Ensino de lutas e educação física escolar: o caso do currículo de educação física do estado de São Paulo

O atual cenário do ensino da Educação Física no Brasil caracteriza-se como um complexo campo de conflitos, no qual emergem e embrenham-se diferentes proposições teórico-metodológicas, originadas desde meados da década de 1980 no processo histórico de emancipação, superação e ressignificação da Educação Física. Tais concepções, em contraposição ao criticado e tradicional ensino técnico-esportivista, propõe que na escola os conteúdos abordados deveriam propiciar a apropriação crítica e autônoma das diversas manifestações da Cultura de Movimento. Sendo assim, cabe analisar como os professores, autores e não meros aplicadores, lidam com mudanças curriculares. É primordial analisar criticamente as práticas pedagógicas dos professores que vivenciam e implementam tais mudanças curriculares. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar como se caracteriza a relação saberes docentes-ensino de lutas entre professores da rede pública estadual de São Paulo, no cenário de implementação do currículo oficial de Educação Física. Foi realizado um estudo de natureza qualitativa; os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com professores e professoras atuantes na rede pública. Os resultados evidenciaram que o déficit na formação inicial dos professores, contribuiu para o trato pedagógico superficial do conteúdo lutas em suas aulas. Com isso, dificultando o desenvolvimento do conhecimento pedagógico do conteúdo dos docentes, que atribuem sua principal fonte de conhecimentos sobre o tema a recortes oriundos da influência midiática e da proposição de atividades a partir do Currículo de Educação Física do Estado de São Paulo. A formulação de uma corrente urbanística: uma (re)visita às teses de Anhaia Mello para São Paulo

The present article aims to elaborate an objective analytical panel, initially from the 1920- 1930 when Luiz Ignácio Romeiro de Anhaia Mello, cathedratic in the urban question, started to quote a series of authors and American plans as references to their reflections, mainly when the point was the verticalization or not at São Paulo City. From a broad bibliographic research with the systematization of the register from the debate between Anhaia Mello, this article intends to point out how the transposition of the urbanistic conceptions to the academic environment happened and, at the same time, the legal normatization of the São Paulo City that resulted in the creation of a draft of the regulations for use and occupation of the soil. The systematizations and analysis were based in a broad reading of the bibliography and documental sources that refer to the proposed theme. The books of the library of FAU-USP, specifically the one from SAGMACS – Sociedade de Análises Gráficas e Mecanográficas Aplicadas aos Complexos Sociais ( Society of Graphical Mechanical-Graphic Analysis Applied to Social Complexes) -, aiming to select papers and the collection of Anhaia Mello´s family, so that a reconstruction of the intellectual and professional journey of the Urbanism Professor. The systematization of the collected data and posterior comparison with the bibliographical study was fundamental for the reconstruction of the reflection of Anhaia Mello about the ways of the urban streets and roads at Sao Paulo City should be lead to on the middle of the XX century having as a guideline the debate between Anhaia Mello – very common on the 1950s for less important countries when dealing with the organization of the size of industrial metropolis. It was possible to identify the crystallization of one urbanistic proposal for the city: the from Anhaia Mello, that bet on the reversion of the metropolitan cycle by stopping the urban growth by the application of the theoretical conception of the garden city.

The discussion of this paper focuses on the search for demarcation of the Momo merriments in the city of São Paulo between 1960 and 1964, aiming to apprehend their specific traits at that juncture. It is known that the Brazilian Carnival, and in its sphere the São Paulo City one, has been steadily becoming enshrined in profile by popular segments. However, in that decade onset such festivities were going through certain peculiarities because it was a period characterized by many changes. The city of São Paulo, particularly, was experiencing an accelerated process of urbanization and consequent massification, as well as a moment of significant expansion of the cultural industry and mass communication means. Were the Momo revels immune to this process? What was the profile of these amusements in the city?

A educação em Direitos Humanos nos projetos político-pedagógicos das escolas de São Paulo

The article presents data from a qualitative study that aimed to investigate the presence of aspects that integrate knowledge, values and practice of the Human Rights Education (HRE) in the political-pedagogical projects (PPPs) of public schools in the state of São Paulo. 15 documents were analyzed from criteria based on reference documents for HRE in Brazil. The criteria were organized into seven areas: internal and external community; principles and concepts of education; goals; curriculum; democratic participation and school environment; teacher training and evaluation. We sought to identify whether the HRE related elements were missing, or if they were just mentioned or stood out through propositional planned actions in PPPs. The data demonstrate that the contents directly related to HRE are absent from PPPs, some issues related to this type of education are weakly mentioned and there are some planned actions that promote rights. However, the intentional, systematic and conscious planning of HRE is not yet reflected in this document type.
