A Organização da Escola e as Novas Propostas da Secretaria Estadual de Educação de São Paulo: uma reflexão à luz do projeto de educação continuada.

O texto tem como objetivo apresentar uma reflexão a respeito de algumas condicionantes relacionadas à organização das escolas para que possam ser implementadas inovações como as propostas pela Secretaria Estadual de Educação do Estado de São Paulo, que apontem no sentido da necessidade de um trabalho coletivo e maior participação dos envolvidos no processo pedagógico. Tal reflexão terá como ponto de partida a experiência desenvolvida em escolas da região de Rio Claro, Limeira e Americana, através do Projeto de Educação Continuada (PEC), que resultou de um Convênio entre a Secretaria de Educação do Estado de São Paulo, algumas Universidades e o BID.

Este artigo é um ensaio de interpretação que busca explicar a violência contra crianças em nosso País a partir de alguns resultados da minha pesquisa sobre casa, trabalho e escolaridade, numa região em que profundas transformações ajudaram a desarticular o mundo rural e desurbanizaram antigas vilas.

Will be demonstrated here, the importance of preparing the Political-Pedagogical Project - PPP in a way that the school´s actors participate constantly. his participation is essential to promote both their production and the ongoing evaluation of activities, actions and educational purposes. Following the guidance of experienced researchers in this matter, we assume the defense of a school that favors the character of belonging for everyone: administrators, teachers, students and parents, the whole community. his study is conducted in two stages: a theoretical study, highlighting the main researches and thoughts at academic level, a documentary analysis of four schools and interviews with directors or vice directors and coordinators of schools. With this study and analysis, it is possible to realize the importance of their development and promote relection to guide those interested to a new vision or revision of structures already plastered. he school thus may undergo changes renovating their routine, making it fresh news and events, allowing the daily challenges foster contextualized strategies on concrete basis.

Relações de gênero na escola: feminilidade e masculinidade na Educação Infantil

The text aims to refl ect about masculinity and femininity in children’s education, an almost entirely feminine environment, bringing fi ndings of a study that investigated the social relations of gender in this level of teaching in a school where a man worked as a teacher. Data was composed by observations of pedagogical practices of a woman teacher and a man teacher of Early Childhood Education. After that, those teachers, the pedagogical coordinator, the headmaster and a nursery worker were interviewed. Based on theoretical contributions about culture and gender, the paper shows that the masculine and the feminine identities and social roles for both sexes, historically, are human constructions that can be modifi ed, especially at school.

A presença de personagens negros como protagonistas nas obras destinadas ao Ensino Fundamental I em 2010 pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca na Escola (PNBE)

Esse texto é resultado das análises preliminares do projeto de pesquisa intitulado: Literatura infantil e a presença da criança negra: uma análise dos livros de literatura infantil recomendados pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca da Escola (PNBE) de 2010, que tem como objetivo analisar a presença dos personagens negros nos livros de literatura infantil recomendados pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca Escolar (PNBE) no ano de 2010, com o objetivo de compreender como as crianças do primeiro e do quinto ano do ensino fundamental I veem a presença do personagem negro na literatura infantil. A escolha pela série inicial e pela série final do ensino fundamental I tem a intenção de investigar se as percepções acerca dos personagens negros são diferentes ao decorrer do processo escolar, ou seja, analisar se as crianças pequenas possuem representações diferentes das crianças maiores. Por tratar-se da proposição de uma pesquisa de tipo etnográfico, serão realizadas observações para analisar e interpretar aspectos da literatura infantil veiculada na escola, entrevista semiestruturada para compreender como as crianças vêem a presença do personagem negro na literatura infantil, revisão bibliográfica e análise dos livros de literatura infantil recomendados pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca Escolar (PNBE) de 2010. Foi escolhido o último ano do programa com o intuito de analisar as obras que estão em circulação atualmente.

Prevalência do uso de chupeta e conhecimento dos educadores numa escola de educação infantil: estudo piloto

Pacifier use is very common among children, but despite being considered a harmless article, there is ample evidence of their misdeeds. Therefore, concern about its use is great for us who work in the promotion of breastfeeding. It is this delicate subject in schools because the child, in most cases, already goes to school with the habit installed. The pacifier use may interfere with speech aspect, because the child can come to the wrong talk, dental, dental occlusions, may cause bacterial contamination and encourage early weaning. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of pacifier use among children of pre - school and knowledge of educators about the role of pacifier and its consequences. The research methodology was based on a questionnaire to teachers, monitors and direction and determine the prevalence of pacifier use with parents. According to the result, we developed an orientation for school. The results show that of the 57 children at the age of 4 months to 3 years, 50.88% used a pacifier, 92.98% and 96.49% used the bottle were breastfed. The guidance given after the data collection has clarified many questions for educators. We conclude that the methodology was effective because we can collect data addressing quantitative and qualitative questions and managed to get percentages on pacifier use and breastfeeding and student opinions, comments and more relevant phrases that emerged from parents and educators, complementing the result. Furthermore, through the data, it was possible to do an intervention. The results indicate that half of the children between 4 months and 3 years investigated makes use of a pacifier, so despite the advice given, it would be important to follow up these data over the next few years. We also conclude that a partnership is needed between parents and the school, because if the family does not help, you can not work in school guidance

Infância, família e escola: análise dos significados da Infância e dos Direitos da Criança

This study aimed at analyzing the meanings of Children and Child Rights awarded by the kindergarten children and their educators, parents and teacher. Interest in the subject arose from the participation of the University Extension Project, conducted at the Department of Education, UNESP, Bauru, called The Rights of the Child: ECA in school. Since then, the question arose: to what extent we have visibility of meanings that educators and the child has on the Rights of the Child relating to the specifics of childhood? The research followed the tenets of qualitative research, methodological procedures and adopting the observation in a classroom from kindergarten (K II), semi-structured interview through leisure moments, with the class of aged five years and a questionnaire for family and teacher. The research adopted as reference material, studies of the area of Sociology of Childhood, History of Childhood, Public Policy, Legislation Related to the theme, and an overview of psychogenic to talk about the morality of children. The results showed that parents and caregivers understand childhood as a stage of child development, marked by jokes and fancies, in which the family and the school has an important role in this process. In what concerns the children's rights, there are contradictions in the legal aspects and the situation of children today. The results showed that children's childhood is characterized by recreational activities, and adults are responsible for caring for them. And it comes on the Rights of the Child noted that there is a confusion between rights and duties because they are in a phase of moral heteronomy. The findings indicate the need for wide dissemination on the Statute of Children and Adolescents, especially in preschools in line with families to practice it a new look at childhood, conceiving children as subjects... Ciências no ensino infantil: contribuições da introdução de atividade lúdicas e investigativas para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem

Here we present the introduction of a range of science´s experimental activities, designed and developed with a focus on the investigative methodology in an interdisciplinary context. The activities have as main theme water and covers topics of heat and temperature, density and states of matter. The relevance of this project is to promote the first contacts of children with Science in an attractive way, and correctly of the scientific point of view, respecting the cognitive level of each child, trying to stimulate the development of hypotheses, creativity and critical thinking, as well as the development of the narrative, descriptive language and drawing. We developed seven lesson plans that were applied in the year of 2012, during three weeks in a school for early childhood education in the city of Bauru. The activities were conducted with fifteen children aged four to six years old together with the teacher responsible for the group. As main contributions in the teaching learning process we cite: acquiring of new vocabulary, progress in the development of hypotheses, development of collective work, evolution of knowledge of the topics covered, and use of the acquired knowledge to new problems and situations
