Aspectos relevantes na relação professor-aluno: um estudo em escola fundamental e médio

A relação professor-aluno hoje é muito estudada, pois a educação é a base para o ser humano. Nesta monografia, pretendemos abordar alguns aspectos relevantes que interferem na boa ou má relação entre ambos. Encontramos o embasamento teórico para essa pesquisa junto a alguns teóricos que abordaram essa relação, particularmente, Pedro Morales e Patrícia Patrício. A metodologia adotada para a verificação buscou-se em observações diretas em aula ministradas e observadas em uma escola pública de Ensino Fundamental e Médio e também por meio de um questionário aplicado com 90 alunos dessa mesma escola. Sendo assim, com o objetivo de identificar os aspectos influentes na relação professor e aluno e avaliar suas consequências, chegamos a resultados interessantes, como o autoritarismo, o meio escolar, e, principalmente, a dedicação do professor afetam nessa relação. Classificação e mapeamento de áreas de risco de enchentes e inundações no bairro Jardim Inocoop - Rio Claro - SP

In the last few decades, Brazil has experienced an accelerated urbanization process in which many cities have grown in a disorderly way occupying environmentally fragile areas unsuitable for habitation. Anthropogenic actions such as high levels of impermeable soil, structural changes in watercourses, lack of riparian vegetation, illegal presence of trash and rubbish along the river banks added to irregular settlements in floodplains result in the rise of high risk areas. When accompanied by intense and prolonged rainfall phenomena, those areas have been the scenery of serious accidents such as floods. This study aims to classify the level of the risk of floods in the neighborhood of Jardim Inocoop, in the town of Rio Claro, São Paulo countryside, Brazil. One of the main technical support to tackle this issue is the identification and classification of the risks. In order to classify the risk level of flood in this case study, the methodology adopted was developed by the Ministry of Cities and Technology Research Institute, and take into account the arrangement of the hydrological scenario, vulnerability of households and dangerous process according to the distance of the houses from the axis of drainage. Therefore, the risk levels adopted to classify are listed below: very high (MA), high risk (A), moderate (M) and low risk (B). In conclusion, it is imperative to develop prevention plans in order to avoid or to minimize the damages caused by natural disasters. Therefore, the zoning of the risk sceneries remains as an important issue once it helps to identify the areas with high level risk of flood. Consequently, the occupation must be regulated where there is low or absent risk and it must be often forbidden where the high risk of flood is detected. Transplante de medula óssea para suporte de células tronco hematopoiéticas em cães acometidos por linfoma

Lymphoma represents the most prevalent hematopoietic malignancy in small animal medicine. It is highly responsible to chemotherapy and therefore several protocols are used as therapeutic tools. For that reason, the bone marrow transplantation, enshrined in human medicine through initial trial in canine patients, has increasingly become the focus of studies in order to make it a reality also in veterinary medicine. First, the treatment with the chosen chemotherapy protocol is made. As complete remission of lymphoma is observed, it must be initiated the bone marrow harvesting. The obtained material is subjected to the processes of erythrocyte depletion, plasma depletion, cryoprotectants addition, total nuclear cells counting, hematopoietic progenitor quantification, analysis of cell viability and freezing. Following that, with radiotherapy or application of cyclophosphamide, the conditioning phase of the patient who is receiving the transplantation is carried out. The bags containing hematopoietic stem cells are then thawed and transplanted into the receptor organism. Support with hematopoietic stem cells allows the use of lethal doses of chemotherapy or radiotherapy and has been shown to considerably raise the disease remission time and survival rate of the canine patients

Análise da queda de granizo em Guarulhos-SP e seus impactos socioeconômicos

The climate and weather have direct implications on society, are factors that can to regulate or restrict human occupation in a determined space. In this way, studies of climate and weather are justified to be extremely necessary for urban planning and economic activities, especially agriculture. The precipitation of hail, which enters in the classification of severe storm, causes large, direct and indirect impacts on society, mainly when it occurs in urban areas. This work aims to study the precipitation of hail, explain what is a severe storms and how hail is formed in clouds, making use of a literature review in geography and also in weather sciences. It is also an aim of this work analyze the genesis, evolution and dissipation of a specific case of precipitation of hail occurred in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, especially in Guarulhos, on 21st of September 21 of 2010, through the use of GOES-12’ satellite’s images and the use of São Roque’s weather radar. Enraizamento de estacas de hortelã (Mentha spicata L.) em função de soluções homeopáticas centesimais ímpares derivadas de ácido salicílico

