A Comissão Nacional da Verdade e os Militares Perseguidos: desafios de um passado no tempo presente e futuro

This essay aims to grasp the historical and contemporary issues related to the military personnel who were persecuted, their struggles and motivations over the period 1946-1988. Advocates as hypothesis that its political intervention is a legitimate expression of a presence in the defense of democracy in Brazil. But not only: the militant intervention of this group for national causes also refers to a diagnosis, which represents a challenge to many working groups of the Comissão Nacional da Verdade, especially when taking into account the number of military personnel persecuted or the selective specifi city of the repression that fell on them.

Inspeção de Precaução de Contato: relato de Experiência de uma Graduanda de Enfermagem Botucatu

Infections Related to Healthcare (IRAS) is a problem of worldwide concern, responsible for much morbidity and lethality. The incidence of IRAS associated with resistant microorganisms has increased worldwide. It is also known that the etiology of bacterial resistance is multifactorial, thus controlling the spread of resistant microorganisms requires the implementation of control measures that involve the performance of standard and contact precautions, plus the use of antimicrobials. To diagnose the problem as to the likely accession of the measures of infection control was prepared in a form to inspect the practices of the health staff acting with patients in contact precautions. The inspections had an educational and awareness, no punitive measures were taken to staff as warnings, suspensions or complains of a breach of ethics. If any irregularities were found, the professional standards of care countershaft contact and the nurse responsible for the head nurse or unit area were notified and counseled about the correct practice of isolation. While an undergraduate student initiated precautionary inspections of contact in order to verify the actual use of isolation measures, since the professionals were unaware of my active participation in the Committee on Infection Control. Facilities and difficulties were encountered in the process, and from the inspections was possible interventions to facilitate compliance with standards for isolation imposed by contact. Since the instrument has significantly improved adherence to contact isolation practices, the members of the Infection Control regulated inspections and intend to use it as a permanent method

Mapeamento do uso da terra como subsídio a um plano de recuperação das áreas de preservação permanente no entorno da represa de Salto Grande - Americana - SP

Currently, the dam of Salto Grande is very degraded. Water quality is seriously amended, and lack of riparian vegetation, as well as the advance of feed crops and land occupation in areas that should be permanently preserved, only complicate this situation. The permanent preservation area is essential for the water sources protection, soil erosion control and consequent watercourse sedimentation. Through aerial photography, using GIS techniques, it was able to identify the outwards bounds of the dam, to demarcate the permanent preservation areas and generate maps for land use. With this data, in addition to studies and ideas of reforestation in different environments, the development of a plan for restoration of degraded areas surrounding the dam is easier to be done. This study confirmed that about 72% of land use in permanent preservation areas is not in accordance with specific laws, making necessary its recovering.

Estudo sobre os tipos de manifestações no campo paulista no período 2000-2011

Este trabalho visa contribuir com os estudos sobre a luta pela terra no contexto atual, qualificando os dados do Banco de Dados da Luta pela Terra (DATALUTA). Esta qualificação dos dados é um processo permanente dentro do Núcleo de Estudos, Pesquisas e Projetos de Reforma Agrária (NERA) e Rede DATALUTA. Nesta análise estudamos os tipos das manifestações do campo no processo de luta pela e na terra, com base nos registros da Comissão Pastoral da Terra (CPT), fazendo uma análise entre 2000 e 2011 no estado de São Paulo. Com isso, buscamos compreender a importância das manifestações dos movimentos socioterritoriais camponeses como um elemento da luta pela terra, no bojo da questão agrária brasileira. Para isso utilizamos dos conceitos geográficos de espacialização da luta, território material e imaterial e desenvolvimento territorial. Assim, relacionamos as manifestações como ações que espacializam a luta pela terra na conquista do território, reivindicando políticas públicas para o seu desenvolvimento colaborando para evidenciar o território imaterial camponês aliado ao paradigma da questão agrária

Trata-se de projeto para novos edifícios em substituição ao Pavilhão Permanente de Exposições “Dr. Licínio Hilmar Oliveira de Arantes” bem como intervenção em seu entorno localizados no município de Ibitinga – SP. Foram realizadas coletas de dados e elaboração de um programa para área. Como resultado desta pesquisa foi elaborado um projeto arquitetônico para a área de intervenção

There is a demand to incorporate the nature in the city in order to meet the wishes of the entire population. The valuation of water, a key component of the quality of the landscape, becomes a key element in this context both for its ecological potential because of their potential for recreational activities. The areas that suffer most impacts are the Permanent Preservation Areas (PPAs) and this paper will be a weighting on the urban interface - PPA. With the study area the basin of the stream of Limoeiro, in the context of the Friendship Fountain Balneary, especially the source contained between residential neighborhoods Maré Mansa and Parque Imperial, the city of Presidente Prudente and Álvares Machado, Sao Paulo, this paper aims to search and use of knowledge about technologies and techniques of environmental restoration, with emphasis on bioengineering, through an environmental characterization of the basin, with a view the incorporation of nature in the lives of the urban population. The methodology includes: literature review priority issues related to the PPAs, linear parks, relevant environmental legislation, environmental characterization of the watershed of the stream Limoeiro; study of technologies and techniques for environmental remediation of soil bioengineering and implementation of parks linear, development of proposals for the environmental recovery of PPA in the basin of the stream Limoeiro, focusing on emerging... Tratamento da má-oclusão de classe II divisão 1 de Angle, com aparelho de Herbst splint metálico seguido de aparelho fixo, na dentição permanente

The Herbst appliance is currently one of the most used appliances for the correction of Class II division 1 with mandibular retrusion. When used in peak, or just after the peak of growth it can result in some skeletal gain, which is favorable to the correction of anteroposterior discrepancy with effective and stable results. This article aims to report a case of a patient with malocclusion Class II division 1 with mandibular retrusion, associated with maxillary protusion, treated in two stages: with Herbst splint metallic appliance followed by fixed appliance orthodontic treatment.
