrnental issues are in focus lately, mainly due to climate change that have been registered in recent decades. Some of these changes are attributed to the increased atmospheric concentration of greenhouse gases induce, main1y due to anthropogenic emissions. These gases act by absorbing heat in the form of electromagnetic radiation emitted by the planet, and after a time interval, reissuing such radiation in various directions, including back to the surface, causing overheating of the same. Projections indicate that climate change wiIl tend to increase even more. Because of this, in recent years a number of studies are being conducted on the dynamics of inducers of greenhouse gases, especially C02, because that is primarily responsible for the development of that phenomenon. To better understand the flow of C02 are studied specific areas, as regions bordering the forests, soils that are under preparation for agriculture, urban areas, among others. Forests are an important sink for C02, because during the process of photosynthesis, this molecule is captured and used to obtain glucose. Thus, studies of the regions bordering the forests contribute enough to the understanding of the dynamics of C02. Because it requires a large amount of factors, the concentration of CO2 in a given location is very variable and this makes it much more difficult to understand their dynamics and, consequently, the action of the enhanced greenhouse effect. Being a relatively new area of study, there are many controversies about the consequences of the greenhouse effect, so that the community does not believe that climate change resulting from human action. Currently the company suffers a heavy influence of media, through their tentacles people are reached and clawed into a consumerist context, and the reason for the success of this market share is linked to aesthetics. An ideal beauty standard is followed, aimed at recognizing social, emotional success, professional and loving. Thus, people are accustomed from his childhood with the image of a perfect prince or princess, heroes that is becoming increasingly more muscular and developed throughout the evolution of cinema. While the aesthetic perfection is internalized by society and see that this beauty is not a particular good for some people, but everyone should become pretty standard to suit hence those who do not fit this stereotype are somehow excluded from the circle of society standard. One way people try to develop and hone the look is through weight training exercises in specialized academies. The problem is when it appears not the contentment of the individual in relation to his body. Even when your muscles are increasing, for the person who suffers from Vigorexia changes are significant to the point never to be content with their state of development, which is seen distorted and underestimated. Thus this paper aims to describe the situation and how the routine Vigorexia context and people are distorted to suit the aesthetic and social demands that are made, through a literature search on the muscle dysmorphia. It is of paramount importance to know the pathological picture of Vigorexia not only by professionals of Psychology, Psychiatry and Medicine, but also for Physical Educators that are constantly present in an active and that can positively or negatively influence the routine and pathological picture of these people with Muscular Dysmorphia

Proposta curricular do estado de São Paulo de Educação Física: pontos negativos segundo a visão dos docentes do ensino médio

Nos dias de hoje, com o grande interesse da população sobre esportes e lazer, a Educação Física vem se propagando e se desenvolvendo de diversas formas, entre elas a Escolar e a Acadêmica. Em função disso, surgiu o interesse de descobrir como são as aulas de Educação Física no Ensino Médio. Para tanto, procuramos averiguar, a partir da visão dos professores, quais são os principais pontos negativos da Proposta Curricular do Estado de São Paulo de Educação Física rede Pública Estadual de Ensino. Tendo por base os professores da rede Estadual de Ensino demos início a esta investigação. Para tanto, foi aplicado um questionário, contendo 6 questões, em 9 professores da “rede”. Após as análises, os resultados mostraram que grande partes dos entrevistados apóiam a iniciativa do Governo Estadual em criar a Propostas Curricular. Tais professores dizem também que o ensino melhorou, porém é necessário que melhore e que tanto o profissional de Educação Física como a disciplina escolar devem ser mais valorizadas.

We visited and analyzed the museums: Museum of Energy Rio Claro - Mill Park Corumbataí, Catavento Culture and Education - Social Organization of Culture, Centre for Scientific and Cultural (CDCC) and Studies Center of the Universe - CEU. Física de partículas no ensino médio: uma análise de materiais para apoio didático

This work consisted in analysing five materials which mean respect to subjects related to Particle Physics, aiming to explore their potentialities for the use in the High School levels, particularly by physics teachers. On this perspective, we sought to describe the contents of each material and point out their potentialities as material of didactic support. They are: 1. The purpose of Secretaria da Educação do Estado de São Paulo, presented in the Teacher's Guide of the Program São Paulo faz escola; 2. The Game Sprace Game, elaborated by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN); 3. The book O discreto charme das partículas elementares, written by the professor Maria Cristina Abdalla; 4. The video O discreto charme das partículas elementares, based on the book of Professor Maria Cristina Abdalla which was produced by TV Cultura in association with the Ministério da Educação e Cultura” (MEC). The book Partículas elementares no ensino médio: uma abordagem a partir do LHC written by Wagner Franklin Balthazar and Alexandre Lopes de Oliveira, from the collection CBPF - Tópicos de Física. The work was constructed on a qualitative perspective, that is, it did not attempt to quantify the help that each material could offer to Physics teaching. One sought to describe and analyse, from different theoretical frames, their potentialities for the use in the High School level. The results indicate that all the materials analysed can contribute to the Physics teaching, and beyond, as they own format and approches distinct from the subject, they can be used as a whole or in parts, together or separately, depending on the objectives to be reached and on the profile of the target public

