The literature has pointed out the educational deficits of Brazilian public schools, the complexity of school management, and the need for better qualification for the exercise of this function. Considering this perspective, the present research questions: How is school management being contemplated within the initial pedagogical training in the state of Paraná? In this sense, this article aims to survey and analyze how school management in professional training in public universities Educator of Paraná is being contemplated after the publication of the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Education Course (DCNP). The study works with a qualitative approach to carry out, in the one hand, the bibliographic survey and systematization and, on the other hand, the survey, systematization and analysis of some elements in the political-pedagogical projects of different public universities. The data collected in six public universities show a significant oscillation between the workload aimed at the knowledge of School Administration and a variety of covered contents. Such differences may reflect the scope of the National Curriculum Guidelines as well as the present theoretical dispersion regarding the current knowledge on School Administration.

As estratégias governamentais frente à empregabilidade de jovens e adultos: investigando os meandros da relação educação e trabalho

This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. Readings were taken from several authors who treat on the subject

The present study scores postures, approaches and themes to permeadt discussions and the process of construction of Course Specialization of communication at the Faculty of architecture, arts and communication (FAAC) of Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Bauru, SP, highlighting the difficulties and the paths chosen in search of professional qualification together organizations. Presentation the investigative process, market over demands from the perspective of organizational communication, to try to understand the multidimensional abilities that the course should provide. Finally, it establishes some modules and thematic for the course, intending to reflect the diversity of communicative functions, which are in the highest capacity of human beings, that is to create your reality and interfere in the direction of society.

Inserção de pessoas com deficiências no mercado formal de trabalho a partir da percepção dos profissionais de recursos humanos das empresas

Requalificação dos trabalhadores do corte de cana-de-açúcar da região central/sudoeste do estado de São Paulo frente às novas demandas socioambientais

Conforme relatório anual da Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento - Conab de (2012), a lavoura da cana-de-açúcar continua em expansão no Brasil e o Estado de São Paulo corresponde a 52% da produção nacional. O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar a expansão canavieira nos EDRs de Botucatu, Jaú e Avaré frente ao “Protocolo Agroambiental” e os modelos de qualificação profissional ofertados. A metodologia utilizada constituiu-se em revisão bibliográfica. A hipótese é de que as políticas dirigidas ao setor “canavieiro” para requalificação dos cortadores não atendem de forma concreta as necessidades dos trabalhadores. Os resultados encontrados permitem concluir ausência de políticas integradas para qualificar e recolocar esses trabalhadores, não assegurando, portanto, a recolocação daqueles que foram dispensados.
