The present work intends to analyze the Public Relations as strategy way, evidencing the function of this professional for the appropriate development of the company's strategic plan, basing on the public mapping, a study which deepens the features of each interest group to the organization, listing the points of interest and the performance of each public, exalting the strategic characteristics between public and organization. For this will be done a demonstration of the application of Fabio Franças's theory applied to SNTalent Company. The study of public allows the identification of needs and preferences of each group, which allows creating communication strategies more directed and more prosperous and lasting relations, becoming competitive advantages among this context where the information is fast and the media drive markets constantly. Therefore, SNTalent company will be used as way to verify the theory presented combined with exploratory descriptive research for obtaining subsidies to compare the of relationship with different publics of the institution

Estudo sobre a necessidade e preferência sobre orientações de enfermagem ao paciente oncológico adulto em quimioterapia

Most cancer types are treated by antineoplastic chemotherapy, which can be performed conjointly with other treatments, such as radiotherapy and surgery. Due to its action, chemotherapy provides the possibility of cure, but it also leads to a number of adverse effects, such as myelosuppression, cutaneous and gastrointestinal toxicity, etc. Patients undergoing chemotherapy must receive constant information concerning how to prevent or minimize these effects in order to achieve better quality of life and, consequently, a more successful treatment. Hence, this study aimed at investigating the need and preference for different forms of information by oncologic patients submitted to chemotherapy. It is a cross-sectional, descriptive and quantitative study conducted at the chemotherapy division of the Botucatu School of Medicine University Hospital/SP on a sample of 50 patients older than 18 years. After previous knowledge of the study and formalization of Free Consent, the individuals answered a questionnaire containing 12 questions related to the importance attributed to the information received, from which professional and when to receive it. Data were analyzed by Fisher’s exact test and showed that 62% of the patients were females, and the remaining 38% were males of whom 46% were older than 60 years, 26% were from 50 to 60 years old, 24% from 30 to 50, and only 4% were younger than 30 years old. The patients had lymphatic (23.4%) and solid (76.6%) tumors. All the respondents reported that receiving information about the disease and its treatment was extremely important. As regards information related to side effects, 98% of patients answered that receiving it was extremely important, and only 2% answered that it was little important. O “valor” da mensuração de resultados para as relações públicas estratégicas

This paper has as purpose the demonstration of the importance to measure the results of the communication acts for the strategic public relations, by the reflection and theoretical intakes. The term strategic is very in focus nowadays, in all the areas of expertise, and it presupposes the evaluation of results as an essential part of the planning. Because of that, in addition to the survey of the concepts and bibliographical studies area, it is present an analysis of the strategic public relations specifically on this process. And a case that completes the discussion about the organizations’ concern in relation to the quality of relationships established between them and their audiences, the predominant factor for the effectiveness of communication

Relações públicas estratégicas: o uso de mídias sociais para obtenção de resultados no gabinete nacional da ordem Demolay 2011/2012

This monograph covers the issues related to the understanding of the new organization's cenary of the globalized society, computerized, which was reflected even within organizations. In this sense, we present a reflection on the theme of segmentation of audiences, especially based on the proposition of France (2008), regarded as important within the professional activities of Public Relations. Issues related to information technology, particularly the history of the internet and social media are presented as a reflection of this new company and also as strategic tools for the establishment of a fruitful relationship with the public organizations. All topics presented will support the monograph's study objects, presenting the Brazilian DeMolay Order, focusing on the challenges faced by the management of the National Bureau 2011/2012, that through integrated actions of communication and relationships, especially the virtual environment, resulted in the growth participant's numbers in the activities proposed by the national administration

Estabelecimento de rotinas de operação e orientações de manutenção para a planta termelétrica do DEN/FEG/UNESP

Steam generation plants have several industrial applications, being important for the national and global energetic matrix. Operational knowledge of steam plants is extremely important to forming a Mechanical Engineer. The facilities from Faculty of Engineering of Guaratingueta have a no operated steam pilot plant, named Thermal Machine Lab. Nowadays, the Energy Department from the faculty cannot explore this lab for its classes, even being essential to consolidate the theoretical concepts with tests simulating industrial applications. The goal of this project was to restore the operational condition of equipment of steam laboratory by fixing the equipment, and creating operational scripts for them. In a close future this lab could be used for classes, research and other applications

O FMI e o Sistema Financeiro Internacional: uma análise das mudanças estratégicas nas décadas de 1980 e 1990