A imagem do técnico Bernardinho na opinião de alunos graduandos e professores de Educação Física escolar

A importância da mídia no mundo atual é evidente, pois ela exerce muita influência no âmbito da cultura corporal de movimento, que engloba lutas, danças, ginástica, conhecimento sobre o corpo, esporte e jogos, conteúdos de extrema importância para a formação do cidadão, ditando fazeres sobre as diversas práticas corporais e criando novos modelos de consumo. Dentro desse contexto o ídolo esportivo é intercambiável, negociável e consumível como imagem. Sendo assim a representação que um ídolo exerce sobre o indivíduo (telespectador) é referência de atitudes e a mídia contribui para a construção dessa imagem. Por causa dessa exposição, o técnico de vôlei Bernardo Rocha de Rezende passou a ter maior ascensão no cenário esportivo nacional, resolvi realizar esse estudo para investigar a opinião de alunos graduandos em Educação Física e professores da Educação Física escolar sobre a imagem do técnico Bernardinho. Objetivo: O objetivo do trabalho é investigar como a imagem do técnico Bernardo de Souza Rezende (Bernardinho), influenciada pela mídia, é interpretada por alunos graduandos em Educação Física e professores de Educação Física Escolar. Metodologia: A metodologia desta pesquisa de natureza qualitativa será realizada em duas etapas, sendo a primeira referente a uma pesquisa bibliográfica, e a segunda etapa relativa ao trabalho é entrevista semi-estruturada. A entrevista foi realizada com 10 alunos de graduação nos cursos de Bacharelado e Licenciatura em Educação Física da Universidade Estadual Paulista – Campus Rio Claro e 5 professores de Educação Física escolar. Casos de ensino relacionados à educação física escolar: uma produção dos alunos do ensino médio

Teaching cases are records, through written narratives, of an academic episode or incident, they appear in educational scenery as a rich strategy not only for the teacher's conformation but also for their investigation. The bibliography shows that young students are still not very much investigated and it contributes to the establishment of negative images of this social subject. In this sense, the objective of this work is to analyze the stories and episodes, called teaching cases, in narrative style, written by students from High School about their physical education classes. The participants of this study are High School students from two public schools from two cities in the countryside of São Paulo state. The researcher stayed in the schools for nine months and in this meantime she made contact with the students, asking, for the ones who showed interest, the construction of teaching cases. For this interested students, the researcher explained researcher explained what teaching cases are, as well as, she presented a template to guide them in the production. At the end of this process, twenty teaching cases were delivered to the researcher. They were analyzed under the qualitative approach, valuing the expressive wealth in the narratives, complemented by the interviews with the authors. Inset the mosaic of narratives and interviews, showing a variety of experiences and possibilities of distance and approximation of the students to the physical education classes, we can indicate that from the 20 cases, only one was set as a total distance from the physical education classes (this is the student's situation since she was in the second grade from elementary school). Mentioning the positive experiences and the approximation to the physical education classes, the association of teaching cases and interviews showed that seven students lived the context and until today present an affective proximity to the classes. Ensino de lutas e educação física escolar: o caso do currículo de educação física do estado de São Paulo

O atual cenário do ensino da Educação Física no Brasil caracteriza-se como um complexo campo de conflitos, no qual emergem e embrenham-se diferentes proposições teórico-metodológicas, originadas desde meados da década de 1980 no processo histórico de emancipação, superação e ressignificação da Educação Física. Tais concepções, em contraposição ao criticado e tradicional ensino técnico-esportivista, propõe que na escola os conteúdos abordados deveriam propiciar a apropriação crítica e autônoma das diversas manifestações da Cultura de Movimento. Sendo assim, cabe analisar como os professores, autores e não meros aplicadores, lidam com mudanças curriculares. É primordial analisar criticamente as práticas pedagógicas dos professores que vivenciam e implementam tais mudanças curriculares. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar como se caracteriza a relação saberes docentes-ensino de lutas entre professores da rede pública estadual de São Paulo, no cenário de implementação do currículo oficial de Educação Física. Foi realizado um estudo de natureza qualitativa; os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com professores e professoras atuantes na rede pública. Os resultados evidenciaram que o déficit na formação inicial dos professores, contribuiu para o trato pedagógico superficial do conteúdo lutas em suas aulas. Com isso, dificultando o desenvolvimento do conhecimento pedagógico do conteúdo dos docentes, que atribuem sua principal fonte de conhecimentos sobre o tema a recortes oriundos da influência midiática e da proposição de atividades a partir do Currículo de Educação Física do Estado de São Paulo.
