O artigo se propõe uma análise (mais imanente que genética, mais jurídica que sociológica) da projeção do Estado na obra de Casimiro de Abreu. É um estudo de literatura nacional, é um valor político. O objeto da política é o estado em toda sua extensão. Assim em relação ao governo, ele estigmatiza severamente a administração pública, a despeito da homenagem que presta à família real. Não aceita o conceito fechado, étnico de nação, mas sim, aceita o conceito aberto em que nação é igual a povo sem distinção de raça, classe... O território é o elemento dominante de sua obra. De território deriva o conceito de pátria, do conceito de pátria deriva o conceito de exílio e nostalgia. Não há pois nacionalismo no sentido forte da palavra em sua obra, mas civismo e sobretudo patriotismo onde pátria tem sentido arquétipo de terra dos pais. A pátria se torna, por conseguinte, uma isotopia de leitura que estrutura sua obra aparentemente apenas lírica e chorosa. This paper purports an analysis (more immanent / than genetic, more juridical than sociological) of the projection of the State in Casimiro de Abreu’s work. It is a study of national literature, national being a political value. The object of politics is the State in its whole extension. Thus, in connection with government, he severely stigmatizes public administration in spite of tribute he pays to the royal family. He does not accept the restrict, ethnic concept of nation, accepting instead the wide concept in which nation is equal to people without discrimination of race, class, etc. Territory is the dominant element in this work. The concept of country derives from territory, the concept of exile and nostalgia derives from concept of the country. Therefore, there is no nacionalism, in the strong sense of the word, in his work, but civism and, above all, patriotism, which means that country archetypically signifies the land of the forefathers. Thus, country becomes an isotopy of reading which structures his only apparently lyric and plaintive work.

This essay is intended for an analysis of the principal's duties in São Paulo State school, considering the conceptions of Administration specialists, Education professionals and the legal directives pertinent to the State government. It was interesting the procedures of rereading and analyzing of the literature of the area; the survey and analysis of legal documents which, direct or indirectly, concern the principal's duty and the accomplishment, transcription and analysis of half elaborated interviews with administrators and teachers. At the end of this research, it was found some contradictions in the conception of School Administration like it is diffused in different contexts, which anyway reflects the conceptions of the respondents.

Um olhar para o Programa Acessa Escola: condições dos laboratórios de informática das escolas públicas de Guaratinguetá

Considering the necessity of implementation of the Information Technologies and Communication (ICT) in the public Brazilian schools, the São Paulo State government hearing the call of the federal government and, with the objective to promote the digital inclusion, created the Programa Acessa Escola. The research that we realized and bring expressed on this text, is about such program and allowed us comprehend how it had been developed in the public state schools of the city of Guaratinguetá. By visiting the schools, we saw the manner that each school make use of his informatics laboratory; how they understand the government Project; how they develop actions of use of the laboratory and, particularly, how they use the informatics laboratory to the teaching and learning of mathematics helping the professor and the students. To make possible to understand this use, was realized interviews with the responsible intern of each one of the 14 (fourteen) schools of Guaratinguetá; with the pedagogical coordinator or director of the school and with the mathematics teacher. By the analysis, realized using a qualitative approach of phenomenological nature, we understand that the intern see himself as an auxiliary of the student and professor in the use of the laboratory. The director or pedagogical coordinator understand that the laboratory is an excellent resource to the school, but still exist the necessity of more resources that allow to attend properly the community; and the mathematics teacher consider important the program in the school as much for the students digital inclusion as for the teaching but they feel not safe to use into his classes, because they consider that there is a lack of capacitation and collaboration to make their activities relevant to the learning. Processo de uso e ocupação do Pontal do Paranapanema-SP: perspectiva das unidades de conservação (UCs)

The current concern with environmental issues by the scientific community, governmental and civil society also brings out the need to recover, preserve and conserve the environment. With this understanding, this work was prepared, which had as one of the main objectives of the historical process of land use and occupancy of the Pontal, since the nineteenth century to the present day. From this, the changes were evident in the types of land use, which rose from native forest to plant crops (permanent and temporary crops) and later as pasture. Through this process of occupation, exploitation of forests and replacement even three, Reserves being brought from the Far West Paulista, through the state government of Sao Paulo, they were almost decimated. Such areas decreed by law to be preserved and conserved, with the rampant occupations, were suffocated by the fakes and illegal occupation of land tenure contracts, leaving the region currently only a few forest fragments and protected areas of State Park Morro do Diabo, PRNP Boa Vista and Ecological Station Black Lion Tamarin. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the main legislation being developed by federal and state levels aimed at protecting natural resources and the effectiveness they had with the passage of time, demonstrating that the conservation of the environment, has several contributions in the law, however, and they are so vast that hinder its application.

Paulo Freire para crianças

The experiences lived in the Read and Write Program (Programa Ler e Escrever), through the scholarship project Public School and University at literacy (Escola Pública e Universidade na alfabetização), were the starting point for the preparation of this research. From this observations obtained in the classroom, it was noticed gaps present in the process of teaching-learning in the system imposed by the state government of Sao Paulo, preponderant factors to understand how and when children learn. This way, was noted that only one literacy proposal to be adopted by all schools revealed not being efective to meet different contexts, also disregards the individuality of each student. Thus, we applied the Paulo Freire's Method with children from Second year (Former First series) adapted in a playful way, during reinforcement classes at state shcool “Torquato Minhoto”, located in Bauru/SP. Sought to promote, properly, the comprehension of the language code and the development of learning in reading and writing. This manner, some barriers prevented a more thorough job covering a wider range of studantes over an extended period, however, the results were generally positives about the startup of literacy

The increasing amount of information about public management conveyed by government electronic portals in the internet has attracted the attention of scientific research, which has resulted in reviews of the contribution of such channels of public communication for the expansion of citizenship. It is the duty of the government to inform citizens effectively as well as using effective language to deal with different ways of relating with each public. Based on data collected in the official social media of state government during search for Scientific Initiation PIBIC/CNPq entitled “Digital Democracy and Social Networks: Analysis of Use of Internet by the Government of State of Sao Paulo” and official strategic manuals of the first industry this work of course completion has analyzed practices and recommendations of the area to contribute to the development of strategies of public communication
