This paper presents a study on the development of a manufacturing system of printed circuit boards through copper milling. An advantage of this system is the replacement of chemical processes by physical process presenting a sustainable solution. The paper uses programs that will generate G-code needed to establish the coordinates where the milling forms the tracks. After obtaining the code, it will be transformed into steps that will be sent through the serial port to the microcontroller and the serial communication control will be in software. After obtaining information the microcontroller will execute the movement of the stepper motors through their drivers, H-bridge, the microcontroller also drives the spindle motor responsible for rotating the grinding tool, using a driver with a optocoupler and TRIAC

Therefore programming has been developed and new softwares appear every day. For the development of this project was used the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, and with it the program was made in C # Windows Form mode. This work aims to develop a program that can read, send and receive data via the Universal Serial Bus (USB) to the computer, and thereby perform the processing. Thus the milk producer will possess the knowledge of the amount of milk produced by the animal. With the processing of data it is possible to generate graphs of herd production or a specific animal and you can also generate the required report date

Os efeitos de sentido nos textos de Bob Dylan: mito ou ídolo?

Bob Dylan sempre foi identificado como um cantor de protesto, considerado o ícone, o Porta Voz de sua Geração. No entanto, em suas entrevistas ao longo de sua carreira, ele fez questão de refutar tais etiquetas. Esta pesquisa pretendeu compreender a construção do mito Bob Dylan pela mídia, expresso nas formações discursivas das entrevistas e das letras das canções de protesto e examinar a organização dos sentidos de suas entrevistas. O estudo do contexto da época - o período dos anos 1960 nos Estados Unidos da América - permitiu aprofundar a discussão, compreendendo os motivos pelos quais existe um conflito entre o que Bob Dylan faz e o que ele fala. A análise semiótica greimasiana foi o instrumento adotado para desvelar - ou, em uma perspectiva sempre cética como convém à ciência como convém à ciênciaq, para oferecer subsídios que ajudem a explicar a postura contrastante entre o significado das letras e as declarações nas entrevistas. Ao final da pesquisa espera-se ter contribuído para que a relação entre artista e público, mediada pelos meios de comunicação, seja pensada de maneira menos ingênua e mais aprofundada, discutindo a formação de mitos e como eles explicam determinados comportamentos na sociedade

Endocardite infecciosa em pequenos animais

Infective endocarditis is a process in which an infection attacks the heart endothelial surface, and is commonly caused by bacterial colonization, which is called bacterial endocarditis. It is a condition rarely found in dogs and cats, and is more prevalent in male dogs of large size. It mainly affects the left side of the heart, affecting the mitral and aortic valves with greater frequency. The circulation of the bacterium in the bloodstream is what gives rise endocarditis, and is caused by any non-aseptic process that serves as a gateway for bacterium in the body, as from a skin lesion, even as an invasive procedure, such as, catheterization and surgery. The ante-mortem diagnosis is difficult because the clinical signs of endocarditis are varied and common to other diseases, summing up the signs of infection (fever, lethargy, weight loss), and presence of heart murmur and may show signs of congestive heart failure. Thus, the diagnosis is most often through autopsy. To arrive at a diagnosis should be used, besides the history and physical examination, some laboratory tests, especially blood cultures and echocardiography. Treatment is accomplished through the use of antibiotics for long period of time, it is very important to follow the results of susceptibility after its outcome is revealed. The prognosis for bacterial endocarditis ranges from guarded to poor, and can be assessed mainly by the echocardiography. Análise da deposição de filmes finos semicondutores de GaN e GaN e Ga1-xMnxN preparados por sputtering reativo

Thin films of Ga1-xMnxN have great interest in its potential for control of electron spin (spintronics), in most cases this material is synthesized by techniques that have a high degree of control the deposition parameters, such as molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and deposition of metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The sputtering technique is an alternative route to produce such materials. Here we study the film deposition Ga1-xMnxN by reactive sputtering technique and apply enhancements such as a glove box, a residual gas analyzer and temperature control system, in order to growth films epitaxially using an analysis of the preconditions of films analyzed by spectroscopic techniques and microscopic. These procedures helped to improve the technique of deposition by cleaning substrates in an inert environment, and by the analysis of trace gases and heating the substrate holder as explained in the literature. Through the applications and comparisons it can be pointed out that the technique has the advantage of its simplicity and relatively low cost compared to MBE and MOCVD, but produces polycrystalline material

Território da atenção básica em Presidente Prudente: do espaço da norma ao território de fato

