Needle aspiration confirmed the diagnosis of lipoma. Multiple symmetric lipomatosis (Madelung's disease) is a rare proliferation of adipocytes, of unknown etiology, most common in middle-aged men and mainly associated with alcoholism. It predominantly affects the neck and upper trunk, causing compressive symptoms or a imparting a pseudoathletic appearance. Surgical resection or liposuction is the most effective treatment, despite frequent recurrence.

This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. The authors present a male 40-year-old patient with established diagnosis of Behçet's disease which had evolved to recurrent bilateral auricular polychondritis crises. MAGIC syndrome (mouth and genital ulcers with inflamed cartilage) is rare and groups together patients with this clinical picture without necessarily fulfilling the clinical criteria for Behçet's disease or relapsing polychondritis, demonstrating an independent disorder.

On the question of neutrino spin precession in a magnetic field

Using the Feynman procedure of ordered exponential operators we solve the evolution equations for a two-neutrino system considering arbitrarily varying matter density and magnetic field along the neutrino trajectory. We show that a large geometrical phase velocity suppresses νL→νR transitions unless some stationary trajectory is found along the neutrino path. Concerning the solar neutrino case, if we admit the standard solar model matter distribution, no such trajectory can be found.

Percepção e atitudes de pedagogos sobre aspectos relevantes do uso de escovas dentárias

Objective: To evaluate the perception and attitude of kindergarten teachers in relation to the storage of toothbrushes. Methodology: The analysis instrument used was a structured and previously validated questionnaire. The sample universe of this study was composed of all states and municipals kindergarten school teachers who taught in school year of 2010 at the town of Araçatuba / SP (n = 232). The criteria used to integrate the study were: to have a college degree and agree to participate. Results: 164 teachers participated of the study. The results were analyzed using Epi Info 6.04 and showed that 55% of the teachers had received some information about the proper storage of toothbrushes, and only 35% believed that the toothbrushes were storaged improperly. Most teachers, 97% reported being possible the transmission of microorganisms through the brush, however, there was observed difficulty in identifying which diseases could be transmitted. About the question related to the execute of supervised toothbrushing, 93% of the educators said that they realize supervised toothbrushing and the same percentage was observed for the identification of preschoolers at the toothbrushes. Conclusions: The perception and attitude of the teachers ahead the storage of toothbrushes are weak and limited, so there is a need for educational programs targeted to this group, so that they would have more information and knowledge related to the correct storage of toothbrushes and would continue to perform oral health preventive methods.

Compreendendo a dinâmica familiar de adolescentes expostos a violência sexual intrafamiliar

Violence in adolescence, specifically sexual violence, is a topic of great relevance. Not only in Brazil but the world has witnessed the increase of sexual violence, becoming the most prevalent morbid occurrence in adolescence. Draws attention to the phenomenon of sexual violence against children and adolescents not only the fact that most of the victims are assaulted in their own home environment, but also the type of relationship between victim and aggressor. Thus, based on systemic approach, this study aimed to compose eend family dynamics of adolescent victims of sexual intra-familial. Participants were seven teenagers and their parents, users and beneficiaries of services offered by CREAS - Reference Center for Specialized Social Assistance in a municipality of Mato Grosso do Sul. The instruments used were the Test of Drawing in Colour of the Family (FCDT) and a questionnaire about the pictures taken and family interactions. The results indicated the difficulty in differentiating family roles, especially regarding the differentiation of the mother and daughter, a fact that seemed to be the motivator for the impoverishment of individuation in groups. Also noted the presence of conflict between the familiar figures probably originated from this abusive situation. In this context, the studied families showed communication difficulties between family members, hindering the integration between them, as well as the existence of an authoritarian leadership and strict rules performed by the father figure. These results may support preventive and therapeutic actions to situations of sexual violence against children and adolescents. Thus, it is suggested that psychological counseling for the study participants and other stakeholders with a view to reducing damage and recovery of quality of life for all family members, as well as the need for further studies in the area in question.

Avaliação de monitorias realizadas em um centro de ciências

In this paper we investigate the social interaction established between monitors and student-visitors to a science museum in terms of knowledge mobilized by the explanation about principle operating of Van De Graff Generator. Our research was conducted at a university public that maintains a Center of Sciences and the data were collected through recording video and audio of the dialogues established around a demonstration experiment. Data analysis is established around the conceptual correctness of the explanations made by the monitors. We also conducted a structured interview from a single question: what is the main difficulty faced in planning and conducting his presentation at the Science Center? The results show that the monitors were not able to exceed the process description of the operation of the experimental equipment, not being able to establish an interaction that fosters discussions of scientific concepts with visitors. Our research also found that, although the university maintained a Sciences Center, not there is a link between teacher training and activities in non-formal settings.
