Ilhas de Croatã: a territorialidade de ações artísticas e espaços públicos

Influenced by the counterculture movement Provos (1965), the poetic narrative Islands of Croatan presents a brief analysis of its two artistic actions: in the experimental implementation of a white bicycle as collective, public and free transportation, inserted in the campus of UNESP/Bauru; and in TRANSITOSensorium action, deterritorializing an imaginary city from QRcodes throughout the city of Bauru, where the user finds a hybridity between visual, sound and written languages. The research relates the idea of territory through a relationship between space and power, listing the concepts of Psychogeography - the study of affective actions in collective space and Temporary Autonomous Zones. This is an experimental study, with the insertion of new technologies.

Parcerias entre o Poder Público e a Esfera Privada como Instrumentos de Descentralização da Ação Estatal: diferentes perspectivas

Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar diferentes perspectivas a respeito da adoção de parcerias entre o poder público e o setor privado no contexto brasileiro e mais especificamente no Estado de São Paulo em diferentes áreas governamentais, mas com ênfase nos campos da saúde e principalmente da educação. Essas parcerias parecem ser decorrentes das mudanças nas políticas públicas que se configuraram nas décadas de 1970, 1980 e 1990 e têm surgido como uma das alternativas para a descentralização de responsabilidades até então estatais, visando a redução do papel do Estado. No caso brasileiro, inserem-se no movimento de Reforma do Estado iniciado em 1995 com o Plano Diretor de Reforma do Aparelho do Estado (PDRAE). Por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica foram identificados alguns trabalhos, em diferentes áreas, que tratavam da temática das parcerias em questão e buscou-se realizar a análise dos mesmos, confrontando as diferentes perspectivas e opiniões sobre a adoção de parcerias presentes neles.

The professional skills desirable to graduates in public relations are defined by many authors of scientific specialized literature, and are continually developed throughout the academic life of the PR student. There are many opportunities of learning aspects such as professional behavior, responsibilities and challenges in the activity's various branches. The field of public communication has particularities that must be respected in order to have an effective communication process with quality and focused vision for citizenship building. This paper examines the specificities of public communication in Brazil, characterized by innovations of the right to information on public social policies, and offers a contribution to the characterization of the necessary skills and abilities of the communicator of this field in the contemporary scenario

Parcerias entre municípios paulistas e a esfera privada para a aquisição de sistemas de ensino apostilados na educação infantil

This paper analyses the partnership among cities of São Paulo „state and the private sector to acquire material for children school. Our study was based on data gathered during the research “Municipal Strategy to the offering of the basic education: Public-Private relationship analysis in the São Paulo „state”, supported by FAPESP. The results, confirming previous works (ADRIÃO, 2007 e 2008), show that the join on this kind of partnership grew from 2006 and will become a tendency in the Educational system, even on the education step where it have been discussed about the standardization of the pedagogic material.

The Center squares of the middle cities many times don’t have adapted forms to the uses, which change time-to-time, then they turn abased. Through the study case of the Squares Monsenhor Sarrion and Nove de Julho, public squares on Presidente Prudente downtown, where many types of uses occur in the same space with function of organization and reception of several fluxes generated because the centrality caused from downtown. In this context, is necessary re-project the squares, with new purpose of an urban and landscape project, which generates harmonic spaces of passage and permanence, which values the public edifications in the around areas and re-qualified the form of the squares, adapting to the new uses: To organize the public transportation traffic, the urban terminal; to organize the vehicles traffic, the lowering of the Avenue Coronel Marcondes and, mainly, to organize the traffic of pedestrian, the continuity and the physic integration of the squares, through new forms, urban furniture and design to the downtown public spaces
