Ações de apoio à gestão das Unidades de Conservação e o Programa RPPN Paulistas da Fundação Florestal

A Fundação para a Conservação e a Produção Florestal do Estado de São Paulo – Fundação Florestal, órgão vinculado a secretaria do Meio Ambiente, tem por objetivo contribuir para a conservação, manejo e ampliação das florestas de proteção e produção do Estado de São Paulo. A regional de Botucatu atua na gestão de Unidades de Conservação (UC), sendo elas a APA (Área de Proteção Ambiental) Corumbataí – Botucatu - Tejupá, a APA Ibitinga e a APA Rio Batalha. APA é uma UC de uso sustentável destinada a proteger e conservar a qualidade ambiental e os sistemas naturais ali existentes. Além disso, atua também na criação de Unidades de Conservação, em especial as RPPNs (Reservas Particulares do Patrimônio Natural), que é uma categoria de UC privada, com o objetivo de conservar a diversidade biológica. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo descrever as atividades realizadas durante o período de estágio, em especial aquelas voltadas ao Programa RPPN Paulistas da Fundação Florestal. Sabendo que a RPPN representa uma importante participação da sociedade na conservação da biodiversidade e da grande dificuldade encontrada pelos proprietários na gestão de sua reserva, com o objetivo de ampliar as estratégias do Programa RPPN Paulistas, foi desenvolvido uma entrevista com os proprietários mediante um questionário, estruturado em 5 partes, sendo elas: quanto à criação da RPPN, quanto à gestão da RPPN (Plano de Proteção e Plano de Manejo), quanto às atividades desenvolvidas na reserva, quanto ao grau de satisfação, e comentários finais, críticas e sugestões. Das 62 RPPNs reconhecidas no Estado de São Paulo, 21 proprietários participaram da pesquisa. Foi identificada a importância de parcerias entre proprietários de RPPN e as universidades. Avaliação de momentos fletores em estruturas de fundação tipo radier em concreto armado

It aims the comparison of these moments between an analytical plates theory and a computational numerical simulation. It is accented the details of studies about analytical theory as well the process, step by step, of a program that has as an influence the method of finite elements. The theory of plates has an extremely importance when it is talked about slabs and it takes as a base some fundamental hypotheses (that the middle point of the plate is considered flat and under formable) the points that are normal in relation to the middle surface is not considered because of its intensity that is irrelevant in comparison to the rest. The computational programs offer good results when they are applied in a correct way and, it resolves numerous functions in a short period of time. The objective is to highlight the importance of bending moments, its points of maximum and minimum, that has the objective of realize a good reinforcement sizing for a reinforced concrete. Furthermore, it can propitiate an economy in places that is demanded a small quantity of steel, before dimensioned for a load that is distributed in all the surface of the plate, at the same intensity

Fundação Casa. a mútua descoberta da realidade do outro

In this paper we present a report of a project developed with young people who were in detention on the CASA Foundation, former FEBEM in Araraquara, in the period in which the activity occurred. Our goal with the project was twofold: that our presence at the Foundation supports the young people in that institution with leisure and social reintegration, and to enable students to make experience of new strategies for teaching undergraduate and citizenship training. The project developed there was entitled "The Art of Storytelling" and, and despite its catchy title, actually had a much less ambitious goal, which was not just enable artists to exercise the storytelling, but chiefly to raise awareness that our worldview and our inner lives are made up by micronarratives, which not only place us in the universe into which we belong and also creates our own identity. Having this perspective as a starting point and following the theoretical assumptions of Paulo Freire, for whom the learning process is interactive and based on the exchange of experiences, we held five meetings and the experience was enriching, both for students and for the Foundation´s youngs that took part in this activity.

Ignacio de Assis Silva e os estudos literários

This paper aims to honor the semiotician Ignacio Assis Silva printed by the intensity in all his activities, emphasizing mainly on the accuracy insightful essays, which made him not only one of the most important promoters of semiotics greimasian in Brazil, but one of those responsible for its development. It should be noted also that he served with dedication in the Postgraduate Program in Literary Studies FCL/Araraquara UNESP, including efforts since its founding. The program owes much to him and others of FCL semioticians for the healthy integration between programs, Linguistics/Portuguese Language and Literary Studies. The latter was even initially, a literature program focusing on semiotics greimasian. Join together with all his persistent interest in building a "theory of language", which deeply and tenaciously pursued in their classes and in their texts and can be detected in Figurativização e metamorfose: o mito de Narciso (1995).