Considerando-se as pesquisas que utilizam sistemas homeopáticos preconizados por Cristhian Frederich Samuel Hahnemann, a aplicação em modelos vegetais torna-se cada vez oportuna, uma vez que o pensamento da sociedade atual está voltado para estilos de vida que consideram a preservação ambiental e equilíbrio ecológico conscientes, e sobretudo qualidade de vida. A Homeopatia aplicada ao desenvolvimento vegetal se torna uma prática viável, pois pode proporcionar o equilíbrio homeostático das plantas em resposta à ação da substância homeopática, em níveis bioquímicos e/ou energéticos que normalmente conduzem seu desenvolvimento. O objetivo deste trabalho foi observar o efeito de preparações homeopáticas de ácido salicílico (Salycili acidum), um agente inibidor de desenvolvimento vegetal, nas dinamizações impares (1CH, 5 CH, 9CH, 13CH , 17CH , 21CH, 25CH, 29CH), na formação e no crescimento de raízes adventícias em estacas de hortelã (Mentha spicata L.). Como controles experimentais foram empregados três fatores, sendo eles, a água destilada, a solução 0,2% de ácido salicílico não dinamizada e a solução de etanol 30% não dinamizada. Realizou-se também uma análise qualitativa do princípio ativo das preparações homeopáticas empregando espectrofotometria com absorção em ultravioleta. Os resultados mostraram que houve indução e formação de raízes nas estacas de hortelã nas soluções contendo preparações homeopáticas, mesmo naquelas onde não foram detectadas moléculas de insumo ativo por espectrometria em ultravioleta. As respostas seguiram um padrão sinusoide (senoidal) de promoção/inibição do efeito, e pode-se observar o efeito do processo farmacotécnico homeopático de sucussão influenciando o surgimento e o desenvolvimento das raízes adventícias. Proposta de implementação da ISO 14001 em uma empresa química

Due to environmental concerns and the current legal requirements, companies are looking for ways to reconcile economic growth with environmental preservation. The purpose of this project is to show the stages of implementation of ISO 14001 in a chemical company and propose changes in chemical procedures creating goals to be achieved. In this paper, the study for the implementation of ISO 14001 is in Viapol ltda., where the lack of environmental management can cause enormous impact to the environment and may generate air, soil and water pollution. The project resulted in a mapping of all the processes and a broad survey of waste and emissions, generating proposals to change some of the processes and and creating programs to achieve the goals and objectives proposed in the Environmental Policy. Adopting an environmental management system (EMS), the company will reduce costs by decreasing the amount of raw material used, shooting down on waste disposal and the amount of it, and increasing productivity. By committing to the implementation of the EMS, companies will be demonstrating a proactive approach to environmental issues and enrich its image to consumers’ point of view

Hematology has a great importance in assessing the health of all animals, including reptiles, since it aids in the diagnosis of certain diseases and help to monitor patient's clinical evolution, although studies and articles in this area are rare, even with the increasing number of calls of these animals in veterinary clinics. Moreover, there are a lot of environmental and individual factors, which influence the hematological values of this group, such as age, sex, stress levels, nutrient levels and season which the exam was made, among others. For these reasons studies that aimed to evaluate the reference values of some specie, are essential to increase the knowledge in the field and to assist on the clinical approach. This paper aims to present a study on the development of the real state market in Brazil. The analysis starts from the historical perspective, since the establishment of bases in that market until today's perspective, initial public offering of real state companies. In addition to this analysis, is also intended to discuss the several forms of financing real estate currently available in the Brazilian real estate market. Finally, and perhaps the most important part, analyze the IPO of 15 companies in the industry, held in 2007, notably through comparative graphical analysis, noting the factors that influence stock returns of these companies

Em Presidente Prudente, a média de pessoas que apresentam algum tipo de deficiência supera as demais cidades do estado de São de Paulo (IBGE 2010). Em decorrência desta população expressiva e a ausência de acessibilidade e de equipamentos voltados para essa demanda, buscando seu bem-estar, este trabalho final de graduação propõe a criação de um Centro Esportivo voltado para pessoas com deficiência física. Padrões de Enterramento Associados à Distribuição Larval e Predação Intraguilda em Moscas-Varejeiras

Um dos fatores mais estudados recentemente em populações de moscasvarejeiras importantes para a Entomologia Forense é a dispersão larval. A dispersão é um importante processo para o ciclo das moscas-varejeiras, já que durante esse período as larvas deixam o substrato alimentar procurando um lugar apropriado para se enterrarem, e se tornarem pupas e adultos. Moscas-varejeiras também exibem geralmente intensa atividade interativa, sobretudo durante o período larval, competindo por recursos alimentares e/ou agindo como predadora intraguilda, principalmente no caso específico de Chrysomya albiceps. Estas interações têm resultado no declínio de espécies nativas. Neste estudo pretende-se investigar o comportamento larval de Chrysomya megacephala e C. albiceps, concentrando-se na análise da dispersão larval pós-alimentar em sítios previamente ocupados por pupas, para avaliar se a presença prévia de pupas da mesma e de espécie diferente pode influenciar os padrões de dispersão larval

Proposta de diretrizes embasadoras para introdução de sistemas de medição de desempenho em empresas de projetos de instalações prediais

The civil construction in Brazil has grown a lotover the last years. This has caused a greater competition between companies of the sector. A little difference in quality in service or product a company offers can determine their success in the market. There is a growing demand for tools that optimize processes and bring greater quality to each activity in these companies. Performance measurement systems make it possible to control process efficiency and effectiveness using performance indicators. Considering this need, the paper before you has the objective of creating basic guidelines to introduce performance measurement systems inbuilding installations project companies. A theoretical reference is presented to describe organizational aspects of project companies along with performance measurement systems characteristics. Using a qualitative research methodology, a study case was executed with interviews, observation and document analysis as evidence sources. In the study case, limitations where identified, such as, high degree of product and process flexibility, dependence on subjective analysis for decision making and lack of specialized information systems. Considering the theoretical reference and the study case,the proposed guidelines intend to ease and guarantee greater chances of success when implanting one of these systems
