This paper presents a study on the development of a manufacturing system of printed circuit boards through copper milling. An advantage of this system is the replacement of chemical processes by physical process presenting a sustainable solution. The paper uses programs that will generate G-code needed to establish the coordinates where the milling forms the tracks. After obtaining the code, it will be transformed into steps that will be sent through the serial port to the microcontroller and the serial communication control will be in software. After obtaining information the microcontroller will execute the movement of the stepper motors through their drivers, H-bridge, the microcontroller also drives the spindle motor responsible for rotating the grinding tool, using a driver with a optocoupler and TRIAC

Análise documental dos arquivos do DEOPS/SP entre os anos de 1968 a 1974 na busca por professores suspeitos de prática de crimes políticos

No Brasil, com o Golpe Militar de 1964, iniciou-se um período ditatorial que se intensificou com o Ato Institucional nº 5. Com esta nova forma política imposta no país, foi necessário intervir em diversas esferas sociais, para validar o regime. A esfera educacional recebeu intervenções políticas para que se tornasse mais um instrumento de manutenção da ditadura. Através da educação, o governo pretendia interferir nas idéias e pensamentos dos alunos, para validar a própria permanência no poder. No entanto, houve professores que se negaram a agir como legitimadores do governo militar e iniciaram um movimento no sentido oposto: o de atuar contra este regime. Assim como em muitos outros setores sociais, os professores também participaram intensamente da luta contra a ditadura e, consequentemente, sofreram repressões. Esta pesquisa busca trabalhar com a análise de documentos produzidos por um órgão de repressão desse período relativos a professores acusados de crimes políticos. Trata-se do Departamento Estadual de Ordem Política e Social - DEOPS, mais especificamente o do estado de São Paulo, um dos mais expressivos órgãos de repressão da ditadura militar. O período selecionado para este trabalho vai do ano de 1968, no qual foi instituído o AI-5, até 1974, com o fim do Governo Médici. Buscou-se, portanto, fazer um levantamento do perfil de casos de professores considerados criminosos políticos, a partir da análise de prontuários e dossiês do DEOPS/SP.

Reciclagem de poliestireno expandido: compósito com fibras de algodão para a confecção de placas de circuito impresso

In this work polymeric composites reinforced with cotton fibers, from the textile industry, were developed in order to manufacture printed circuit boards. It was used expanded polystyrene (EPS) as a thermoplastic matrix by melting it. For the obtention of 10% and 15% of fiber volume fraction in cotton fibers composites, it was used wasted cotton fibers as an incentive of recycling and reusing of the domestic and industrial wastes as well as for Expanded Polystyrene(EPS). The mechanical properties of the composites were evaluated by tensile and flexural strength from standardized test methods. Composites were characterized by a Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Thermogravimetry (TG/DTG), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and dielectric analysis. The analysis of the results showed that fiber in the composite directly influenced in the thermal and mechanical properties

Reciclagem de poliestireno expandido: compósito com fibras de sisal para confecção de placas de circuito impresso

In this work polystyrene composites reinforced with recycled sisal fibers were processed, in order to apply in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. A thermoplastic matrix of recycled polystyrene was used, this material came from waste expanded polystyrene (EPS) used in appliance's packages. Composites were prepared with 15% and 25% of sisal fibers. To obtain the composites, wasted EPS and natural sisal fibers were chosen, to encourage recycling and reuse of household waste and also the use of renewable resources. The composites were analyzed by standard tensile and flexural test, in order to verify the mechanical properties of the material. The characterization of the composite was done by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , thermogravimetry (TGA / DTG) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dielectric analysis . The analysis of the results showed that the percentage of fibers in the composite influences directly the thermal and mechanical properties. Plates with a lower percentage of fibers showed superior properties at a higher percentage. The composite material obtained is easy to process and it's use is feasible for the confection of printed circuit boards, considering it's mechanical, thermal and insulative properties

