O clima urbano em Alfredo Marcondes/SP: uma análise dos indicadores geoambientais

There are obvious changes that occur within the cities, experienced in synthesis for the degradation of the environment and especially the worsening quality of life. Even small cities, began to exhibit characteristics typical of an atmospheric climate. Thus, it becomes natural to analyze the characteristics of these spaces, unlike the medium and large cities, provide a detailed analysis of the peculiarities of intra-urban space in order to highlight what factors enhance or soften the formations of a typical urban climate distinct patterns of land use. The aim of this research from a geoenvironmental mapping of attributes (uses and land cover, vegetation and tree characteristics of buildings) while representing the dynamic City entertainment. Thus, we seek to inter-relate these indicators to analysis climate urban-rural and intra-urban applied to the city of Alfredo Marcondes / SP, a small town in order to identify a potential compromise climate conditions point to generate a specific climate. From this detailed analysis, we intend to give suggestions with the government to improve the comfort of that environment. For the data collection was organized a specific methodology for its collection, organization and representation and for the record of climatic data (temperature, wind speed and direction and cloud cover) were used mini-shelters weather with temperature sensors in fixed locations, and a temperature sensor attached on the side of a vehicle, 1.5 meters in height from the floor for 42 points perpassando selected in different intra-urban spaces... Transformações socioespaciais no distrito de Gardenia, município de Rancharia – SP

It is known that the process of capitalist restructuring resulted in socio-spatial transformations in various geographical scales. Space is continually diversifying and redefining their roles, driven mostly by external agents. This search analyzes how and intensities are consolidating these new refunctionalisation the District of Gardenia city of Rancharia-SP.The study brings some concepts in the definition of small town, which are fundamental to the definition of the area that is the object of our study. Some features are explained in the District, such as location, history of economic activities preterit in a record that cover the 1950s to the present day. From this record ,it will be exposed and analyzed the services (private and collective goods) offered to the population in order to highlight their importance for better social equity. The information for your preparation of this work were supported mostly on reports and records historical and contextualized with specific bibliography. In developing the search is portrayed as the district Gardenia was modifying its economic activities, physical space and how it is currently being structured with tourist activity. There is also intended to show that even though the district with urban core urban functions simple in content space is consolidating complex processes in its various dimensions

This academic report presents results of the research developed between 2012 and 2015, and it had as main goal the development of new mapping possibilities of the central areas of the cities of Marília/SP, São Carlos/SP and São José do Rio Preto/SP. We developed this research using mostly the database from Cadastro Nacional de Endereços Para Fins Estatísticos (CNEFE), and after processing the information, it was added the typology established in the Cadastro Nacional de Atividades Econômicas (CNAE). This database, after the final treatment process, provided us information that made possible the production of thematic maps which are used to study central areas, allowing the analysis of spatial logics of companies, the identification of concentration and dispersion of economic activities, arrangement of specialized axis, expansion of the central area, reorganization of the city, among other process and phenomena

Cidade média de limiar superior: um estudo a partir de Ribeirão Preto (SP)

This papper aims to discuss Ribeirão Preto as a switched-over intermediate city classification, contrastating with the concept of Metropolitan Region of Ribeirão Preto. The agribusiness sector will be analysed as the main responsible for the representation of Ribeirão Preto city as an Agribusiness Center. Due to this fact, Sertãozinho city example will be presented as Agribusiness City, where acctually concentrates the agro-industrial complex of sugarcane production, while Ribeirão Preto is in fact centralizes management activities. According to the balance of trade analysis, other elements showed up and fortifies the role of this cities. These elements unfolded the analysis of higher education guideline and shopping malls. We also analyzed the urban network of Ribeirão Preto under the concept of the Região de Influência das Cidades (REGIC) and the creation of the project Metropolitan Region of Ribeirão Preto in order to strengthen the central hypothesis as a switched-over medium sized city. We aim to contribute to studies on the restructuring of the city with a focus on consumption. In the context where cities become the main place of action of man, a deep set of transformations has occurred. We are interested in understanding the redefinition of the logical production and appropriation of urban spaces for consumption of materials and services. For the analysis of delimitation of those commercial and service areas was made to compare the reality observed on the ground and indirectly through data acquisition and mapping obtained from the National Address List for Statistical Purposes, with the boundaries established by zoning and / or by municipal director plans of the cities studied, together with the classification of commercial establishments and in accordance with the standards of the National Classification of Economic Activities Services. This paper aims to discuss the current issues involving urban water courses and, subsequently through the design of an urban park qualify the Permanent Preservation Area of the Córrego dos Macacos, locate in the city of São José do Rio Preto - São Paulo, seeking the population recognition on this living hydric resource and therefore achieve urbanity. For that purpose, we studied the urbanistic planning of the city of São José do Rio Preto regarding the proposed theme and the area of the Córrego dos Macacos valley, one of the segments of the Parque Setorial, in two previous moments as well as some key concepts, starting from a methodology of bibliographic studies analysis. After this analysis, it were determined some general guidelines for the entire extension of the stream, and finally it was chosen a specific segment to formulate proposals for a planned and design space according to the characteristics of the place

Espaço, tempo e contradições: do Banco Nacional de Habitação ao Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida em Presidente Prudente/SP

The housing issue in Brazil is'nt a recent problem and has been discussed, worked and questioned in the institutional framework, especially with regard to the critical considerations on the topic and urban problems involved. We as milestones in the Brazilian housing policy the National Housing Bank - BNH, 1964, the height of the military regime in Brazil, and the Minha Casa, Minha Vida, in 2009. Both have questions that approach and distance themselves regarding changes in the Brazilian housing policy, where we have the emergence of new forms of knowledge production and housing consumption. Thus we have a number of advances in ways of acquiring social housing, even at different times, it is characterized as capitalist forms of this issue. Thus the spatial process of housing developments arising from these programs reflect the change in space - time that they lay down, turning the urban space of the cities in this case the city of Presidente Prudente / SP
