Dinâmica espacial e estrutura fitossociológica do estrato inferior de um trecho da comunidade vegetal às margens do Ribeirão Claro e de seu afluente Jardim Bandeirantes, Rio Claro/SP

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo descrever a estrutura fitossociológica do estrato herbáceo, de diferentes manchas que definem o mosaico da vegetação de um trecho do Ribeirão Claro e seu afluente Jardim Bandeirantes, analisando a diversidade das comunidades no tempo e no espaço, a dominância e a distribuição das espécies, estabelecendo relações com variáveis ambientais edáficas (umidade, pH e teor de matéria orgânica) e microclimáticas (luminosidade, cobertura de dossel e declividade), a fim de estudar a estrutura, composição e os processos sucessionais desta fitocenose. Foram definidas 13 manchas de vegetação como foco de estudo, em cada uma foram dispostas 6 parcelas de 5x5m perfazendo uma extensão de 30 m perpendicularmente ao rio. No interior das parcelas foram levantadas todas as formas de vida vegetais abaixo de 1,5m de altura, aplicando-se um método de avaliação de cobertura (método do toque), onde a amostragem foi realizada em intervalos de 0,5m. Os indivíduos foram amostrados com indicação do seu hábito e classificação taxonômica. As quantificações foram realizadas tanto no período chuvoso quanto no período seco, com a finalidade de entender a dinâmica sazonal dessa comunidade. A comunidade estudada apresentou variação em sua composição e estrutura no que se refere às estações seca e chuvosa. Os parâmetros ambientais analisados mostraram uma heterogeneidade física nas fisionomias descritas, o que pode estar contribuindo para a diferenciação na distribuição das espécies amostradas em cada fisionomia. Com base no inventário realizado, envolvendo a vegetação marginal do trecho estudado do Ribeirão Claro e seu tributário Jardim Bandeirantes, em duas estações distintas, os dados mostraram maiores variações da cobertura herbácea nas fitocenoses em estágios sucessionais mais avançados... Aprendizagem dos alunos de 5º ano do ensino fundamental em aritmética e suas dificuldades na resolução de problemas com estrutura multiplicativa

The topic in this work involving the resolution of problems with structure multiplicativa emerged from discussions carried out on the difficulties encountered by students of the first cycle of the Fundamental School in Mathematics, mainly in respect of the arithmetic. The research had as objective to investigate the main difficulties presented by these students when they are faced with a task for a resolution of problems with multiplicativa structure. Were participants, in the first stage of the study, 20 students of the fifth year of the Fundamental School of a state school of public education of the State of Sao Paulo. These students have an assessment containing ten problems with structure multiplicativa answered a questionnaire regarding of mathematics. In the second stage, were selected two students to participate in the think aloud. Melhoria do nível de serviço no atendimento ao cliente por meio da estrutura direta de distribuição Transit Point

Increasingly competitive markets have driven the search for companies in many different ways to win and keep customers. The service level is basically the performance of companies in fulfilling the orders made, or how companies demonstrate to their clients efforts in their behalf. This work aims to solve the difficulties faced by a multinational company present in Brazil, in the distribution of its products in the category Ice Cream in order to improve the service level of their customers. Review the logistics network and concepts related to the distribution system of products is one of several ways to achieve this goal, as well as the use of IT and tools to assist in planning and programming of the physical distribution of products. In this study we used the concept of direct distribution system called Transit Point (TP). The TP provides at the same time, a strategy of rapid response, flexibility, low transportation costs and no inventory. A router - software capable of simulating the actual conditions experienced in the daily distribution - was used to assist in calculations. Results showed reductions of up to 47.5% in transportation costs and better conditions were provided in the distribution of products, positively impacting on service levels and in the maintenance of products quality, with a reduction of 1.6% of the total costs involve

Análise dos problemas de comunicação permeados pela cultura organizacional e estrutura de gestão de projetos em uma empresa na área da construção

In a supplier of building products were identified difficulties in communication between the Product Development area and other areas of the company that could spoil projects and processes. The process of product development is important in placing the company in the market, and through research and planning, design new products and seek to comply with the costumer in relation to deadlines, quality and cost-effective. The development of a product involves many areas in the company and communication is essential in this process. The goal of this study was to identify possible communication problems permeated by organizational culture and structure of project management working in the company. A survey was applied using a Likert scale in three different areas of the company, with questions including the topics: communication, culture and organizational structure of project management and subsequently conducted the median test and the Spearman test to analysis of responses. With the understanding and analysis of the survey it was confirmed the difficulties of communication between people and the areas of the company, besides there is an influence of the type of culture acting in the company and the current management structure of the project in a good performance of internal communication

Tubo digestório de Urostreptus atrobunneus (Diplopoda): estrutura e função

Millipedes are macro-arthropods of soil which perform a important role in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem, since they feed on decaying organic matter and because they promotes the soil enrichment, aeration and humidification. These animals are usually found in humid with low light places, under rocks and trunks. The diplopods exoskeleton is much resistant and impregnated with calcium salts. Due the secretion of defense, with strong and unpleasant smell, the animals of this class have few or no predators. Large diplopods populations are not observed, but explosions population can occur for unbalances enviromnmental, by climate change and by use of pesticides that may eliminate potential competitors. In this sense, the millipede Urostreptus atrobrunneus Pierozzi & Fontanetti, 2006, has presented points of infestation in urban centers of Sao Paulo state, causing many disorders of the human population. Because it is a newly described species, little is known of its aspects biological and morphological. Thus, the purpose of this study was to describe the structure and function of the digestive tract of the species U. atrobrunneus by means of histological, histochemistry and ultrastructural techniques. The results demonstrated that the digestive tract of U. atrobrunneus is similar to the descriptions given for other species. The foregut consists of a simple epithelium, composed of cells of different heights, covered by a cuticular intima, leaning on a thin basal membrane, followed by a well-developed muscular layer and an external membrane, around the foregut have a pair of salivary glands. The midgut epithelium has a pseudostratified, supported by a thick basal membrane, followed by a muscular layer and a layer of hepatic cells. The main purpose of this research is to raise, through lab rehearsals, the geometric properties of some oxisols from the region of Vale do Paraíba as well as comparing them to demands prescribed by Technical Specifications ESP08/05 of the Road Department of the State of Paraná, for sub-base or fine grained lateritic soil base (SAFL) and in the Technical Specification ET-DEP00/006 of the Road Department of the State of São Paulo (DER/SP) for subbase or crushed stone base.
