Estratégias municipais para oferta da educação básica: análise de parcerias público-privado no município de Itirapina

Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso refere-se ao estudo de um caso e está inserido ao âmbito do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Política Educacional (Greppe) que, realiza estudos e pesquisas referentes ao projeto “Estratégias Municipais para a Oferta da Educação Básica: análise de parcerias público-privado no Estado de São Paulo”. O período da pesquisa é de 1997-2006, período de vigência do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e de Valorização do Magistério (Fundef). O objetivo é estudar e analisar as estratégias utilizadas pelo município de Itirapina para a oferta da Educação Básica, especificamente na etapa da Educação Infantil, ou seja, estudar e analisar as parcerias (acordos) lá existentes, sua natureza e modalidade. Quais os fatores que levaram a Prefeitura de Itirapina a firmar convênio para oferta de vagas em instituições privadas filantrópicas (creches) e qual a normalização para estes convênios. Sabe-se que estas instituições já atendem as matrículas das creches e pré-escolas há muitos anos, antes mesmo do convênio formal que se iniciou em 2000. Estudar as implicações que as políticas públicas educacionais trouxeram para a oferta da primeira etapa da Educação Básica no período analisado, como a vinculação de recursos financeiros destinados a Educação e sua distribuição pelo Fundef é imprescindível na compreensão do quadro em que se encontra a Educação Infantil no município, principalmente a primeira etapa que atende às crianças na faixa etária de 0 a 3 anos em creches (conveniadas). A perspectiva de melhorias apontada pelo Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (Fundeb), que, distribuirá recursos financeiros para esta etapa da educação, já tão penalizada ao longo da história, traz a certeza de mudanças, porém, ainda... Within a broader study of the apparatus governing the establishment of word classes in grammatical tradition, this study is centered on examining the treatment of the (sub)class of pronouns in two grammar guide groups from different periods. The collation was especially oriented by the existing general notion of a very strong link of the first grammarians with logic and, as a counterpart, of an insertion of the most recent works in the universe of a linguistic science and, at the same time, in the universe of a parameterization limiting actions and decisions.

O casamento entre o ensino religioso e as teses pós-modernas

This paper aims to base the thesis that the varied currents of the post-modern thought, in so far as have recourse to relativism to a greater or lesser degree, contribute to the legitimation of the religious education in public schools and, in a broader aspect, the religion in the public spaces. The methodological resource used to demonstrate the link between post-modern thought and religious education is the analysis at the historical and dialectical materialism perspective of publications produced to increase teachers on this discipline that is, in compliance with the Constitution, optional for students and mandatory for public elementary schools. The subject of this analysis is the learning content and has as prime concern to highlight the discourse of legitimation recurrent in authors when it is explicit in itself and explicit when it does not. The “religious education in public schools” as object of study allows us to understand the relationship between the post-modern thought, with its hegemony space within the human sciences and contextualized in the neoliberal economic environment, and the “learning to learn” pedagogies currently hegemonic in the educational landscape. We intend to contribute to the legal debate on laity, the philosophical debate on post-modernism and especially to the debate on the pedagogical theories in the educational fundaments.

Ontopolíticas e diagramas históricos do poder: maioria e minoria segundo Deleuze e a teoria das multidões segundo Peirce

This article aims at developing the so-called ontopolitics as G. Deleuze s innovative contribution to contemporary political philosophy. This objective will lead us to inspect the concept of power that Deleuze borrowed from Foucault and extended in order to assign to it an ontological adequacy. The concept of power opens access to another important element of the Deleuzean political philosophy, that is, the study of the historical diagrams of the power in the so-called discipline and control societies. With the combined dynamical diagram of both, we become aware of the portrait Deleuze draws for the democracy in contemporary societies. Digging into the Deleuzean ontopolitics, we will devote ourselves to the concepts of majority, minority and minor-becoming. It is in this point that the meeting between Deleuze s ontoplitics and Ch. Sanders Peirce s mathematical ontology becomes sound. It happens that Deleuze s ontopolitical concepts, besides their bond to an ontology of the power, receive also a mathematical treatment related to certain arithmetical (denumerable and nondenumerable) and geometrical notions (lines). The majorities and minorities are denumerable sets which are crossed by nondenumerable becomings. This step done, we will reach the stand point of the present paper, where we carry out initial approach with regard to an image for the concepts of majority and minority on the basis of Peirce s theory of collections and multitudes, mostly envisaging the mathematical ontology included in it. Accordingly, the main operation to be accomplished is that the Deleuzean distinction between the denumerable majorities/minorities and the nondenumerable mino-becoming may be mapped out in terms of discrete collections called enumerable, denumerable and abnumerable or postnumerable, in compliance with Peirce s terminology.

Escolarização e oportunidade de trabalho: uma pequena reflexão sobre um equívoco comum

This article intends to deal with an ordinary link it does on education and type of work what can be achieved. In two studies we conducted, one with the motorcyclists of Assis, in the state Sao Paulo - under the theoretical and methodological Psychodynamics of Work -, and another with the couriers in São Paulo - under a methodological framework ethnographic -, as we noted this relationship was used professionals to explain their connection and within these activities remain so poor and so dangerous for this group. This connection self cupabilization favors workers by their situation in the labor market and a difficult see no alternative to this reality. Intend to contribute to this discussion show a possible hypothesis as established this relationship (education / access to work) and show how the changes in the political context and economic environment and the world, contributed to the reduction of jobs, increasing the number precarious jobs and unemployment.
