The focus of this research is centered on organic information production, sharingand use on the enterprise decision making process. The information on the present economy becomes value source for organizations. The organic information is produced on the organization s internal environment been a product of the activities made by execution its functions. Knowing the elements that involve this process gives a great help to managers once the decision making process is permeated by conflicts and different perceptions. Therefore, the organic information can reduce these conflicts on organizational contexts, because it reduces the uncertainness, propitiates more security and more trustworthiness to the decision making process, besides it gives dynamism to people s time involved on the process. The investigated universe was composed by the companies affiliated to Construnova Net, from construction material segment, located at Marilia Region s cities, Sao Paulo State, because it is an important segment which influences the local and regional economy. The methodological proceedings used are based on the qualitative approach which method is related to descriptive and exploratory research. As data collecting instruments were elaborated a structured questionnaire with closed questions and an interview s syllabus which contents are related to the research s aims. As analysis proceedings for the collected data and also to consider the qualitative approach it was chosen the Contents Analysis method from Bardin and more specifically the Categorical Analysis . Consequently, we conclude that it is deficient in production of organic information, or to produce documents that prove and control the activities that are developed within the organization is not satisfactory. Qualidade de Vida e fatores de risco cardiovascular em funcionários de uma empresa do comércio

BACKGROUND: The workplace is affected by poor lifestyle habits that can cause alterations in the quality of life (QOL) of the employees. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the quality of life and the cardiovascular risk factors in employees of a business. Relate the quality of life with the variables of cardiovascular risk, gender and work sector. METHOD: 41 employees were evaluated (30 females and 11 males) aging between 18 and 54 years (mean 27.4 ± 8.9 years). A protocol was used with: personal data, personal background, physical examination (anthropometry) and the WHOQOL-bref questionnaire to evaluate the QOL. Statistical analysis was completed by the Chi-squared test and Sperman’s rank correlation, with a significance of 5%. RESULTS: We found 31(75.6%) sedentary; 16(39.0%) excess weight; 2(4.9%) smokers; 9(22.0%) alcohol consumers and 25(61.0%) family history. We also found 13(31.7%) overweight/low risk and 3(7.3%) obese/moderate risk. The best score on the WHOQOL-bref was on physical health (72.9), and the worst on environment (61.3) and mean score of 69.5 for total QOL. Male employees presented greater scores on all domains, but this association had a non-significant result. There was positive correlation between the physical and psychological domains with the environment and total QOL. CONCLUSION: The employees presented important cardiovascular risk factors like sedentary lifestyle, family history, excess weight and alcohol consumption. The employee’s QOL is considered satisfactory in the perception of health; the best QOL being in the physical domain and the worst in the environment. Change measures are suggested to the company for the cardiovascular risk factors detected.

Neste trabalho será analisado o comércio bilateral Brasil-China com embasamento teórico das vantagens comparativas (modelos ricardianos), do modelo de dotação de fatores “Heckscher-Ohlin” e do Modelo de Comércio Gravitacional. Tais conceitos serão corroborados por testes empíricos, utilizando-se a equação gravitacional simples e dois Indicadores de Comércio (IVCR e IOR), do ano de 1995 até 2005, demonstrando-se que o Brasil apresenta vantagens comparativas no comércio de soja com a China

Análise do clima organizacional na integração de duas empresas do setor varejista: identificando dificuldades e possibilidades de melhoria

In 2010 two retailers signed an association agreement to gain an advantage in the market, however this association has promoted many changes within the companies. So this study had the objective to analyze the organizational climate, in the integration of companies context, in order to early detect deficiencies that could pose risks to the process of integration. The results collected from the questionnaires revealed the perceptions and expectations of employees regarding the integration of companies and their level of satisfaction with the organization, in addition, the data obtained from interviews allowed us to understand and to find some causes to the level of satisfaction presented by employees. The results made possible to identify strengths as the company‟s image, points of failure in communication and training and dissatisfaction with the workload, then some actions were suggested with the intention to achieve greater engagement and commitment of employees and consequently contribute to the success of the Integration Program. The conclusion of this study is that the changes promoted by the integration of companies impacted in the organizational climate and increased employees dissatisfaction

Análise de processos de uma empresa de comércio exterior para viabilizar maior produtividade

The easy access to information has been accelerating even more business competitiveness nowadays. To turn a foreign trade company into a more competitive company by improving its services, this work aims the analysis of the Supply Chain processes to enable greater productivity. Using powerful tools of great historical success in the business world – such as Flowcharts, VSM Lean and PDCA –, a structure was created that adapted its main concepts and produced a method which enabled not only improvements on modified processes but also on the subsequent ones. Productivity data were collected, where evidence of quantitative improvements were found in the expedition macro process. Due to a process analysis theme, this paper gives also the thought about process approach, vital step to create a future Quality Management System

Análise ambiental do comércio bilateral Brasil - China

A estrutura do comércio bilateral entre o Brasil e a República Popular da China - China alterou-se ao longo das décadas de 1990 e 2000 e dos anos 2010 e 2011, que correspondem ao período de análise. Os indicadores monetários e físicos aqui utilizados sugerem que essa relação bilateral de comércio apresenta impacto negativo sobre o meio ambiente e uma tendência exponencial deste impacto. Os indicadores físicos parecem permitir uma extrapolação maior do que os monetários: apesar da China estar contribuindo com uma parcela maior com as mudanças climáticas - maior valor absoluto de emissão de CO2 das exportações -, o Brasil está contribuindo proporcionalmente mais do que aquele país para a insustentabilidade global. Assim, a dinâmica dessa estrutura aponta para aumento da vulnerabilidade do setor exportador brasileiro, tanto no aspecto ambiental como no tecnológico, fator primordial para minimização do impacto sobre o ecossistema local e global
