The impact of the law 10,267/2001 in the brazilian rural registration

The publication of the Law 10,267 of 08/28/2001 changed the paradigm of rural registration in Brazil, because this law known as the Law of Georeferencing has created the National Registration of Rural Property, that unifies in a common basis different registrations present in several government agencies, such as the National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA), the Secretariat of Federal Revenue, the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Natural Resources, and the National Indian Foundation. Also, this new registration system has a graphical component which has not existed until such date, where the boundaries of rural property are georeferenced to the Brazilian Geodetic System. This new paradigm has resulted in a standardization of the survey and its representation of rural properties according to the Technical Standard for Georeferencing of Rural Properties, published by INCRA in compliance with the new legislation. Due to the georeferencing, the creation of a public GIS of free access on the Internet was possible. Among the difficulties found it may be observed the great Brazilian territory, the need for specialized professionals, and especially the certification process that INCRA has to perform for each georeferenced property. It is hoped that this last difficulty is solved with the implementation of the Land Management System that will allow automated and online certification, making the process more transparent, agile and fast.

Aplicativos móveis para análise de problemas de fala

This paper presents two mobile applications developed for assistance on the analysis of speech related problems: Contagem de Disfluências (Disfluency Counter) and Velocidade de Leitura (Reading Speed). The use of tablet mobile devices streamlines the procedures for speech problem analysis conducted by speech language therapist. The lack of tabletspecific software designed for this purpose in the Portuguese language, and suited to the Brazilian needs, motivated the development of these applications, which was conducted according to the Kanban agile methodology.

Abordagem scrum de gerenciamento ágil para desenvolvimento de novos produtos aplicada a área de ensaios de uma fabricante de aeronaves

There are many approaches and techniques about Administration and Management of Projects in order to provide greater agility, efficiency and transparency during the development process of new products. Simultaneously, a pursuit for a management approach more flexible in its planning and strategic changes during the development campaign, such as, comprehend the project's unpredictability level and deal it by monitoring and estimates tools. These features tend to accentuate itself in manufacturers of complex products, as aircraft and other aerospace technologies. By these conditions thus research aims to describe a case when the Agile Management Processing of Project Development Scrum was used in the Test area of an aircraft manufacturer. Focused on the Scrum implementation over the area, its adaptation, evolution and achievements the research proposes to analyze the improvements, indicate the obstacles and discuss solutions, contributing then to the theoretical basis of the considered theme and futures updates applicable to the area. The research is classified as qualitative; furthermore the information and data analyzed were obtained by interviews with professionals and observations of the processes from the major aircraft manufacturer

Estratégia Saúde da Família: implantação de uma rede em Presidente Prudente - SP

This project was developed with the aim of contributing to the construction of a system of Unidades de Saúde da Família (USFs) to Presidente Prudente, a city located in the western region of São Paulo state. It was tried to bring to the architectural space the existing guidelines for the public service with the intention of create welcoming and functional environments and a net identity. Given these characteristics it was developed a modular construction system that allows the creation of new units in an agile manner and with a minimum quality standard. Since many of Presidente Prudente’s features are present in other Brazilian cities, the guidelines presented in this proposal will be useful to the work of managers in other cities of the country

This paper aims to develop a web application for viewing Atmospheric Electrical Discharge, plotting marks on a map, using as base data provided by SIMEPAR. The developed system uses techniques and tools which enable the creation of Web system without requiring the use of plugins or external software, running on virtually all web browsers and platforms. The search for more reliable security systems and information management of these systems is leading to a growing progress in new technologies investments that allow the implementation of equipment with a high level of reliability, but also have an agile and practical operation. This led people to turn increasingly looking for home automation systems, enterprise and industry for the automation and integration of their systems. The identification by radio frequency is very widespread today for ensuring both agility in handling records data, the reliability of their identification systems, which are increasingly advanced and less susceptible to fraud. Attached to this technology, the use of the database is always very important for the storage of information collected, the area where the MySQL platform is widely used. Using the open source Arduino platform for programming and manipulation of RFID module and LabVIEW software for the union of all these technologies and to develop a user-friendly interface, you can create a highly reliable access control and agility places a high turnover of people. This project aims to prove the advantages of using all these technologies working together, thus improving a flawed system effectively safety, cheaper and quicker