The quantitative and qualitative increasing of researches in Science teaching imposes the periodical mapping need of scientific production about the subject, with a view to identify its own characteristics and tendencies. In this context, researches such as “State of art”, given his executrix character, constitute in modality inquiring that allow us to outline historical scenes for a given area (or subarea) of knowledge. In this light, this work aims to outline the panorama of Brazilian academic production, represented by dissertations and thesis, in evolution teaching between 1990- 2010. The documents susceptible of analysis were raised in three online data basis and its selection happened from the reading of titles, abstracts and key-words with views to identify the dissertations and thesis that truly approached the Evolution Teaching. The found results evidence the predominance of dissertations related to the number of thesis and the concentration of academic production in Evolution Teaching in Brazil south-east region, especially in São Paulo state. In researches trends we verified the prevalence of investigations related to the previous conceptions of students and professors (in all teaching levels) and to teacher training.

This paper has two main objective the study of the productive space circuit of fertilizers in Brazil. For this, we study the company's operations Vale Fertilizers SA More specifically, the production and consumption of fertilizers in Brazil. In the current globalization the Brazilian countryside know new ways of doing (SANTOS, 1994). This, with less roughness, adopts the Green Revolution package, and introduces inputs to the soil, such as seeders, combines, tractors, herbicides, fungicides and fertilizers (Santos & Silveira, 2001). The examination of the Brazilian case as the agricultural modernization reveals the great vulnerability of modern agricultural regions in the face of globalizing modernization (Santos, 2000: 92). The places that receive capital reproduction of imperatives gain a new medium, is the formation of informational scientific technical means, are the bright spots corresponding to other places (Santos, 1994). Thus, the productive circuits are no longer confined to the environment, but establish connections with distant places (Santos, 1986; Frederick & CASTILLO, 2004). Soccer is one of the most practiced sports in the world, and for many years, some areas of physical education has been doing studies related to the improvement of their income from these areas if this sport psychology. The psychological aspects are very influential and involved in the daily life of an athlete, especially for basic categories of athletes who see in soccer a dream to come true or only a source of income for his family, where such aspects act beneficially or evil for the athlete. Stress, in particular, can appear in various situations and in various ways, and different influences and reactions athlete to athlete, also resulting in physiological changes and variations in performance. Stress, and especially stressful situations, like any psychological aspect should be identified in order to train your athlete to know how to deal with stressful situations. Know what are the stressors, which carries the stress load for the athlete, how to handle the stressful situations, using psychological training in the preseason, know how to use stress management techniques, and be able to manage it all so your athlete reaches an optimal level of income is described in the present work, in order to provide a theoretical and updated reference for professionals of Physical Education, so that they stay up to date on sports psychology and also understand a little more on this subject, which is still little discussed within soccer and often overlooked by many professionals who are already in the context of competitive soccer

Doping e suplementação no MMA: um estudo documental de caso

The first records of the use of substances that enhance athletic performance began in antiquity. The objective of this study is to analyze the use of doping methods and supplements by amateur athletes and MMA professionals and what motivates usage. The work consisted of desk research in which use of work carried out at fifteen amateur and professional athletes, which underwent a data collection; these athletes are all over eighteen years old, male and practicing MMA for at least two years. The questionnaire that they were submitted corresponded to ten multiple-choice questions, which are: Age, what type of fight practiced as a basis for MMA, how long practices martial arts, sees the sport of competitive or recreational way, has already made use dietary supplements, have made use of banned substances (steroids) in the sport, it has already made use of steroids which the substance used and to what end was done using, know the side effects of anabolic steroids, know one or more people who have already made use of steroids in order to increase their performance in the fight, he believes it is possible an athlete achieve success in modern MMA without the use of anabolic steroids. The results showed that, of the fifteen athletes interviewed, only two said they never made use of dietary supplements, and four said they have already made use of anabolic steroids. All fifteen athletes claim to know the side effects of steroid use, and 14 of them say they know one or more sport-mates who have already made use of steroids. Given the results, it can be concluded that the use of steroids is common in MMA