Este trabalho tem como finalidade discutir a atenção básica no município de Presidente Prudente, entretanto esclarecendo como funciona as normatizações e ações práticas. Assim, verificamos o território da Estratégia de Saúde da Família do Parque Alvorada e se existe um vínculo entre a norma e o fato, possibilitando que a população previna ou trate doenças através da porta de entrada preferencial do SUS, além de alcançar o bem estar. Para consolidar este trabalho foi necessário uma pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e a análise empírica. A análise empírica permitiu verificar essa nuances no território e coletar dados para discussão, sendo uns dos principais fatores da pesquisa, pois mostra a realidade vivenciada pela população inserida naquela território. Diante dessas práticas, percebemos que existem alguns pontos negativos, pois muitas pessoas que estão inseridas nesse território não tem um acesso facilitado a sede da ESF do Parque Alvorada. Assim, se o território fosse delimitado de uma outra forma, porém considerando a participação social, ou seja, ouvindo as pessoas que vivem no local, qual suas dificuldades e desejos, o programa atenderia toda população que faz parte daquela área de abrangência com mais eficácia

Queijo Prato com teor reduzido de gordura adicionado de enzima proteolítica: características físicas e sensoriais

The Prato cheese is the second most consumed cheese in Brazil. It is produced by milk enzymatic coagulation, and maturated for at least 25 days; it is classified as fatty cheese and of medium moisture. Due to the concern to health, the cheeses consumers have been seeking for products with low fat contents; however fat is essential for providing desirable sensory and physiologic characteristics, such as flavor, softness and texture to cheeses. Alterations on the technological processing of low fat cheeses have been made seeking for improved products, and the use of proteolytic enzymes has been a significant strategy. The meltability, color and sensory characteristics are fundamental quality indicators of the final products. This study reports the findings from the analyses on the physical and sensory characteristics of low fat Prato cheese with addition of proteolytic enzyme – fastuosain, that is extracted from unripe gravata fruit. The addition of fastuosain improved the quality of the product, as this additive neither affected the meltability, nor produced bitterness, which is a common unpleasant taste in low fat cheeses.

Mulheres na licenciatura em física: uma permanência limitada

Apresentamos os resultados de uma pesquisa que procurou compreender os fatores responsáveis pela desistência e permanência de um conjunto de estudantes mulheres em um curso de formação de professoras e professores de Física. Para tanto, identificamos as estudantes (desistentes, concluintes e regularmente matriculadas), contatamos elas por meio de uma rede social e por e-mails e, solicitamos que respondessem um questionário. As informações obtidas foram analisadas mediante a Análise de Discurso, na vertente de Michel Pêcheux. A análise apontou diferentes fatores para a desistência e permanência das estudantes, bem como imaginários sobre questões de gênero. As sequências discursivas apontaram um imaginário no qual os docentes do curso são porta- vozes de um ideário histórico patriarcado, que pode repercutir no rendimento, na baixo estima e na desistência do curso.

Towards an understanding on the role of precursor in the synthesis of ZnS nanostructures

Wurtzite-structured ZnS nanostructures have been synthesized by means of a microwave-solvothermal method at 140°C using three precursors (chloride, nitrate and acetate). Different techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL) measurements have been employed to characterize this material. The structure, surface morphology, chemical composition and optical properties were investigated as function of precursor. Quantum chemical topological analysis of hydrogen bonding in HX…HX and CH3X…HX dimers (X = Br, Cl, F)

We present a systematic investigation of the nature and strength of the hydrogen bonding in HX···HX and CH3X…HX (X = Br, Cl and F) dimers using ab initio MP2/aug-cc-pVTZ calculations in the framework of the quantum theory of atoms in molecules (QTAIM) and electron localisation functions (ELFs) methods. The electron density of the complexes has been characterised, and the hydrogen bonding energy, as well as the QTAIM and ELF parameters, is consistent, providing deep insight into the origin of the hydrogen bonding in these complexes. It was found that in both linear and angular HX…HX and CH3X…HX dimers, F atoms form stronger HB than Br and Cl, but they need short (∼2 Å) X…HX contacts.

Avaliação da via aérea superior em pacientes classe III submetidos à cirurgia ortognática: revisão de literatura

Introduction: The configuration and dimensions of the upper airway are determined by anatomical structures such as soft tissues, muscles and craniofacial skeleton, composing or surrounding the pharynx. Anatomical abnormalities of the soft tissues and / or craniofacial skeleton may become more narrow upper airway. The orthognathic surgery, which is used in the correction of dentoskeletal deformities, also causes changes in the upper airway. Objective: In view of the facts presented, this article aims to review the literature on the changes of the upper airway in patients’ class III undergoing orthognathic surgery. Methodology: International Literature on Health Sciences (Pubmed ) and Port Journals CAPES original and review published between 1990 and 2010, in two bibliographic databases articles were selected. Results: thirty-nine (39) articles were selected for writing this review. Conclusion: The upper airway deformity and dental- skeletal class III should be carefully evaluated prior to orthognathic surgery and whenever surgical planning permit should prefer the maxillary advances to mandibular setbacks
