SUÍTE VULCÂNICA SERRA DA BOCAINA, GRUPO AMOGUIJÁ, MACIÇO RIO APA - MS

O Maciço do Rio Apa corresponde à porção meridional do Cráton Amazônico no sudoeste do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul e é constituído pelas rochas de idade paleoproterozóicas do Complexo Rio Apa, Grupo Alto Tererê e suítes plutono - vulcânica ácida do Grupo Amoguijá, dividido em suítes Intrusiva Alumiador e Vulcânica Serra da Bocaina. A suíte vulcânica é caracterizada nas serras de São Francisco e Bocaina, constituída dominantemente por termos de composição álcali - riólitos a riólitos, incluindo em menores proporções riodacitos, andesitos e dacitos. É constituída por uma diversidade textural de rochas subvulcânicas, vulcânicas e variedades vulcanoclásticas. Os depósitos piroclásticos de maior expressão são constituídos por partículas piroclásticas imersas em matriz afanítica de granulometria fina ou amorfa, onde se pode distinguir quartzo, feldspato, clorita, sericita, micrólitos de carbonato, esferulitos esparsos e vidro vulcânico reliquiar. As rochas piroclásticas são representadas por brechas, tufos, ignimbritos, aglomerados, lapilitos e púmices, contendo geralmente vitroclastos, litoclastos e cristaloclastos, púmices, fiammes, glass shards, esferulitos, vesículas e amígdalas. São rochas cálcio - alcalinas pertencentes à série de alto potássio de caráter predominantemente peraluminoso e definem magmatismo sincolisional e encontram - se geneticamente associadas à evolução do Arco Magmático Amoguijá. Achados timpanométricos em um grupo de escolares

PURPOSE: to characterize and compare the tympanometric findings in a group of preschoolers. METHOD: 112 preschoolers were evaluated, both genders, aged from four years old to five years and eleven months old who attended a Municipal School of Early Childhood Education in the suburbs of Marilia city- SP. Tympanometry was used as triage procedure. It was considered that the child PASSED in the triage when it presented an A type tympanometric curve, bilaterally, being reevaluated in case of failure. RESULTS: it was observed a high failure index (63.4%) in the studied population. The older female preschoolers presented a higher index of A type tympanograms, in both ears. There was a higher incidence of failure in male preschoolers aged from four years to four years and eleven months. CONCLUSION: in this sample, there was a high index of tympanometric alteration. There was a tendency among younger male students to present a higher index of tympanometric alteration when compared to older female preschoolers, this difference was not statistically significant.

Since prehistoric man seeks to dominate play scenes and images of their daily lives, to understand them or dominate. In the theater, the man tried to represent hunting scenes and deities. Since the first creation material representative of the gods, these objects acquire magical powers. After a long time, came the Puppet Theater, which through the use of various materials, the man concocted dolls in his image and likeness, as well as representations of animals. Subsequently, the Theater of Animated FormsVisual involved various props, like the mask, the shadow and the object. Thus, these elements can appear all together or not in the same show and are, therefore, the Theater of Animated Forms. How important human need to understand the world and events around them, the arts were needed to explain the divine and unreachable. Clumping the four languages of art: music, plastic arts, dance and theater, the Theater of Animated Forms of so characteristic of the man in search of the divine and sublime sentiments or not. Caracterização dos reservatórios do grupo Macaé no Campo de Garoupa - Bacia de Campos - por meio de interpretação sísmica e perfis de poço

