So, it is necessary to understand the work carried out at PHC units and its possibilities to subside WH plans and procedures aiming at workers' health integral attention. OBJECTIVE: To present PHC workers' perception concerning WH actions performed in health care units of a mediumsized municipality in the state of São Paulo. METHODOLOGY: data collected through a 20 question-self-assessment questionnaire prepared by the researcher, using descriptive analysis of closed questions and content analysis of open questions. RESULTS: 45% of all workers answered the questionnaire. All health units in the municipality and all the professional categories part of the PHC teams were enclosed. The answers indicated that the PHC personnel, when providing assistance to users, take their jobs into consideration, and that some actions concerning worker's health are carried out at health care units. The respondents also pointed out that their difficulties to perform these actions are much more related to aspects of the system organization and management, than to the particularities of the worker's health area. CONCLUSION: The study indicates that health care worker's working condition is an important issue for the implementation of PHC worker's health actions

This article provides reflections and discussions about the importance of human interactions and methodological interrelations to substantiate the integrity in the transdisciplinary process in teams that operate in health area. Should be taken as reference the Complexity Theory of Edgar Morin, the logic transdisciplinary of Basarab Nicolescu and the formation groups principles based on the Socionomic Theory of Jacob Levy Moreno. It was concluded that the complexity of the methodologies in the field of workplace health, are influenced by factors that intersect between the scientific interaction and human interrelationships, which allow the transdisciplinary construction. However, the constructions requires the development of professionals in their areas and in their relationship with others as a way of supporting the perspective of transdisciplinarity, ie, interaction, in which different individuals are interrelated with the methodologies and providing articulations and coconstructions from which actualize the transformations.

Care practices have raised some questions concerning the attention given to women, specifically when it comes to issues of extreme importance in Public Health's approach of pre-natal care. The present study intends to discuss the scope and challenges of the integral care in maternal health, taking into consideration the experiences of one of the authors in the health scenarios from both Brazil and Portugal. A comparative analysis was conducted on the format of the pre-natal classes offered to groups of pregnant women, a frequent practice of Primary Care in both countries. The method of participant observation of two groups of pregnant women, one in each country was used. The organization of each group is presented and evaluated regarding its methodological and practical settings. The analysis of the experiences indicates that both groups can be considered as informative or educative, since the chosen methodology and structure was formed by lectures with predefined themes; there was reduced reflection and empowerment possibilities, due to the fragmented presentation form, and this could also mean diminished reflection on the changes of the feminine role. It is thus concluded that the need for offering care for women in different periods of their lives should include a continuous fight for an amplified and integral approach, with emphasis in the care network and in health promotion.
