A globalização, posta como mundialização do capital, possui como pressuposto negado o processo civilizatório humano-genérico, que é implícito ao desenvolvimento moderno da forma sócio-histórica do capital. Na perspectiva dialética, um pressuposto negado não perde a sua efetividade ontológica. O processo civilizatório humano-genérico conserva a sua condição de pressuposto sócio-histórico do desenvolvimento orgânico do capital e do capitalismo. Como pressuposto negado aparece, sob a mundialização do capital, como um “ainda-não-ser”, capaz de produzir explicitações espectrais e formas regressivas de desenvolvimento humano- social.

Novas responsabilidades para o professor na educação básica

The goal of this study was to identify some of the new responsibilities that have been assigned to the elementary school teachers , under the mediation of continuing education courses . We start from the idea that these courses , especially those offered by the SECADI, are proposed teachers and aims to train them for a performance at school that exceeds the activity of teaching in the classroom . The teacher has been summoned to attend these courses in which is prepared to act on school performing tasks rather related to the care of students than teaching , assisting them in their basic needs such as health, protection, inclusion and human rights. Asked ourselves if there was a reconfiguration of the responsibilities of education professionals in order to make use of oneself given by the State. We chose as sources of research documents the SECADI such as legislation , manuals and instructional materials that will proceed to the analysis , in each course , the target populations privileged , purpose, remuneration and certification , pre - requirements to participate in the courses and duration ; partnerships involved if the courses are face , semi-distance or distance ; activities that teacher should develop in school after completion of the courses ; loads hourly . We will seek to analyze the documents and materials of School programs that Protects, School Health Program , Network Education for Diversity. The theoretical and methodological framework is dialectical and historical materialism, from assumptions which we choose as the class character of society in capitalism and alienation as a phenomenon that affects the work in all its manifestations . Thus , our general hypothesis is that the enrichment tasks of teachers in public schools can contribute to basic disposition Teacher education

This course conclusion paper has as its theme the critical analysis of the Educational Policy Continued Progression. At this juncture when much is produced on specific themes of interest in continued progression in the reflection on the consequences of implementing this policy in organizing the work of teachers an their autonomy, seeking to contribute to public policy debates.The problematization that will undertake this work wonders if the policy continued progression is, in fact, a government strategy to remove the teacher control over their work and contribute to the process of alienation and loss of autonomy of a schoolteacher. The present work has for objective to analyze the issue of training environmental awareness and its role in contemporary society. With the alarming scenario of degradation and environmental imbalance , political, social and non-governmental institutions have established the urgent need for an education that make changes in social behavior in relation to the environment. With this design is establishing environmental education, however the economic , financial and social scenario in which is inserted dismantles its effectiveness , since the transformations of modernity incited alienation, reification , individualization , indifference and consumerism . In this juncture it is noticed that environmental education needs to be analyzed by the perspective of a man in critical reflection of the capitalist structure. Given this need , it is proposed to reading Italo Calvino's work , since it approach the whole context of modern man , with his ailments , anxiety, exploitation , selfishness and destructive action of itself, others and the environment in living
