Comportamento de forrageamento de Surucuá-variado (Trogon Surrucura) (Aves, Trogonidae)

Os frugívoros desempenham papel fundamental na manutenção das florestas ao dispersarem as sementes dos frutos que consomem. Dentre as aves tropicais, a família Trogonidae é uma importante representante de tal relação ecológica e por serem sensíveis a alterações no ambiente, são bioindicadores da qualidade do habitat. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo descrever o comportamento de forrageamento de Trogon surrucura no Parque Estadual da Cantareira, São Paulo, e registrar e levantar na literatura os itens alimentares consumidos pela espécie. Foi observado que T. surrucura capturou presas preferencialmente em folhas verdes, utilizou-se da manobra investir-pairar na maior parte dos eventos de forrageamento, e não retornou aos poleiros de partida em 92% dos casos. Entre os itens alimentares levantados, os mais registrados foram artrópodes (principalmente insetos da família Tettigoniidae e lepidópteros), seguidos de frutos (Eugenia uniflora, Euterpe edulis entre outros), além de vertebrados (anuros da família Hylidae) e flores (do gênero Ipomoea). This work refers to a cut of my artistic creation path with some reflections on the subject other. Mail Art has been an alternative trend of art / avant-garde, where communication between artists networks is the goal to be achieved, therefore, from this statement, was approached some historical and particular aspects regarding the post and its contingencies in the art / forefront. Share this moment of academic completion with a postcard exhibition that will take place through the agency of other participating artists. To do so, were invited artists from the theme IDENTIFY UP to send work in postcard size with the exclusive use of the Post Office. The exhibition event will take place in the Gallery of the Art Institute. Participant of other similar projects, I believe I experienced a new role: who calls, organizes and rules.

Áreas de preservação permanente (APP) na sub-bacia hidrográfica do córrego do Marimbondo, Jales (SP): um estudo das condições ambientais

This work aimed to carry out a study of the environmental conditions of the Permanent Preservation Areas (PPAs) in the sub-basin of Marimbondo Stream in the city of Jales (SP), through remote sensing techniques and taking as the basis Brazilian environmental legislation, the Forest Code Federal Law Nº 12,651/2012. Permanent Preservation Areas are inserted intrinsically improved conditions in the quantity and quality of water in the areas of springs and along water bodies in rural properties. Therefore, we also carried out studies on the new Forest Code compared to the old Federal Law Order no. 4771/1965 and the observation of its application in the area of sub-basin as well as carrying out the simulation. The results of this research allowed toverify the need for direct implementation of the monitoring measures with the Forest Code, and this water management tool in Brazil, which will ensure sustainable management practices of land use and land cover, with direct benefits to water production, mainly for public supply. Also there was a greater need for involvement by the public actors, the Basin Committee of the São José dos Dourados and the municipal government of Jales, in order to truly act aimed at the protection and maintenance of the water body Stream Wasp
