Studied in this article, this participation and contribution in the 60s, by highlighting the strong weighting would take the issue of land reform. The Catholic Church was a major player in unionization campaigns and basic education and suffered great tensions and internal conflicts that divide between those who sought the "liberation of the oppressed" and those who fought for reforms without changing the "social order". The article intends to articulate how the methodological proposal of Foucault, denominated genealogy, is applied to the field in which it emerged, considering that the proposal of this method appeared with the author’s study about the subject of the prisons. To apprehend the execution of the feathers in the contemporary epoch, we searched in Foucault’s theories the concepts of subjectivation processes, power relationships, discursive formations and dispositive. Starting from these concepts, we focused some practices and/or discursive formations of punishment and surveillance that happen at the present time to exemplify the form as the genealogical process raise an interlacement of subjects, information, appearances and disappearances that always obey to a normative logic. To unmask and to understand this logic can favor the liberation of manners of subjectivations crystallized in the punished people and in those ones that execute the punishment. Stiller, we question ourselves on which is the real function of the confinement, of the controls and, why not, if the paradigm of the modernity, the prison, had fail.

The oral records, deprived of great rhetoric elaboration, mark the family accounts and the testimonies about remarkable and apparently minor particularities of grand conflicts, like the World War II. The oral memory fulfilled an important function of historical transmission, especially in handing on to written record the organization of testimonies, revealing personal memories in the form of letters, diaries and narratives, besides of integrating itself to several works of fiction. In the present work we present the value of former partigiani’s testimonies collected in the volume Io sono l’ultimo (I am the last one) as evocation and transmission of personal remembrances strongly linked to the conflict and as manifestations in the literary field as well. The valuing by descendants and fellow countrymen of a tradition of memory communication make the testimony of men and women that fought for the liberation of many Italian locations much more than fragmented reports when the interested reader in the memory of those that survived, integrated to the micro-history of the events, perceive its expressive logic. We explore both the meaning of witness adopted by Giorgio Agamben and the esthetical value of the traumatized voice in the perspective of Márcio Seligman-Silva.

This assignment aims to do a critical and interpretative review of the masterpiece Tempo e Eternidade, published by the Brazilian poets Jorge de Lima and Murilo Mendes in 1935. It is a result of a project called Restaurando a poesia em Cristo, created by many different Brazilian poets as Tristão de Ataíde, Augusto Schimdt, and others. It is worth highlighting the importance of these poems, because of the period when they were published and for the modern proposal, as the theme, which the poets denounce the bad aspects of modernity of the century through the Holly Bible, as also for the new esthetics. In the 30s, Brazil was passing through many changes; in aspects of history - the transition between the governments of Oligarchy to the New State, in governance of Getúlio Vargas; and in the literary context, it was the beginning of the second phase of Modernism, from 1930 to 1945. This period remains the consolidation of the literary movement, in terms of esthetics, since the major proposal of Modernism is freedom of the verse and, in this second phase, the search for a renovation of the language and the enlargement of the themes in poetry, such in the religious aspect or the social-political' themes. In this perspective, it aims to show the importance of the masterpiece for the history of Brazilian literature, coated as part of a turning point between the first and second phase of Modernism, also for the thematic renovation in religious poetry and esthetics, with a new proposal of esthetics. The methodology for the analyses of the poems will be through Antonio Candido's proposal, in O estudo analítico do poema, based on interpretation and comments. Therefore it intends showing through the analyses the relevance of the masterpiece written by the Brazilian poets, to the area of religious poetry and for the literary movement of that time
