A importância do programa Luz para Todos na redução das disparidades regionais brasileiras

Este trabalho pretende investigar a eficiência do Programa “Luz para Todos” - LPT, na alocação de recursos financeiros para os estados mais carentes da nação. Para tanto, utiliza-se o ferramental da Análise Exploratória de Dados Espaciais (AEDE). Inicialmente, elabora-se uma análise univariada para o PIB estadual per capita, verificando-se dois clusters significativos para essa variável: um, com valores elevados e outro, com valores reduzidos. Em seguida, utiliza-se a mesma metodologia para avaliar os recursos alocados pelo Programa LPT, detectando-se os estados com valores significativos para essa variável. Por fim, é realizada uma análise bivariada confrontando a renda per capita estadual contra os recursos alocados pelo Programa LPT em cada estado. Os resultados sugerem que o Programa LPT cumpre parcialmente sua função social, pois dois estados “ricos”, Minas Gerais e Goiás, possuem como vizinhos, estados que receberam quantias abaixo da média do referido Programa.

A escolarização da literatura infantil nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental: um processo subsidiário aos fins pedagógicos

Literature is a treasure for humanity and for the school. It causes psychological function of the individual, inserts it in the context of various cultures and historic moments, and, by having formative nature, School and Literature are intrinsecally related institutions. But literature is not the end of the first teaching, while the school has the purpose of teaching literature. Literature is not a source of good leads standards; have to be educated without this process to misrepresent. Thus, it was estalished is to investigate the inadequacy of schooling of Children's Literature pointed out by Soares in 2006, is still reality that becomes present in school or if there was any change in that status. Specific objectives were established: 1)Scanning separately in each of the books education system, from first to fifth grade of elementary school, according to the following categories involving education of literary reading: selection of genres and authors; presentation of these genres and no change from one genre to another; 2)analyze the way children's literature is presented by note-books analyzed education system develop the sensitivity of the student for pluris-signification and expressiveness of literary language, while fulfilling its social function and knowledge; 3)review the comprehension activities of literary reading proposed by notebooks to seize their educational goals. Therefore, we carried out basic theoretical research, demonstrating the functions of literature and the teaching of literature in school, and documentary research. A escola na condição de não lugar

This article portrays the changes that schools and education have been undergoing since the Middle Ages to the contemporary era. Its main focus points at the subjective issues that underlie the school as educational space necessary for the maintenance of society. It ends by showing that the school currently is losing its historical, relational and identity function (essential issues to structure a society) and is becoming a non place (concept of Marc Augé), into an institution without apparent social function, held only as a still a consumable and profitable commodity.

Formação continuada de educadoras infantis

Este artigo pretende realizar uma reflexão sobre o papel da extensão universitária na Universidade e relatar um projeto de extensão desenvolvido junto a educadoras infantis, com o objetivo de formação continuada. Para tanto, defendemos que a extensão universitária deve buscar o resgate da dimensão social e de universalidade buscando maneiras de educar e formar profissionais que intervenham na sociedade de forma autônoma e reflexiva, por meio de um currículo dinâmico e flexível. Nas considerações finais, a reflexão é sobre a importância da formação continuada de educadores para que se garanta a luta na busca pela melhoria da Educação brasileira e o exercício da função social da Universidade.

A pedagogia do jogo no contexto escolar

As the ludic taking the second place at school environment, on account of logical and rational activities and the excessive charge of a professional achievement of children by society and, also, the own family, the school doesn't become a pleasant ambient of frequenting. This study wants to understand, in a better way, the utilization of ludic activities as a pedagogic support into the learning and the development of the cognitive, emotional and creative potentiality of children in different education system (public and private) of Ibitinga-SP. It also investigates the docent attitude and practice during the ludic activities and its repercussion in the students' performances when introduced. The bibliographic researches present that the utilization of games, as a pedagogic resource, contributes to the learning process and to the human development of the students from the first cycle of the Elementary School. The School has to rescue the desire of learning, which is playing, the most natural way. The research's target audience are teachers from the Ciclo I of the elementary school and the focus is the utilization of the ludic into the different areas of teaching, considering the context that the schools are embedded. The reality observation, which enables a straight contact with the researcher and the study object, helped out with the issue comprehension. It was possible to identify that the utilization of ludic activities as a pedagogic strategy does not happen just because of knowledge absent, but also because of the submission to many goals imposed by the education system and/or by the didactic materials used, which don't have any worry to valorize the period of develop that the students are living, filtering out some characteristics from the phase that contributed to the learning. O professor como mediador da facilidade/dificuldade de aprendizagem do aluno

This study arose from many issues that permeated the undergraduate degree in Education about the role of schools in society, and how this, which also represents space and time, has influenced the lack of pleasure in learning of school students fundamental. Thus, we intend to review the context of the formal school emergence in Brazil, noting its social function and compare the changes in the initial model to the present day. The aim is also to analyze the writing of a group of students about school design, which was transferred by a teacher who participates in the Extension Project: Teacher Education for Specialized Educational Support Services to Students with Learning Disabilities in order to articulate the extent to which the school contributes to the feeling of not belonging student at school. Políticas públicas e direitos de crianças e adolescentes: o papel da mídia na expansão da cidadania

This paper presents results of an evaluation of the quality of the coverage of issues associated to the preservation of rights of children and adolescents in the eight main newspapers of major cities of Bauru (Sao Paulo State) administrative region, from August 2008 to March 2009. In a total of 389 assessed stories, 66% portrayed acts of legal infraction and violence with children and adolescents as victims or perpetrators, with a fragmented and superficial perspective; 34% are greater approaches about public policies aimed at the preservation of social rights. The results show the existence of a smaller number, yet significant, of stories which presented extended and more contextualized approaches. From a general view, we can point out that the contribution given by the media as a form of vigilance over the execution of public policies has been limited, which justifies the concern of demanding, from the mass media, measures to fulfill the role attributed to them by contemporaneous democracies to the strengthening of citizenship.

The goal for this research is to analyse the thinking of Fernando Henrique Cardoso (FHC), to understand his vision about underdevelopment nations and his teses about dependence, in order to comprehend its consequences of his the thinking for the Brazil and primarily to the brazilian Amazon region. Considering that the penetration geographical on Amazon and the history of the region make part of the totality of the process on expansion of the capitalism, in his form, function, rythm and volume of the accumulation occurred also in the other regions of the Brazil (and abroad), we have to study it in this way, showing that is a totality.
