A matemática no ciberespaço: um olhar fenomenológico para a expressão dos sujeitos

With the implementation of new technologies on the world stage of communication, Internet access has become increasingly numerous. Being sought by this means all kinds of information, from knowledge to entertainment. This paper intends to report the experience in two communities of the Internet, particularly in the social network Orkut, entitled I Hate Mathematics and I Love Mathematics, whose members are students, teachers and people who want to express how they feel about mathematics. The goal is to understand what took the members of these communities to hate or love Mathematics, clarifying the nature of the network Orkut and its contribution to mathematics education. For the analysis of data from field work, we use the phenomenological approach. The procedures followed by such approach allowed us to build four open categories: Research and Background, revealing that the research activities allow students to develop strategies, develop creativity and shows that what is learned in classroom is not just an accumulation of knowledge; Teacher's Role shows that it is necessary that the teacher understands the meaning of being a teacher and worry about being a student; Acquisition Technique, it is necessary that students be able to understand what is done and how it is done, and Sense of What is Done, to do is not directly linked to comprehend. The interpretation of these categories helped us understand the investigated giving us source to analyze how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) can help the teacher understand the student's relationship with Mathematics

O processo de integração de novos colaboradores nas organizações

This monograph ha as objective to study the process of integrating new employees in organizations. As the individual becomes inserted into a new professional reality, he is subject to some adjustment variables that can directly affect your income. Identifying this, companies started to worry about how to get these new members, since the way it is conducted is directly related to the success of your performance and productivity in the organization. The central focus of this study is to identify the characteristics of an integration program, as well as the grounds on which it is based. Thus, it is developed a literature review into three parts: the first discusses the importance of people in an organizational context, people management, organizational culture and socialization; the second part discusses organizational communication, and how it is an essential factor for the integrating process is finalized; the third part is allocated to programs of integration and report author's experience in organization Colégio Interativo. The integration process also brings benefits for new employees, once they start to feel like part of the team, is also advantageous for the organization, because the employee who knows what the company hopes it has more possibilities to meet the their needs

Gestão da Manutenção Centrada na Confiabilidade em Pontes Rolantes

The objective of this work is to perform a study applying the methodology of Reliability Centered Maintenance - MCC to a group of cranes belonging to Amsted -Maxion in Cruzeiro - SP. The work consists of a presentation of maintenance, the reasons why more and more people worry about maintenance, making a presentation on the types of maintenance, its peculiar characteristics and then do a study where you identified the functionality required by the equipment under study, identified failure modes and their probable causes, and then detail the effects and consequences of these failures. With that evaluate the criticality of these failures and identify the most significant consequences that affect safety, availability or cost of equipment operation and allow a selection of the most appropriate tasks for the identified failure modes. We will also present best crane equipment, its main components, verify that there was or not improvement in the machine after the application of MCC and make a current analysis of maintenance in Amsted -Maxion

Oficinas sobre sexualidade com adolescentes: um estudo de caso

Adolescents are commonly seen in a “sexless” way so that when the first sexual expressions appear in our young people they are permeated by worry and fear. In this context, the school spread the vision of sex and sexuality, as hazardous due to risks of sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy. Thus, seeking to encourage reflection on the part of adolescents with regard to sexual life, workshops were developed with 15 students in a seventh grade student at a state school in the city of Jaboticabal, São Paulo. The findings of this research indicate that adolescents have conceptions of sexuality marked by repression, including the maintenance of sex roles traditionally established. The implementation of interventions in the form of workshops revealed that the group has become an area that favors the reconstruction and rebuilding of meanings through the questions and judgment of values and attitudes socially imposed.

A pedagogia do jogo no contexto escolar

As the ludic taking the second place at school environment, on account of logical and rational activities and the excessive charge of a professional achievement of children by society and, also, the own family, the school doesn't become a pleasant ambient of frequenting. This study wants to understand, in a better way, the utilization of ludic activities as a pedagogic support into the learning and the development of the cognitive, emotional and creative potentiality of children in different education system (public and private) of Ibitinga-SP. It also investigates the docent attitude and practice during the ludic activities and its repercussion in the students' performances when introduced. The bibliographic researches present that the utilization of games, as a pedagogic resource, contributes to the learning process and to the human development of the students from the first cycle of the Elementary School. The School has to rescue the desire of learning, which is playing, the most natural way. The research's target audience are teachers from the Ciclo I of the elementary school and the focus is the utilization of the ludic into the different areas of teaching, considering the context that the schools are embedded. The reality observation, which enables a straight contact with the researcher and the study object, helped out with the issue comprehension. It was possible to identify that the utilization of ludic activities as a pedagogic strategy does not happen just because of knowledge absent, but also because of the submission to many goals imposed by the education system and/or by the didactic materials used, which don't have any worry to valorize the period of develop that the students are living, filtering out some characteristics from the phase that contributed to the learning. Numerous studies in physical education and music's area have been conducted to improve the quality of life and health of people, all of them under physiological, psychological and social fields. Thus, when properly analyzed, both Areas are connected, because the movement itself, main subject of physical education, has a close proximity to the rhythm, an essential element of music. That's why it is important to discover the benefits of this relationship, because, in many of its practices, physical education makes use of music, for example, in aerobic gymnastic and dance classes. As a consequence, this study aims to investigate, through literature, the influence of music in physical activities and its imprinting in the states of mind and body of practitioners, as well as clarify the criteria for choice of songs that are used in such practice. This research occurred under literary explore, done through theoretical analysis of the thematic. At first place, a contextualization of the auditory system and its relationship with the music and the perception of sound were made, then the main theme was explored. The music, even before generate and influence motor and psychic movements in the human body, is already moving in space, because it is formed through vibrations of molecules. It is decoded first as a movement from the ears, and then decoded as sound, when in the brain. It is important to worry about sounds at high intensities and also with those which are outside the hearing thresholds within physical activities involving music, because they may be harmful to health and also to states of mind.
