As contribuições da Educação Especial para promoção da educação inclusiva nas normativas brasileiras

Este texto objetiva apresentar, de forma crítica, uma retrospectiva pontual das normativas brasileiras que orientam a escolarização de alunos da Educação Especial, na perspectiva da educação inclusiva. Em defesa da revisão dos procedimentos de ensino na formulação das práticas educacionais inclusivas, as normativas sugerem mudanças importantes quanto: ao lócus de escolarização do público da Educação Especial, a definição dos que dela se beneficiam e a revisão do seu papel em prol da consolidação da educação inclusiva. As normativas indicam ainda orientações específicas no que diz respeito às providências instrumentais, infraestruturais, e de ajustes curriculares, entre outras. Tais recomendações intencionam assegurar condições mais favoráveis de progresso acadêmico aos alunos com deficiência, transtorno global do desenvolvimento, altas habilidades e/ou superdotação no sistema público de ensino. Pelo intermédio de um julgamento criterioso dos textos normativos referentes aos documentos legais selecionados, espera-se contribuir para a compreensão das formas de organização da Educação Especial no atendimento às necessidades educacionais de uma parcela significativa do alunado. Recorda-se que esses alunos, que necessitam de com condições diferenciadas de ensino, por longas décadas ficaram afastados dos conhecimentos valorizados pela cultura escolar, entretanto, com a adoção de políticas públicas, que respeitam e valorizam a diferença, formas de escolarização e de participação direta no ensino comum tem sido uma prática real no sistema educacional brasileiro.

The aim of this study was to develop a case study of road Aparecida, where it noticed a large movement of people with disabilities who use the road, bound for the city's churches. Another objective was to compare the minimum dimensions established by law, with the dimensions of the spaces (slope of ramps, wide sidewalks, etc.) on the road of Aparecida. Starting from this fact, a study was done on the architectural barriers faced by people with special needs and disabled. It was also made a field survey in order to know the opinion of the users about the accessibility of pregnant elderly and disabled in the road. Technical visits were also made in order to detect sites with access problems with special needs. Also were proposed guidelines for renovation of the building where the road works

O lazer e a difusão da moral protestante

This study of qualitative nature, aimed to investigate the relations arising from experiences in the context of leisure in recreational activities offered in religious camps, with the spread of Protestant moral values .. The study was conducted with the union of literature and exploratory research. First, we sought to understand, through the specific literature, the Protestant society manifestation with its ethics and values, showing how leisure has been sought and appropriated by Protestants institutions. Subsequently, we developed an exploratory research, using as instrument for data collection a mixed questionnaire, applied to a purposeful sample comprised of participants of a religious camp of Protestant institution. Data were analyzed descriptively by Technical Analysis of Thematic Content and indicate that the activities offered at religious camp can diffuse Protestant values directly intentioned, in order to carry religious values so intrinsic to the task, and, indirectly meaning as a tool of evangelism, which are supporting the process of transmission of these values

Caracterização morfológica e fenotípica de leveduras do gênero Cryptococcus com ênfase na pesquisa de Cryptococcus neoormans isoladas de amostras de água de mar e areia de três ambientes costeiros do estado de São Paulo: Canal de São Sebastião, Baixada Santista e Ubatuba

The yeast Cryptococcus neoformans is the etiologic agent of cryptococcosis, an infectious cosmopolitan disease that affects humans. Although rare, this disease is potentially fatal, especially for immunocompromised hosts. This pathogen is frequently isolated from excrements of pigeons and parrots, with many environmental sources such as birds, pigeon droppings, eucalyptus leaves, decaying trees, towers, churches and places of storage of grain (the port area). The isolation of this microorganism has been obtained also from the aquatic environment. The identification of environmental sources is needed to protect human health, especially susceptible populations such as immunocompromised. Therefore, this study investigated the presence of Cryptococcus neoformans in yeast isolates obtained from samples of sea water and sand from three regions of São Paulo: São Sebastião Channel, Santos and Ubatuba. Isolates were analyzed according to micro-and macroscopic characteristics and biochemical tests: microculture, urease, ink nankin, auxanograma, zymogram and phenol. We analyzed 199 isolates, 175 of which had features suggestive for Cryptococcus spp. in microculture. All these 175 isolates were sown in the Christensen urea middle to verify the production of urease and submitted to the technique nankin ink to visualize the capsule. Of these, only 24 were selected for the next test that was the auxanograma (assimilation of carbohydrate and nitrogen). Of the 24, 10 were tested in zymograms (fermented sugar), from which 5 were selected for the phenoloxidase test in medium containing dopamine. None of the 5 isolates tested had black or brown color characteristic of Cryptococcus neoformans. A voz inicial dos professores sobre o processo de inclusão escolar num curso de formação continuada em EAD

The inclusive classroom, focused on individual differences, it is becoming more frequent and constant within mainstream schools. For this practice to be successful, there must be a different work by teachers, methodology, teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials. Thus, the teacher who works directly with students with disabilities, find factors that facilitate and hinder this practice, making it essential to study of such factors, so we can understand and contribute to assessment and implementation of strategies to minimize the need that this pedagogical practice imposes. This varying needs, from the simple as using different materials to work in the classroom to the broader and more complex, as the reform in schools. Thus, these aimed to survey and analyze the conceptions of teachers on facilitating and hindering aspects of the schooling of students with disabilities in the regular classroom as well as check their training needs. The method used was ruled a quantitative approach to data collection was through a closed questionnaire containing 35 questions with Likert scale. The study included 904 teachers who underwent a course of Improvement in Inclusive Educational Practices, the same was applied when students entered the course, but had not had contact with the course content. The result showed that most teachers agree that all students with disabilities have behavior problem, dividing the assertion that the disabled student disrupts the class of the colleague who has a disability. Considerações sobre a inclusão escolar de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais na educação de jovens e adultos

