The article refers to the collective construction performed from the Multicentric Research on Humanization Training of SUS. It is about production and building consensus on different interpretations of the superfamily "expansion of the analysis capability." The methodological approach is related to the creation of analytical reports coming from four sources: Intervention Plans built at the time of training courses offered in three states (Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and São Paulo) by the institutional supporters in training.Also, there were questionnaires answered via Form-SUS by graduated supporters after four years of the course closing; data and analysis produced by supporters in focus groups and interviews, conducted as the research final stage in the three states.Thus, considering the inclusive methodological framework not only from the courses, but also the research that evaluated them, the participants (graduates from the training courses) produced data and started to play the active role of researchers/panelists because they got “surprised" by partial analyzes.Therefore, the article discusses the analysis capability of demand required by supporters before their working areas and the relationship of that capability with concepts and elements of Institutional Analysis.It was possible to highlight the inseparability between demands of emergency and the exercise of being next to another person and his/her interests. The conclusion is that the methodology proposed by the course allowed the supporters in training to stimulate and develop a critical capacity on their work.However, it is noticed that the expansion of such analytical capability often remained linked to the supporter, without the contagion of other workers in the territories.It was also possible to see that the course and political framework of PNH could equip the supporters, promoting empowerment from their analysis, which is essential to the interventions performance.

Contribuições da epistemologia genética para a construção do conhecimento na educação infantil

The kindergarten has as main objective the development of the child from zero to five years in their physical, emotional, cognitive and social domains. This is also the goal of the Centers for Children Living from the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) that caters to children of teachers, technical and administrative staff and students. In this work we report some of the action of the Technical Commission of the CCIs with reflections on the construction of children's knowledge through observations of the CCIs in different campuses of Unesp, conducted through technical visits. As a theoretical contribution we adopt the Genetic Epistemology of Jean Piaget. Partial results show that, although there are efforts to understand and assist the process of constructing knowledge of children, many challenges remain to be overcome in the realization of an excellent service to children.

Indisciplina no ensino técnico: representações sociais de professores

The present study is a result of a Master’s degree’s research in Psychology, which has been developed with the objective of identifying the social representations of teachers about indiscipline in the classroom. We adopted a qualitative and quantitative approach and also the theory of Social Representations. Data were collected through individual semi-structured interviews. There were three high school teachers, three technical teachers and three teachers from both types of education, resulting in nine teachers from a technical school in São Paulo countryside. We defined three themes to process data through a content analysis, which are: indiscipline causes, alternatives to deal with this issue and conception of indiscipline. This division into themes allowed us to identify categories and we were able to measure frequency and percentage of answers. So far, we analyzed data of interviews corresponding to technical teachers. We noted that most of the answers related to the indiscipline were due to individual and family factors of students. Regarding the alternatives to deal with indiscipline, the answers were mostly related to the relationship of teachers and students. In general, we can say these pre-results show us a difference between the indiscipline causes and the alternatives to deal with them: teachers tend to blame the students themselves and their family problems, but they also say the alternatives are centered on the interaction teacherstudent.

On heat cured acrylic resins by microwaves energy the action of electromagnetic waves on methylmethacrylate promote the polymerization process. However, part of this energy is absorbed by the gypsum present in the flask and the function of this gypsum is to maintain the characteristics of specimen, nevertheless is unknown in the literature as the amount of water present in this gypsum affects the characteristics of acrylic resin. The proposal of this study was verified if dried gypsum influenced in some properties of the acrylic resins thermally activated by microwaves: presence of porosity, microhardness, roughness, flexural strength and dimensional change. Two different types of acrylic resin for complete denture were utilized: Lucitone 550 e Vipi-Wave and groups were formed: Lucitone 550, polymerization by microwave energy without gypsum treatment; Lucitone 550, polymerization by microwave energy with pretreatment gypsum; Vipi-Wave by microwave energy without gypsum treatment; Vipi Wave, polymerization by microwave energy with pretreatment gypsum; Lucitone 550 control group polymerization in hot water bath. For both situations were performed analysis of microhardness and porosity three different metallic shaped specimens were formed with followed dimensions: 2,0x2,0x2,0cm (8cm3); 2,0x2,0x1,0 (4cm3) e 2,0x2,0x0,5 (2cm3). Standardized wax specimens was used to prepare groups (n=9) and included in glass fiber flasks. The gypsum dry was made by microwave oven cycle (10min and 600W) and then the flasks were maintained in dry oven during two hours. Polymerizations of specimens were made and then polished. Wax patterns #7 obtained from the metal were embedded in plastic flask and following the processes of pressing and polymerization of the resin according to established groups. For some time, oral surgeons have tried several surgical procedures to improve the alveolar ridge for prosthetic appliance construction. The techniques used for this purpose are divided into four groups: submucosal vestibuloplasty; secondary epithelization; soft tissue grafting and transpositional flaps. Twenty patients who had problems to wear dentures due to unsatisfactory retention and stability were selected at the Oral and MaxilloFacial Surgery and Traumatology Clinic of Dental School of São José dos Campos. They were divided in two groups and operated by submucosal vestibuloplasty using stents and secondary epithelization vestibuloplasty by Clark's technique and were evaluated twelve months after operations in relationship of the sulcus depth. The results were obtained by clinical and radiological examination before and after surgery, and they are similar to those found in the literature reaching satisfactory functional judgement

Protese ocular individualizada em resina acrílica com esfera oca

The technique proposed aims at reducing the weight of individualized ample ocular prostheses using acrylic resins as well as simplifying laboratory procedure. For that, prefabricated hollow spheres made of plastic material, were inserted in the sclera. The average weights of the solid conventional sclera (5.30g) and those of the respective prefabricated plastic ones (3.91g) were compared. The weight reduction was significative with a confidence interval of 95% by the Student t test. ln addition, for illustration purpose, the technique was applied to patients in the ward of the Maxillofacial Prostheses Dicipline of the Dentistry School in the Campus of São José dos Campos - UNESP, having each patient received a solid prosthesis and a hollow prefabricated one made of plastic material. It has been concluded that the prostheses material spheres were inserted are lighter than the ones which received solid spheres; furthermore, thr technique is viable for ample anophtalmic cavities and requires few sessions
