De estagiário a professor: a entrada na carreira docente e os saberes elaborados durante os estágios supervisionados

Considerando a crescente preocupação, bem como a necessidade dos cursos de formação de professores se voltarem para a importante etapa inicial do processo de aprender a ensinar, esta pesquisa focaliza o período de ingresso dos professores na carreira docente e o modo como os mesmos percebem a importância que tiveram os estágios supervisionados em sua formação. O pressuposto aqui estabelecido é de que os professores que ingressam na carreira docente mobilizam uma série de saberes elaborados no decorrer de sua formação, e que grande parte deles são construídos ao longo das experiências vivenciadas nos estágios supervisionados. Os sujeitos participantes da pesquisa são licenciados em Pedagogia pelo Instituto de Biociências da UNESP Rio Claro, formados entre os anos de 2006 a 2008, atualmente docentes da rede pública ou particular de ensino, compreendendo, portanto, a fase inicial de entrada na carreira docente (HUBERMAN, 1995), que corresponde aos três primeiros anos de docência. Foram realizados levantamentos bibliográficos e discussões teóricas sobre os principais eixos da pesquisa, que focam os estágios supervisionados (PIMENTA; LIMA, 2004), os saberes docentes (TARDIF; RAYMOND, 2000) e a entrada na carreira docente (HUBERMAN, 1995; MARCELO GARCÍA, 1998, 1999a, 1999b). A partir de entrevistas com os sujeitos, fora analisada a relação entre a importância dos estágios supervisionados e a entrada na carreira, como meio de responder à hipótese de que os saberes elaborados nos estágios supervisionados são uma base para a entrada na carreira, embora possam não ser suficientes para suprirem as necessidades vivenciadas no trabalho cotidiano em sala de aula.

Formação de professores: uma breve reflexão sobre as razões da escolha profissional

This text, supported by the Social Representations Theory (SRT), reports some results of a research with students from the 1st/4th years of the College of Sciences and Technology from the State University of São Paulo (FCT-Unesp) on the teacher’s work/identity. We applied 278 questionnaires (free association questions on the teacher’s work and profile). Two groups with former students (five with teaching degrees and four with degrees in Education) were organized. We analyzed issues regarding the choice for the teaching profession (Geography - 3; Math - 04; Physical Education - 01 and Pedagogy – 10). Partial results: 1. There are differences between the social representations of students enrolled in Teaching and Education courses; 2. These people say the profession requires dedication and commitment; 3. They establish a strong relationship between career choice and the “taste” for the profession; 4. They believe that their role is greatly challenging: it involves helping prospective students and commitment to the school.

Aplicação do AHP em um caso de escolha dos modais de transporte para a movimentação das partes de um aerogerador

Wind power is a type of energy that is still not too explored in Brazil and, because of the lack of experience in projects of this size, there are still some problems during the stages of planning and execution of wind farms projects. One of these problems is related with the parts’ transportation logistics, since these parts are difficult to transport, because of their length, weight or shape. Furthermore, another aggravating factor is the lack of options regarding to the transportation modals that are available to do the route between the manufacture place and the project site. To help in the decision-making process about the ideal transportation configuration, aiming to reduce the dependence of the logistics’ coordinator, it was chosen to use he AHP method to compare some criteria that have influence in the modal’s choice process. The criteria, determined by the members of the company’s logistics’ department, are: transportation costs, transportation time and the risk of causing damages to the cargo. The results shown by this model, using theoretical background, that standardize the processes related to the modal’s choice

This paper aims to show the beginning of habitus and the bodily hexis construction of male ballet dancer and female player soccer. Firstly, the habitus and the bodily hexis are established by the cultural inheritance of families (advices, likes, choices, prohibitions, and work divisions). After, they are restructured by the most diverse fields where this people act, mainly in the school, specifically at Physical Education classes (in the specialized places where these classes occur). Thus, it is possible to verify the success or the failure of their path lives and the possibility of a social ascent by the choice of these practices as professional career.

