This paper focuses on the discussion of journalistic genres, more specifically on the comic journalism, in other words, when using humor as a tool to transmit information. Supported by the definitions proposed by José Marques de Melo (2003), based on the theories of journalism presented by Nelson Traquina (2005) and Felipe Pena (2005) and relying on the teachings of Jorge Halperín (2008) and Rafael Yanes (2004) about interview techniques, this research aimed to analyze the humor as a legitimate resource and collaborator in journalism performance. For this, we analyzed, in detail, six different frames of interviews of program The Noite with Danilo Gentili, which is broadcasted from Monday to Friday by the Brazilian Television System, SBT. In this analysis, we considered the contente of interviews, the technique and the resources used by the presenter and his team, the journalistic relevance of topics and guests and the reach of the general public to information

Fabrication of optoelectronic devices requires the employment of at least one transparent electrode. Usually, commercially transparent electrodes have been made by deposition of indium tin oxide (ITO) films by RF-Sputtering technique. These commercial electrodes have sheet resistance of about 100 Ω/sq and optical transmittance of 77% at the wavelength of 550 nm. The poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene-sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) is an alternative material to fabricate transparent electrodes due to its high conductivity (about 600 S/cm) and solubility in water. Soluble conductive materials exhibits advantages for processing of electrode layers, however there is a disadvantage during devices fabrication once materials with the same solvent of the electrode material cannot be coated one over the other. Alternatively, organic/Silica hybrid materials prepared by sol-gel process allow producing bulks and films with high chemical durability. In order to obtain transparent electrodes with high chemical durability, we introduced a blended material comprising the high UV-VIS transparency of organic/Silica sol-gel material and a high conductivity polymer PEDOT:PSS. The organic/Silica sol was obtained using two different molar concentrations (1:1 and 4:1), of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTS). Amounts of PEDOT:PSS solutions were added to the sol material, resulting in different weight fractions of sol and polymer. G:T/P:P were deposit onto glass substrates by spray-coating. In order to perform electrical characterization of the blended material, gold electrodes were thermally evaporated onto the films. Nine swines of the White Large race were used for study of the process of bony repair after osteotomy with rotating instruments of low and high-speed, with and without liquid refrigeration. The authors observed, through double blind histopathological analysis, that in every analyzed operative time, the bony repair was processed more appropriately when the osteotomies were accomplished with liquid refrigeration. In the final postoperative times, of fourteen and twenty-eight days, the best results of bony repair were observed in the osteotomy accomplished with drills of low rotation and with liquid refrigeration, while in the postoperative time of seven days, the results of the bony repair of osteotomy accomplished with drills of high rotation and with liquid refrigeration they were better. The authors consider, still, that the process of bony repair in swine display larger proximity in the histological pictures among the studied variables, when compared with other biological models. As most of the works told in the literature it refers the use of dogs, the authors consider that the present work guarantees your importance in the sense of looking for a closer model of the man.

Os anaeróbios obrigatórios que compõem o complexo vermelho de Socransky são reconhecidos pelo seu envolvimento nas doenças periodontais humanas, mas em pacientes imunocomprometidos os mesmos parecem estar associados a quadros sépticos mais graves e de tratamento mais complexo. Esse estudo objetivou avaliar a ocorrência de Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), Tannerella forsythia (Tf) e Treponema denticola (Td) no biofilme, mucosas e saliva de 160 pacientes HIV+, 5 pacientes leucêmicos, 50 pacientes submetidos à radioterapia para tratamento de câncer de cabeça e pescoço e sua correlação com sintomatologia clínica. Amostras de biofilme sub e supragengival, saliva e mucosas foram coletadas após a realização do exame clínico intrabucal. Após a extração do DNA, a detecção desses microrganismos era realizada por PCR. Esses patógenos foram detectados de todos os espécimes clínicos de pacientes com necrose de tecidos moles bucais. Nos pacientes HIV+, a frequência de detecção de Pg e Tf entre pacientes com periodontite foi 2,8 e 2,1 vezes mais elevada do que a observada nos indivíduos periodontalmente saudáveis. T. denticola foi detectado apenas nos sítios com necrose, supuração e perda óssea pronunciada. Pg e Tf se mostraram associados com perda óssea e sangramento gengival. A presença desses microrganismos esteve associada a odor fétido e dor, o que pode auxiliar o clínico na escolha de antimicrobianos como auxiliares do tratamento, devendo-se evitar o emprego de β-lactâmicos, podendo-se associar essas drogas ao metronidazol.
