O despreparo de professores diante da educação sexual e diversidade sexual na escola

Este trabalho sustenta-se em uma compreensão de que a Educação Escolar e a Educação Sexual são processos que ocorrem na relação com o contexto social e histórico. No campo da sexualidade, o contexto social determina padrões de normalidade baseados na ideia de heteronormatividade compulsória, o que discrimina a diversidade sexual. Esta questão é ilustrada com dados de pesquisa que demonstram o relato de professores de escolas públicas sobre a homossexualidade evidenciando a falta de conhecimento sobre o assunto, o preconceito e as dificuldades em tratar o tema na escola. Ressalta-se, portanto, a importância da inserção do tema sexualidade na formação inicial e continuada dos professores.

Lesbianidades e as referências legitimadoras da sexualidade

This article is part of a master's degree dissertation that studied the way as stigmas and stereotypes regarding lesbianity influence the life, in the sphere of the sexuality, of women that denominate themselves as lesbians, resident in a city in the interior of the State of São Paulo. The stigma here analyzed is that lesbians are women that frustrated with men. We tried to show, through the narratives of the research s participants and basing on gender and feminist studies, how the heteronormativist system naturalizes the masculinity to the men and the sexuality in the masculinity, and how it legitimates speeches about lesbian woman through the heterosexual referential. Also, we tried to show some strategies of the biopoder for the maintenance of that system and, starting from interviews in depth, we presented how the participants of the research (lesbian women) make speeches on that stigma and how they re-significate it through their own narratives. Entre o cárcere e a liberdade: apostas na produção cotidiana de modos diferentes de cuidar

This paper presents some reflections about the challenge of the Psychiatric Reform (RP) and the National Policy of Humanization (NHP) to change modes of production and health care. Starting at observations about the current scenario , marked by a conservative tendency, the author seeks to explain the care that has freedom as a principle and ethical requirement and that compulsory admissions represents a worrying setback in the public mental health policy. At the end the author points out that both policies (PNH and Mental Health) are bets which are produced in nooks and crevices of the conservative model, which represents an immense challenge.

As lesbianidades entre o estigma da promiscuidade e da ilegitimidade sexual

This study approaches the ways that stigmas and stereotypes of lesbianity influence the sexuality realm of the lives of women who define themselves as lesbians. Basing on the gender and feminists studies, we questioned the legitimations of the heteronormativist society presented as arbitrary speeches about the lesbian existence - the promiscuity and the sexual illegitimacy. Starting from interviews in depth, we presented how the participants of the research (lesbian women) discourse regarding the construction of their subjectivations, through their life histories narratives. A violência contra criança e a notificação pelos profissionais de saúde

La violencia contra los niños es, sin duda, un grave problema por resolver, dado el impacto de sus efectos en todos los sectores sociales, especialmente salud. Este artículo tiene por objeto presentar los principales aspectos relacionados con la notificación obligatoria de casos de maltrato infantil por los profesionales de la salud. A pesar de obligatoria, la literatura demuestra la negligencia de los responsables de notificar. Para la notificación a convertirse en una práctica entre los profesionales es necesario saber acerca del tema, el soporte institucional, la conciencia de la importancia de este proceso y sobre todo la voluntad para tomar actitudes.

O seguimento da sífilis congênita em crianças tratadas ao nascer

Purpose: Describe the initial clinical management and therapeutic monitoring dispensed for newborns diagnosed with congenital syphilis at birth and as of the high public hospitals in the Federal District, Brazil. Methods: Collected informations from the initial clinical management and continuity of care accorded to 81 newborns diagnosed with congenital syphilis reported to the National System of Diseases of Notification in 2008. Results: The hemogram occurred in 46.9%, and radiological long bone in 81.4%. Four children (4.9%) followed up according to the protocol of the Ministry of Health in relation to bi-monthly follow- -up until 12 months of age was 93.8% of cases ignored and found no record of complete follow-up at 18 months old of age. Conclusions: The initial clinical management and therapeutic follow-up of newborns with congenital syphilis in the Federal District is not carried out adequately and does not accordance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health.