A iniciação à docência em professores de educação física: os portfólios e as possibilidades de construção da profissão

No Brasil não há uma tradição de programas de iniciação à docência, mas é sabido que tais programas auxiliam na imersão e consolidação do profissional professor, que na fase inicial da carreira, apresenta necessidades específicas. Dessa forma este estudo se propõe a desvelar como um grupo de iniciação à docência (PIBID - área de Educação Física) tem construído o seu percurso no âmbito do ensino, da introdução ao ensino, entendendo esta perspectiva também como um modelo de educação centrado na iniciação. Assim sendo, este trabalho tem como objetivo central compreender a iniciação a docência no âmbito do projeto PIBID de educação física, buscando identificar os elementos que são apontados pelos estudantes como significativos nesse processo de aprendizagem. Especificamente se busca (a) averiguar os elementos que compõem a iniciação a docência dentro dos relatos dos estudantes; (b) identificar os elementos que são apontados pelos estudantes como significativos nesse processo de aprendizagem da docência e (c) analisar o sentido que estes estudantes atribuem para esta experiência na compreensão do ser professor. Opta-se metodologicamente pela pesquisa qualitativa, estudo descritivo, tendo como técnicas a fonte documental e a análise de conteúdo. Os documentos utilizados nesta pesquisa serão Relatórios de Experiência do 1º Semestre, documentos sobre a Contribuição do Projeto Interdisciplinar, Relatos de Experiência como Aluno da Educação Básica dentre outros produzidos por bolsistas do PIBID. The evolution of techniques and materials applied to adhesive ceramic restorations resulted in the intensification of its use, proving to be an excellent method of aesthetic restoration. Some important features of this technique are its conservative preparation, which avoids an excessive loss of tooth structure and its high aesthetic value provided by the ceramic even when utilized under different color of dental substrates. The aim of this paper was to report a clinical case with full crowns, porcelain veneers and non-prep veneers, enhancing peculiarities related to the material used, tooth preparation techniques, cementing, indications and contraindications.

Plano de carreira, cargos e salários: ferramenta favorável à valorização dos recursos humanos em saúde pública

Human recourses on Brazilian Health System (SUS) are important social points because on this form the State can guarantee the health like a right of Brazilian population, based on National Constitution Dictates. The Plan of Offices, Careers and Salaries (PCCS) is an administrative tool that should be elaborated to attendance objectives of organization. It maintain the satisfaction level of workers, with a politic of Human Recourses that allows its development and so, can get higher productivity, efficiency and objectivity of services rendered at community. The aim of this study is to contextualize the PCCS like an instrument of People Management to guide and incentive one of forms to turn no precarious the work force of Public System Dental Professionals in SUS. For them, it was realized a literature review, and official documents of Health Ministry were consulted, like governmental decrees, laws, health conference written report. It was possible to verify that, although there is legal basement on the use of PCCS-SUS by Brazilian cities like a tool to attract and maintain dental surgeon developing his profession on SUS, is often the absence of valorization of this professional, and this situation no allows his exclusive dedication at health public services. Precarious work in Dentistry is still observed on many regions of Brazil.

In this research, qualitative, aimed to analyze the meanings assigned by Physical Education teachers to the relationship between continuing education and professional development stages. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight state public school teachers of Bauru/SP. The data were analyzed following the theory referential of HUBERMAN (2000), relatively to the concept of professional life cycles, and found that as well as other factors of the teaching career, on the extent of continuing education teachers also have different needs at each moment professional. In summary concluded: the early stage to teaching, they seek activities to improve pedagogical practice; stabilization phase: to solve problems in the educational context and to disseminate the academic content between teachers; diversifi cation phase: to provide a basis to work new content and to make constant updates according to educational innovations; serenity/exit: they feel the need to attend training activities in different spaces of the school.

Motivações para a (falta de) escolha pela Licenciatura em Educação Física

The frequent distortion of the teacher education in Physical Education, associating it with technical and sporting aspects, motivated us to initiate a study aimed at understanding the reasons for this misperception. For this, we performed a theoretical study, based on professional formation in Physical Education in Brazil, together with empirical research, located in the lived experience in a training course for teachers of Physical Education. Thus, the views of the students about the reasons for the choice of course, collected in on a questionnaire and literature review, we show the context of lack of choice, rather than a professional identification.

Avaliação da migração de nifas de Scaptocoris carvalhoi Becker, 1967 (Hemiptera, Cydnidae) em plantas de importância econômica e invasora em teste com oportunidade de escolha

One of the factors that affect the control of brown - roots environmental bedbug is the wide availability of plant species. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the migration of nymphs of the brown - roots between plant species of economic importance and invasive stinkbug. Eight species of plants have been established in a set formed by eight circular PVC containers, connected symmetrically with free communication to a central circular container. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design and consisted of eight treatments and six replications. The test evaluations were performed on 15o , 30o , 45o and 60o days after the release of the nymphs, by counting the insects that migrated to the roots of different plants. It was observed that by the 30o day of early release nymphs, no significant differences (P < 0,05) in the choices nymph by plants. B. alata at 15 days of initial release and B. alata and grass-dictyoneura at 30 days were plants that had higher migration. All counts were carried out on 45o and 60o days, the migration of U. brizantha cv. Marandu presented significantly higher than all other species tested plants nymphs.
