Um olhar estratégico para o Projeto “Cenários Ambientais 2020” proposto pela Secretaria de Meio Ambiente do Estado de São Paulo

In recent years the development based on a pattern of production and consumption in large-scale, established relations with degrading the environment, jeopardizing the availability of natural resources. From then on, it became necessary to integrate the environmental dimension to the other planning issues, appearing then the Environmental Planning. The objective of the Environmental Planning generally defined by society, aims help in making decisions; subsidized by a diagnosis at the same time identify and define objectives more environmentally suitable to assist in developing public policy. Thus, the development of prospective scenarios together by experts and stakeholders assists in public policy development and decision-making. In 2007, seeking to structure environmental management in the State, the Department of the Environment of São Paulo has created 21 Strategic Environmental Projects, including the project Cenários Ambientais 2020 with the goal of developing public policy proposals for medium and long term from prospective environmental scenarios. This paper reviews the methodologies used in constructing the scenarios in this project; sought to evaluate the construction process according to what is proposed by Alcamo and Henrichs (2008); and investigated the context that encouraged the development of the project

As políticas de formação do arte educador no século XXI: o caso da UNESP no Estado de São Paulo

This paper deals with the training of art educators, focusing on the courses offered at public universities in the state of São Paulo, where, specifically the pedagogical approach of training curricula of grades offered at UNESP, campus of São Paulo and Bauru. In the current situation have been proposed, from training in undergraduate courses, new tasks and responsibilities to work teaching the teacher in order to develop this educational increasingly effective so as to ensure efficient productivity autonomous learner in the process cognitive development in basic education, the teacher being assigned the task of stimulating that process and manage situations of educational work as a way of systematizing knowledge. The research consisted of questioning whether that teacher training allowed contact with the educational resources necessary for teaching, under current conditions assigned by the neoliberal conjuncture educational work of art educator with a view to the formation of aesthetic sensibility of the students from the class working, privileged pupils of public schools, to contribute to establishing the apprehension about the pedagogical training of art educators to confront the reality school, considering the specificity of action of these teachers. Therefore we conducted a desk study of existing legislation and the National Curriculum Guidelines that guide teacher training, correlating them to Pedagogical Policy Projects and curricula of undergraduate courses in Arts Education and / or Visual Arts courses UNESP. Síntese por reação em estado sólido de pós cerâmicos multifuncionais à base de CaCu3Ti4O12 modificados com estrôncio

The study of ceramic materials is constantly evolving, especially in research related to advanced ceramics. Once these have many applications, this paper relates to synthesis by solid state reaction of calcium copper titanate (CCTO) ceramic material means doping with strontium. The powders were characterized using thermal analysis techniques such as TG (thermogravimetry), DTA (differencial thermal analysis), dilatometry, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The compositions have submitted weight loss at around 6% with respect to carbonates used, and was attributed a temperature of 950° C to perform the calcination according to thermogravimetric analysis. After the process of calcination and milling, the particles presented approximately spherical shapes and high percentages of substitution Ca2+ with Sr2+ was evident by the presence of necks between to particles due to the milling calcination. Analyses with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) showed stoichiometries in different samples very similar to the theoretical stoichiometry

Quimioestratigrafia do vulcanismo ácido mesozóico da província magmática do Paraná: porção SE do estado de Santa Catarina

The Mesozoic acid volcanism of the Paraná-Etendeka Province can be considered as one of the biggest events of its kind in the Earth's surface, and its study have attracted special interest in characterizing the end of magmatism that preceded the rupture process and the formation of continental Africa and South America Although significant, the acid volcanism featuring Members Chapecó Palmas and Serra Geral Formation represents only 2.5% of the total generated by the magmatic rocks and perhaps therefore the existing literature on these rocks is well less significant than that on the basalts. However, there are still aspects still unclear about the origin and evolution of these rocks in relation to the associated basalts. Thus, two profiles were selected, called RA and TA, which be a systematic collection of samples from the base where the Botucatu Formation sandstones occur at the top, where they observe Palmas acid rock type. These samples should be analyzed for major, minor and trace elements and treated in specific diagrams to define the vertical variation lithochemistry and their possible relationships with the associated basalts

Sala de recursos para deficientes visuais: contribuições para o processo de inclusão escolar

This work is situated in the universe of resource rooms with a focus on the teachinglearning disabled students with low vision and visual in two cities of São Paulo. The paper discusses theoretically the historical emergence of these rooms, the deployment in the State of São Paulo and its importance within the context of school inclusion of students with visual impairments. Its purpose is to conduct a general survey of the operating conditions of the rooms from the perspective of the teacher of students. The results verified the contribution of this service as a complementary tool of the ordinary classroom, the use of specific instructional materials and overall educational performance of students. The results indicate that this type of specialized care while receiving criticism, does not promote segregation, but what about the educational needs of these students, who despite the lack of vision, school performance is equal to or better than the other students in the classroom common, it all depends on family support, and dedication to studies by the student. Research has shown students satisfied with the services provided in the resource room, as well as integration and good relationships between teachers and students. We could also highlight the importance of specific training and mastery of knowledge by the teacher to work with the visually impaired person. At the end the results were sent to the schools of this research object of study so that it can contribute to effective work in the educational process for visually impaired students in resource rooms

Os cadernos de física: algumas inquietações sobre o currículo oficial do Estado de São Paulo

The Student Notebook, separated by discipline and delivered bimonthly to students of public schools, is one of those publications. Specifically, the physics notebook brings a content with no depth, where theories are presented by minimizing the mathematical formalism for a broad education that meets the needs for dynamize the economy

Levantamento e análise de estudos de restauração florestal em áreas degradadas no estado de São Paulo

A preocupação com a conservação da cobertura vegetal, já há algumas décadas, tem sido objeto de amplos debates no meio científico, bem como a eficácia dos projetos de reflorestamento com espécies nativas, no estado de São Paulo, considerando-se o contexto histórico sobre questões envolvendo legislação, planejamento e análise de parâmetros ambientais, tendo-se como meta a produção de reflorestamentos de qualidade, procurando garantir a conservação da biodiversidade e a sustentabilidade das florestas implantadas. O presente estudo teve como objetivo a compilação de trabalhos pertinentes à recuperação florestal de áreas degradadas no estado de São Paulo, relatando os modelos implementados, bem como a sua efetividade, no processo de enriquecimento e manutenção da paisagem. Foi dado destaque para as práticas adotadas no processo de restauração da cobertura florestal, sendo agregados comentários respectivos aos componentes do ambiente físico, a estrutura da comunidade vegetal, bem como aos grupos sucessionais de espécies introduzidos. Para isso, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico da literatura produzida nos últimos 15 anos (1999-2013), envolvendo o tema em questão e divulgada em veículos técnico/científicos, tais como as publicadas em anais, sites, periódicos nacionais e internacionais, relatórios técnicos, bem como aquelas apresentadas em eventos científicos. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade da integração entre aspectos teóricos e práticos e o estabelecimento de parâmetros de avaliação e monitoramento que sejam capazes de verificar verdadeiramente a qualidade dos reflorestamentos heterogêneos
