A construção da notícia no portal choike.org: comunicação alternativa na internet

This project aims to study the influence of information technology in the construction of new forms of citizenship. Do papel para a tela: aspectos enunciativos no reconto infantil

O objetivo deste artigo é discutir aspectos enunciativos em reconto infantil produzido por crianças na faixa etária de 07 a 09 anos, em contexto escolar, em suportes distintos, a saber, no papel e na tela do computador com acesso à internet. De um ponto de vista teórico, que privilegia estudos da Enunciação e do Discurso (BAKHTIN, 1997; CORRÊA, 2004), procura-se refletir sobre modificações no texto/discurso dada a mudança do suporte material, segundo a hipótese de que, ao enunciar no papel ou na tela, as diferentes projeções que o escrevente faz da imagem do outro, da de si próprio e da dos suportes utilizados no processo de textualização podem ser investigadas na relação sujeito-linguagem. Metodologicamente, este trabalho apoia-se no paradigma indiciário, o qual permite conceber fenômenos da linguagem como indícios representativos de fenômenos mais gerais. A análise, de cunho qualitativo-interpretativo, privilegia, portanto, o estudo de marcas linguísticas que indiciam diferentes projeções de imagens que os escreventes produzem com diferentes interlocutores em suportes distintos.

Análise discursiva de blogs de professores: a produção da identidade na internet

This paper proposes a discursive analysis of teachers‘s blogs , particularly those accessible from the MEC site : http://portaldoprofessor.mec.gov.br/links.html . The aim is to analyze , dialogically, based on Bakhtinian discourse studies the speech of Portuguese language teachers on the internet , and to investigate aspects of the discourse genre blog , this specialized sphere of circulation :whether it is a means of exposing themselves, whether they are professional media extent , reflect about how to produce the identity of the Portuguese language teachers in such discourse . A internet como suporte para o jornalismo analítico e investigativo: análise de reportagens da agência pública

This paper aims to discuss the Internet as a space conducive to the development of in-depth reports. The traditional media, often tied to economic and political issues, do not address issues related to collective and social satisfactorily. The emergence of alternative media is important and necessary for the development of investigative journalism, not tied to particular interests. The collective funding or crowdfunding is a financial alternative for the development of journalistic content and the Agência Pública de Reportagem e Jornalismo Investigativo figures as a medium that uses this feature, among others. Internet e democracia: a qualidade da informação sobre políticas públicas de cultura em portais de governo

Public communication comprises the dissemination of information on the various aspects of public management, with transparency and accountability, including the use of the existing technological resources. Particularly in the field of cultural policies, the right to information must be exercised as a contribution to political participation and economic expansion. This paper presents the results of research that was investigated, through analysis of the content under thirteen categories of evaluation, of the quality of information on cultural policies in web portals of the different spheres of government in Brazil. The results show the lack of information on the processes of development and implementation of policies in that field.

Agroecologia: aspectos comparativos Brasil-França

O artigo aborda alguns aspectos do desenvolvimento e do papel da Agroecologia, no Brasil e na França, com o objetivo de traçar um panorama comparativo da evolução recente considerando a polissemia do termo. Assim, a trajetória da Agroecologia foi comparada enquanto ciência, prática agrícola, movimento social e ética de vida. A pesquisa teve um caráter descritivo/qualitativo, utilizando documentos bibliográficos e investigação de sites específicos da Internet. Como conclusão podemos considerar que existem muitos pontos comuns entre os dois países, no que diz respeito aos princípios da Agroecologia, os objetivos e as instituições que fazem a mediação com a temática. A Agroecologia como ciência é vista pelos intelectuais dos dois países como um paradigma na direção de um desenvolvimento sustentável para o campo e também para a cidade. Porém, no Brasil a Agroecologia tem muito mais a ver com a questão social enquanto bandeira de luta pela diminuição das desigualdades sócio-econômicas do que como práticas agronômicas de bases ecológicas, significado mais difundido na França por conta da agricultura biologicamente intensiva. Como conclusão geral podemos dizer que as idéias podem ser as mesmas no Brasil e na França, mas as condições objetivas do desenvolvimento são muito diferentes.
