Previous studies show that in areas contaminated by fuel spill (NAPL- non-aqueous phase liquids), from operational activities, transport and storage, it was possible to observe a significant decrease of ²²²Rn (radon) gas concentration in the soil, even a non-uniform distribution of this gas in top soil, even with a geological situation was practically homogeneous. These anomalies may be associated with the preference partitioning of radon in NAPLs. This work consists of applying ²²²Rn as an indicator for locating subsurface contamination by NAPLs in an area of the city of Rio Claro (SP) where, according to the “Survey of Contaminated and Rehabilitated Areas in the State of São Paulo (Environmental Sanitation and Technology Company - CETESB), there was, in the year 2007, groundwater contamination from leaks of liquid fuels. The challenges of this research are: Promulgate the use of a new tool with greater efficiency in obtaining results, in addition to generate less impact in half and have less expenditure; disseminate scientific culture promoting greater integration of C&T (culture & technology) between universities and businesses. The emanometric technique to estimate the location, number and interfacial area of NAPL in saturated and non-saturated zone, has the advantage of locating and determining plumes of free phase even when the amount of VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds) that reaches the surface is low or non-existent. In addition, the measurement techniques ²²²Rn are quite developed. The results obtained show that, similar to the other studies, the 222Rn soil gas presents an anomalous behavior in the area bounded by NAPL plume, being possible to note a significant deficit in the concentration of the gas in spots where the saturation by NAPLs is still critical. Aikido é uma arte marcial japonesa que, como todas as outras, tem alguns princípios que norteiam sua prática. Do ponto de vista da estrutura e desenvolvimento de suas técnicas, o Aikido carrega uma peculiaridade por não haver combate em seus treinamentos. É freqüentemente lembrado por essa característica. Na tentativa de descrever como se desenvolve a técnica de uma arte marcial em que não existe a competição entre os praticantes, o Aikido é treinado em katas. Katas são técnicas combinadas, em que o Uke (quem sofre a técnica) se deixa ser conduzido pelo Nague (quem aplica a técnica), para o treinamento da movimentação. Esta pesquisa assume como objeto de estudo a dúvida que persiste sobre o sentido de uma arte marcial em que não é colocada a prova sua eficiência, considerando que as artes marciais são por princípio artes de guerra. Neste recorte cartografamos a fronteira entre a cultura ocidental e a cultura oriental. Identificamos as marcas dessa arte, pois sua finalidade supera a questão do guerrear e passa diretamente para o estudo das possibilidades do corpo, este compreendido de maneira holística O corpus de nosso estudo se constitui dos recortes discursivos recolhidos nos registros das vivências de praticantes de Aikido. No campo tenso demarcado entre a cultura ocidental e a cultura oriental cartografamos o corpo em seus movimentos, no âmbito das possibilidades que o Aikido nos indica.

Antonio Candido, author of fundamental papers to understand Brazil’s cultures process formation, in his works about sociology and literature formation, he draws an explanation of these process of cultural genesis by mean of referential and functional systems, that become possible Brazilian society expression though scientific and literary cultures. These processes and explanations look at for functional correlations between elements and system by mean of relationship between authors-works-receptors, nevertheless, it must to investigate the individual contributions of authors and works to formation of shapes and directions of system.

Presents a developing laboratory within History of Culture, subject taught in the Library and Archive Studies at UNESP (Marilia). The project is based upon the foundations of research line Information and Technology: students from the second under graduation year participate in the improving of 27 entries in Portuguese language Wikipedia. The aim is to capacitate for scientific reading and writing in digital media, habilitate for the information identification and recuperation and for the interpretation and understanding of formal and contents aspects and its reorganization. It includes activities of search, selection, remix and republishing of texts, images, audio and videos in the convergence of diverse hypertext information sources, supported by tutors with strategic abilities in digital environments. In this sense it was adhered to the international Wikipedia Foundation University Campus Ambassadors project. It’s also aimed to induce sharing and collaboration behaviors with the purpose of creating necessary habits for the informational empowerment in Brazil. As methodology is to optimize the work of individuals already trained in wiki culture and to create in within the subject information sharing programs with a more specialized bias, giving greater credibility to the digital environment. The environment syntaxes helps in the learning of the complementary skills of reading and writing and offers itself as an open repository from which information can be reused. It is, thus, an empowerment strategy in the search of autonomy and self reliance considering intersemiotic knowledge in the edition, visualization and understanding of information in the social web. A second step of a verifying research on the environment’s credibility after the consolidation and dissemination of the entries improvement work is proposed.
