Plano de Desenvolvimento da Escola (PDE-Escola): ferramenta de autonomia escolar?

Resumo O presente artigo objetiva promover uma análise da implantação do PDE-Escola em duas unidades educacionais do município de Limeira-SP, que apresentaram o IDEB/2007 abaixo da média nacional e que foram direcionadas a implantar o Programa a partir de 2009. O PDE-Escola trata-se de um programa do Governo Federal que se proclama capaz de viabilizar a autonomia, a obtenção de melhores resultados educacionais e a modernização da estrutura, organização e gestão escolar a partir da adoção de modelos administrativos gerenciais. A finalidade deste estudo foi constatar se os objetivos delineados por tal Programa, no que tange à garantia da autonomia escolar, ganham concretude na prática. A metodologia utilizada nesta pesquisa qualitativa foi o estudo de casos, concretizado por meio de coleta de dados (entrevistas e questionários semiestruturados, análise documental e revisão bibliográfica). Os resultados obtidos acenaram para a imposição de uma metodologia padronizada e burocrática, pautada em mecanismos de monitoramento, cobrança e controle que dificultaram a conquista gradativa da autonomia das escolas pesquisadas. This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. As demandas do corpo: os saberes e os fazeres dos professores das academias

Many professionals of Physical Education are included in the academies environment, very important space for dissemination of physical activity and increasingly attended by the population, due to the practicality of offering various activities in one location. This feature is essential in today's world, as people have less and less time to devote to body care. In pursuit of various goals, such as weight loss, lean mass gain (hypertrophy), aesthetics, health and leisure, attendees expect to reach them through the work of physical education professional. It is expected that this be prepared to meet the most varied demands and goals, so that students are satisfied with the service and obtain the desired results. The academy works as a means, a provider of space that provides tools for the teacher meet the needs of students; now this student has the role of establishing goals and engage in the search results. This study aimed to increase knowledge of the resources provided by the professionals of the academies in service to their customers

Grupo itararé (P - C da bacia do Paraná) nas regiões de Limeira e Piracicaba - SP: Contribuição ao estudo das litofácies

The Permian-Carboniferous Itararé Group is one complexe lithostratigraphic unit of the Paraná Basin, southeastern Brazil, typically marked by discontinuity of its lithofacies. Under the exploratory point of view, the unit represents one of the most significant intervals of the basin, since several occurrences of mineral and energetic resources are associated to it, as groundwater, petroleum and coal. The prospection and exploitation of these resources depend on a good understanding of the stratigraphic architecture and the paleogeography. There are many contributions on the specialized literature which deal with this subject, although the regions of Limeira and Piracicaba (superior portion of the unit) still lack new investigations, which may contribute to the understanding of its lithofacies and related sedimentary processes. It was analyzed the sedimentary sets pilling up, followed by stratigraphic correlations between the two regions. Moreover, from sedimentary structures, it was made paleocurrent measurement with the purpose of obtaining indicative patterns of the sedimentary polarity, contributing for the comprehension of the paleogeography. Recent studies in the Domo de Pitanga region (between Rio Claro and Piracicaba cities) and in the Corumbataí river drainage basin, were taken also as basis for possible correlations. It was obtained a frame of the lithofacies arrangement, their vertical and lateral relations, as well as their depositional polarities.

Conseqüências da Implementação do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e Valorização do Magistério nos Municípios de Limeira e Santa Gertrudes-SP

Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar as conseqüências da implementação do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e Valorização do Magistério (FUNDEF) na oferta da educação básica nos municípios de Limeira e Santa Gertrudes (SP) no tocante à dinâmica de responsabilidade entre Estado e Municípios e à composição dos gastos em educação, durante os anos de 1996 a 2002. Para tanto, realizou-se levantamento e análise bibliográfica relacionada ao tema e pesquisa documental junto aos órgãos de administração municipal para coleta e análise de dados empíricos. Este trabalho é resultante de um projeto estadual intitulado Acompanhamento da Implantação do Fundef no estado de São Paulo, a ele vincula-se uma pesquisa nacional sobre a Implantação do Fundef em onze estados brasileiros.