The study area is the Garoupa Field, located 75 km from the coast of Rio de Janeiro in bathymetric elevation of 125 m and it is the first important offshore discovery of the Campos Basin with hydrocarbon production in the Albian carbonates. The high significance of carbonate rock reservoirs for the global oil industry and its degree of complexity, combined with the fact that the Garoupa Field is a mature field, make this research project interesting to develop a re-exploratory vision of the study area. The objective of this paper is to characterize the physical properties of the Macae Group reservoirs in the Garoupa Field through well correlation techniques, petrophysical analysis and seismic interpretation (3D), in order to evaluate qualitatively and quantitatively the response of geophysical data to the presence of carbonate rock reservoirs. From the analysis of well profiles (gamma ray, resistivity, density and sonic) it was possible to identify six reservoir levels in the Quissamã Formation. As a result, the reservoirs have good correlation between the wells in the Garoupa Field and show lateral facies variation. In the seismic interpretation, structural contour maps were generated in time (ms) from the top of the Macae Group and two horizons that correspond to the reservoir levels. These maps show that the oil producing area of this field is a structural high located at the west of the interpreted seismic cube, and it was classified as a rollover limited by lateral faults forming a horst. The seismic attribute maps show a good response to the reservoirs of the Garoupa Field because they are associated with amplitude anomalies, verified by the correlation between the physical properties of the reservoir rock and seismic data through cross plots, with emphasis in a linear correlation between the resistivity profile and the values of Maximum Absolute Amplitude and RMS Amplitude attributes

Estudo do reservatório de coquinas do grupo Lagoa Feia (Eocretáceo) na acumulação de Linguado, sudoeste da Bacia de Campos

The Linguado Field is located in the extreme southwest portion of Campos Basin. It’s associated with Structural Badejo High and can be divided in two groups of faults: one manly formed by antithetic faults, with NW-SE direction, continuous to Badejo Fault, and another identified by N-S faults. Besides these faults had affected the basement and the stratification of basin, these systems also had contributed to coquina permoporosity development, that show 80% of recoverable oil volume of the field. The carbonate marine sequence, Albian age, it was deposited under the salt. This forms structures as like as pillows and raft as a result of the halocinese. Structurally the Linguado Field coquina has monoclinal direction with east dip, it’s cut by faults with slip up to 50 meters. In addition to structural control, stratigraphy and diagenesis also were important to carbonate trap oil. The identification of recoverable oil levels in the low phase of the coquina from Lagoa Feia Group was done by well data. The seismic 2D and 3D, with the well data, was used to structural interpretation to regional scale either to reservoir scale.

Avaliação de concentração de citocinas no soro de pacientes portadoras de lesão intraepitelial escamosa de baixo grau, lesão intraepitelial escamosa de alto grau e carcinoma cervical invasor

A infecção genital por Papilomavírus Humano (HPV) é uma das doenças sexualmente transmissíveis (DST), de origem viral, mais prevalente no mundo. As lesões intraepiteliais escamosas de baixo grau (LIEBG) e de alto grau (LIEAG), assim como carcinoma cervical invasor (CCI), estão associadas à presença do HPV. A resposta imune tem papel importante na infecção pelo HPV na cérvice uterina, sendo as citocinas importantes reguladoras da transcrição viral. Avaliar a concentração de IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12, IFN-γ e TNF-α no soro de mulheres portadoras de LIEBG, LIEAG e CCI. Foram incluídas no estudo 40 mulheres com diagnóstico histopatológico de LIEBG (n=11), LIEAG (n=10), CCI (n=10) e 9 mulheres com suspeita de doença HPV induzida, mas sem alterações histopatológicas na biópsia do colo do útero (controle), atendidas no Ambulatório de Colposcopia da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu (UNESP) e no Ambulatório de Ginecologia Preventiva do Hospital Amaral Carvalho, Jaú, SP. O sangue periférico foi colhido por punção venosa e o soro armazenado até o processamento. A dosagem das citocinas no soro foi avaliada por ensaio imunoenzimático (ELISA). A pesquisa de HPV foi realizada empregando-se a técnica da reação em cadeia da polimerase (PCR). Os dados sócio-demográficos foram obtidos por entrevista no momento da consulta ginecológica. A mediana de idade das pacientes do grupo controle, LIEBG, LIEAG, e CCI foi de 38 (21-69), 32,5 (17-51), 39 (23-65) e 51,5 (29-72), respectivamente. Houve diferença estatisticamente significante de mediana de idade das pacientes do grupo CCI quando esta foi comparada com os demais grupos. Em relação às características das pacientes, 76% eram brancas, 68% relataram união estável, 31% concluíram o 2º grau, 42% eram fumantes, 37% das mulheres relataram 3 ou mais parceiros sexuais durante...