The current study has aimed to analyze changes in strategies at the International Monetary Fund that occurred during the 1980s and 1990s. The analysis is done through the the recovery of the 1980s international economic scene, amid the global recession and debt crisis, and shows how the course of the decade and influenced changes under recommendations provided by the IMF to countries with balance of payments crisis. Furthermore, the paper also describes the changes in the international financial system, in some countries which have adopted them and also to the International Monetary Fund itself

Meio ambiente e educação ambiental no Brasil: considerações a partir de diretrizes institucionais e de orientações pedagógicas

Considerando número expressivo de alunos matriculados nas diferentes etapas e modalidades de ensino no Brasil e o que estabelece a Constituição Federal de 1988, sobre a incumbência do Poder Público de promover a Educação Ambiental em todos os níveis de escolarização, pretendemos analisar, neste artigo, aspectos referentes aos marcos legais e às orientações pedagógicas da Educação Ambiental em nosso país. Tomamos como referência a perspectiva de alguns autores brasileiros que estudam o tema e analisamos as principais diretrizes legais da Educação Ambiental no Brasil e as recomendações dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais referentes a Meio Ambiente. Diante dos sérios problemas ambientais que enfrentamos, acreditamos que a Educação Ambiental pode contribuir para transformações nos indivíduos e na sociedade. Defendemos, também, a importância da pesquisa em Educação Ambiental e consideramos que o conhecimento gerado pela pesquisa pode oferecer subsídios para ações que promovam mudanças capazes de garantir um planeta ambientalmente seguro e saudável.

Organizações estratégicas: campo de (re)produção da ideologia narcisista e do espetáculo

This paper aims to present a reflection on the contemporary way of life substantiated by its pillars -consumption, individualism, competitiveness, fluid relationship - aiming to assimilate it to an administrative management model that is widely distributed in monopolistic-financial capitalism - strategic management model - guided by the question: Why does this management model find such a fertile field for development in the contemporary scenario? Thus, the study was theoretically and methodologically based on the approach of psychosociology and was developed from a theoretical review. We have conducted a contextualization and definition of contemporaneity in which a market society that celebrates the spectacle lies, analyzing, from this point, the strategic organizational management model that has been working as a drug in the subjective constitution of the individuals producing the striking resonances in the psychosocial field. The assimilation performed in this paper allowed us to clarify some possible causes of social pathologies arising from the increasingly cruel world we face in professional life.

Deficiência visual e educação científica: orientações didáticas com um aporte na neurociência cognitiva e teoria dos campos conceituais

The aim of this paper is to present an educational proposal with didactic and pedagogical orientations, to the Science Education for people with visual impairments. Then, we use as main reference, Gérard Vergnaud’s Theory of Conceptual Fields, joining with a translational focus, applying empirical results of Cognitive Neuroscience. Within this, we highlight the role of educational activities related with 'multisensory scientific literacy ', focusing on the linguistic triad: read, interpretation and textual representation. We hope this perspective, become in the future an important component on guidelines for composing a 'semiotic protocol' for Science Education. Realizing too, epistemological peculiarities, pedagogic and didactic specificities in this area, and, revealing such properties on the cognitive constructs, for science and technology education.

Vantagem competitiva nas empresas contemporâneas: a informação e a inteligência competitiva na tomada de decisões estratégicas

We present the importance of information management and competitive intelligence as generating factors of competitive advantage in organizations. Through a study from the company Mizumo (SP) was possible demonstrate how obtaining and using of strategic information tools supported by in competitive intelligence can bring benefits and subsidies to organizations in identifying opportunities and threats, or even contribute to building and implementation of innovative projects aimed at ensuring quality of life for society.

A importância de ações estratégicas de gestão de pessoas no manejo do estresse e de estressores ocupacionais

The introducing of new technologies at work contexts forces the contemporary organizations to search new structures and productive processes, as well as new management models, mainly personnel management. A strong pressure by positive results can favour health problems concerning to stress, which is caused by a highly competitive environment; studies reveals that stress is a present reality at organizations nowadays. The presence of stress on workers cause harm to organizations (due to absenteeism increasing, turnover, interpersonal conflicts, etc.) and individuals, whose life quality can be decreased. This text intends to highlight the importance of identifying stress presence on workers and eventual stressors at workplaces, with the objective of, through management strategies, propose interventions guided to promote occupational health and welfare. Identifying eventual stressors at workplaces becomes an essential task, because those signs predispose the stress presence on workers. Therefore, discovering them is a strategic way to preventing and managing of occupational stress. This text also proposes to show some personnel management strategies which can favour the prevention of occupational stressors, as well as interventions on them.