This work carried through an exploratory study with nine students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) that had passed for the scholarship in last the ten years and who were registered in the modality of Education for Young people and Adults (EYA). The objective was to identify the effect of the inclusive education, with regard to access and equity in education, in relation to the acquisition of reading, writing and calculation, having as reference the initial cycle of literacy. The research was developed with students aged between 16 and 46 years, in a city in interior of São Paulo (Brazil). About the participants, three were attended the Term I: (1ª and 2ª series), three the Term II (3ª e 4ª series) and three the Term III: (5ª series). An Instrument of Evaluation was elaborated, with specific questions of Portuguese language and mathematics. The study found that in the last ten years, of the investigated group, few students had frequented regular school and those who attended were for a short period of time. The great majority studied, in recent years, only in special school, against the current legislation of inclusive education policy in the Brazilian educational system. Although the students receive the classification of students with SEN, the scholar system demonstrate difficulties in taking care of these students in theirs specific demands of learning and remain, still, the necessity of adequate training of teachers to work in the inclusive schools and to attend the diversity present in the classroom.

Análise das diretrizes curriculares dos cursos de licenciatura em relação à formação de professores para inclusão de alunos com necessidades especiais

As políticas educacionais inclusivas, difundidas a partir dos anos 1990, vêm favorecendo o aumento do número de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais (NEE) matriculados em classe comum, no entanto, os professores que os recebem, em sua maioria, estão despreparados para atendê-los. Tomando como base essa situação, o presente estudo teve o objetivo de analisar as orientações contidas nas diretrizes curriculares dos cursos de licenciatura em relação à preparação dos futuros professores para inclusão de alunos com NEE. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa documental. Foram selecionados recortes temáticos nos textos das referidas diretrizes de maneira a identificar os extratos que contemplavam recomendações ou comentários referentes ao processo de formação dos professores em relação à inclusão de alunos com NEE. Pelos resultados obtidos nos documentos analisados, constata-se, com raras exceções, uma significativa carência de orientações claras e amplas a respeito do tema em questão. Portanto, considera-se que as referidas diretrizes precisam ser aprimoradas em relação à questão em pauta. Com base nos conhecimentos desenvolvidos na área, sugere-se que as mesmas orientem a inserção de pelo menos uma disciplina sobre o tema inclusão de alunos com NEE; a inserção de conteúdos afins nas demais disciplinas dos cursos de licenciatura; a disponibilização de estágios em salas de aulas inclusivas, bem como a indicação dos conteúdos a serem trabalhados. Avalia-se que a efetividade do processo de inclusão dos alunos com NEE assenta-se na articulação entre as políticas educacionais e as políticas de formação dos professores.

Escolarização de alunos com altas habilidades/superdotação: um apoio virtual

According to current legislation, is part of the Target of Special Education, students with high abilities/giftedness (HA/G). However, it appears that there are few studies on efficiency and effectiveness of diverse pedagogical practice for students with these characteristics. With increasing globalization, are multiplied opportunities for transnational education programs and educational services, particularly through the Internet, increasing the need for information services and accreditation of institutions and educational programs. This study aims to: a) develop a website containing information on high abilities/giftedness; b) evaluate the design of teachers on applicability of the site; c) analyze the contributions posted on the site. Therefore, it was available to the participants of this research produced site. Consisted on the site, among other information, those relating to HA/G indicators. Was sent a questionnaire via the Internet, with nine closed questions and two open, to 2000 teachers, registered in the database Improvement Course in Educational Practices Inclusive conducted by UNESP, under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Vera Lucia Messias Fialho Capellini. Data were considering frequency responses. For the treatment we used the Google Docs. As result Program Observed how teachers are lacking this subject deserves further Top depth. Concerning the site he was Considered by the participants as a support tool to the teacher, Which helps to identify and recognition of Individuals with HA/G and contributes to information, training and practical pedagogical way. This, is expected to Contribute to the dissemination of this issue in society as well as the Possibility of Minimizing the myths about this population, since such myths exist due to the lack of information

O uso do rádio e da TV por instituições religiosas: um fenômeno crescente nos mais variados canais de comunicação

In the present study aimed to study the use of radio and television in Brazil by the various Christian aspects rooted in the country. The main objective was to analyze how the churches define the orientation or the use of strategies of both comprehensive and traditional media vehicles, which are still the most popular mass media, both for the formation of culture and national public opinion in both states and municipalities, which demarcate and retain regional traits that differentiate culturally, economically and socially diverse Brazilian populations. Christian churches are increasingly seeking loopholes and legal facilities, public spaces and broadcast media to facilitate the achievement of followers of their theological ideologies. On the radio, on television and also through social networks of the Internet, pastors, priests, bishops and lay Christians to seek their potential both in public space and home individually, using old and new individual devices and portable reception of audiovisual content. Opinião de professores sobre a sexualidade e a educação sexual de alunos com deficiência intelectual

Using a questionnaire for quantitative and qualitative analysis, this descriptive study investigated the opinion of 451 teachers about sexuality and sexual education of students with intellectual disabilities. The majority (94.2%) perceives the sexuality of their students with intellectual disabilities, identifies their desire to date (38.3%), occurrence of questions (35.8%), sexual games and masturbation (19.6%) and the inappropriate behavior (6.3%); before that, they have positive feelings (37.5%) and negative (53.8%). Teachers believe they can contribute to the sexual education of their students (87.8%), however, they considered necessary the own training (39.9%) or the support of the school and the family (24.4%). It is important to invest in continuous training in sexual education for teachers working in inclusive schools.
