The purpose of the present dissertation is to show the interactivity connections featured in a cultural journalism magazine's website through direct observation of its presented structure. The website chosen as object of study is Rolling Stone Brasil, April 2010 being the point of reference for analysis. Methodological support for such study has been culled from theoretical works on the principles that are necessary for the development of sampling in the observed structure. For this, are employed of concepts and strategies predicated by authors in the field of communications with emphasis on digital means is aplicated. The research indicates that the tools adopted in the website's structure comprise a potential of interactivity between the parties involved in the communication chain, and that the content therein produced may be considered as direct content of a web journalism structure

Public Relations is an area of communication that has many definitions given by both professional associations and by many authors. Academic and professional discussions on a precise definition of the area are recurrent. Considering this issue, it was decided to study the relationship between public relations and communications agencies, assuming that this is a market segment that includes the public relations. This paper analyzes the discourses of communication agencies and how the Public Relations are handled by them. For this, it was used theories about the history of public relations as well as definitions and concepts of its main authors. Furthermore, we present the characteristics of communication agencies, the contexts associated with its emergence in Brazil and the future prospects of this market segment in the opinion of the professionals who work in it. The study about the discourses of communications agencies was based on French Discourse Analysis, using books from important authors of the area, such as José Fiorin and Helna Brandão. The discourses analyzed were those present on websites of three communications agencies in the state of Sao Paulo. It was noted that not always the participation of public relations in communication agencies is highlighted, although the services of these agencies are based on techniques and typical functions of Public Relations. Above all, what the discourses are seeking to highlight are the experience and expertise in organizational communication owned by its staff

There is an analysis and contextualization of the emergence of communication agencies in Brazil and what are their types, their structures and mode of action. The figure of the public relations professional in this context appears to help the agencies, through their knowledge and tools to plan better and return to their edges that looks just forgotten several times, allowing them to promote strategic actions each time better and more objective, thereby improving their results

The present work refers to the design, conception and development of a quadcopter based on PID controllers, a widespread microcontroller on the market was being implemented, the Arduino. Also made use of LabVIEW programming tool from National Instruments company for the quadcopter control and telemetry. For the control, LabVIEW software acquired the joystick commands, making the necessary adjustments to the perfect interpretation by microcontroller on the quadcopter and adjusts the parameters of PID controllers. For telemetry, data relating to quadcopter behavior are received, interpreted and presented in an intuitive user interface. In the first part of this graduate work presents the theoretical background on the subject, with a brief history about the quadcopters, followed by the main projects in the academic and commercial matters. Also are presented the theories of communications used in the design and PID control. Then an overview of the dynamic and mathematical model is demonstrated. Having done this, the physical and computer components required to complete the project are showed and the results are achieved consequently. Finally, a conclusion is made taking into account the results obtained. In this work will be presented the PID control of quadcopter translational movements only to roll and pitch movements

Joaquin Torres Garcia reversed the position of the map of the continent, reaching South America north. This little drawing illustrates an article by Torres García, 1935, in which he advocates the creation of a "Escuela del Sur". This image illustrates a need in Latin America to seek their own ways. Torres-Garcia was inspired by the preColumbian American heritage for their symbolic and Constructivism proposes that Latin America look to the popular ancestral and cultural traditions and build an art itself through which the continent would no longer be a tributary of European culture. As production visual modern and contemporary Latin American context of globalization, takes the center / periphery relationship? The colonizer's model center/periphery relationship persists in the Latin American visual production? The technologies offered other ways of representation that break with the culture of repetition? The concept of educational radio is present in the Brazilian Code of Broadcasting in 1963, valued by an Interministerial 1999.According to the Ministry of Communications, only 176 stations are considered educational universe of 3,000 existing radios in Brazil. In this context, the study proposes to establish a discussion on the educational experiences obtained from the radio, considering the Brazilian radio culture that favors concessions to trade groups and religious politicians. The challenge will be to move toward a program that combines educational content, entertainment, and thus ensures a common universe of communication skills enabling the adult radio listeners their actual interaction with the world around him. The methodology will work in the literature from texts on the subject, and the result of practical observations collected during visits to the broadcasters, programming and analysis.

Such a move still without an academic and social needs to be discussed so that, in addition to understood, can expand contributions to society, helping it in its claims. Was chosen as the site for the #causabrasil study and understanding of issues in which the public expresses dissatisfaction. The site performs an analysis with the combination of hastags a list of pre-registered and a list of terms used by different users of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Google, through monitoring tool Seekr, and an infographic presents the main political demands of the population.
