Formação de alunos universitários em políticas de atendimento a crianças e adolescentes

O Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) preconiza que crianças e adolescentes são sujeitos de direitos e que esses direitos precisam ser obrigatoriamente assegurados e efetivados. Para que o ECA seja efetivado, se faz necessário o conhecimento e compreensão sobre o que esse documento prevê. Assim, chama-se as instituições formadoras a assumirem seu o compromisso éticopolítico de formação da sociedade. Reflete-se, portanto, sobre a inquestionável necessidade da utilização de estudos e pesquisas dentro das Universidades para que se possa construir espaços de formação diferenciados. Neste contexto, a pesquisa desse Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso objetivou uma análise sobre a formação e influência na vida profissional e pessoal de alunos universitários que participaram de um curso de extensão denominado Formação de Agentes Sociais, Professores e alunos em Políticas de atendimento a Criança e ao Adolescente. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com a utilização de três instrumentos de coleta de dados: um questionário inicial; observação e registro em Diário de Campo e entrevista individual semi-estruturada. Na análise dos dados, tem-se que a maioria dos sujeitos participantes da pesquisa afirmou que foram atendidas muitas de suas expectativas, que tiveram bom aproveitamento do curso, e que o mesmo trouxe grandes contribuições para seus processos de formação acadêmica, pessoal e profissional. Os resultados desse trabalho também indicaram a necessidade de que os conteúdos referentes ao ECA e a política de atendimento a criança e ao adolescente sejam incorporados aos cursos de formação básica profissional

Grupo Ginástico UNESP: contribuições da Ginástica para Todos na formação de seus participantes

Gymnastics for all or General Gymnastics is a gymnastic body practice without competitive purposes, demonstrative character that combines the basics of gymnastics with different forms of body language. It is a pleasurable physical activity and inclusive, within the gymnastic possibilities offers great opportunities for participation of people, creativity, cooperation and human values experiences (AYOUB, 2003). Within this proposal is, in 2011, the Gymnastic Group UNESP, under the guidance and coordination of teachers Laurita Marconi Schiavon e Silvia Deustch as a project of university extension of the Department of Physical Education, Biosciences Institute of the São Paulo State University / Campus Rio Claro - SP. His working method and choreographic composition based on the proposal of the Gymnastic Group Unicamp, reference in this body practice in Brazil, and their course is in two parts: one for the exploration of all the resources that the teaching materials can provide and the other focused on social interaction of its participants. Therefore the research developed in this study aimed to verify contributions of the participation of members in Gymnastic Group Unesp vocational training thereof, and to verify the relationship and the approach of the members with Gym. The methodological approach adopted for this qualitative research is descriptive, and quantitative and qualitative data collected through questionnaires. The participants were 32 students from different courses at the University, and members of Gymnastic Unesp Group from 2011 to 2013, with the inclusion criteria: 1. minimum of one year of participation in Gymnastic Group Unesp; 2. Minimum of two performances of choreography in events with that group. O impacto da extensão universitária sobre a formação acadêmica em Odontologia

This qualitative study of descriptive and exploratory nature was conducted with the aim of evaluating the contribution of university extension towards the training and life histories of dentistry students, using the focus group technique. The material was assessed using the collective subject discourse analysis technique. The results showed the impact exerted by academic experience, in extension activities within the personal, professional and active citizenship spheres. The subjects' perceptions revealed an opportunity to develop and improve their professional skills, through recognition of distinct realities of life, through breaking away from the traditional model of teaching and through fruitful relationships between students, university and society. Feelings of satisfaction, personal fulfillment, recognition and being an active and critical citizen were reported. It was concluded that experience within the field of extension is an important agent for the individual and collective process of academic training.

Transformando a extensão universitária de Golbol Unesp/Lar Escola Santa Luzia (Bauru-SP) em uma equipe de iniciação paradesportiva: análise das expectativas e perspectivas de praticantes e monitores

O Golbol é um esporte desenvolvido para deficientes visuais (DV), no qual o intuito é poder oferecer uma possibilidade adaptada de esporte coletivo, que atenda às necessidades sensoriais do indivíduo DV. Nesse trabalho, nosso objetivo se encontra em verificar e comparar por meio de um questionário estruturado, em escala Likert de 4 pontos, o nível médio de respostas dos participantes a respeito da situação do projeto de extensão e da possibilidade de criarmos uma equipe competitiva e representativa a partir das vivências já estipuladas por estes praticantes. Método: Foi aplicada a avaliação em 12 sujeitos, durante uma sessão de atividades no mês de outubro de 2013. Todos os princípios de ética foram respeitado, seguindo as normas e exigências de nosso comitê de ética local. Dos 12 participantes, 05 eram praticantes DVs do projeto e 07 foram os monitores e envolvidos com a supervisão e docência no projeto. Resultados: Dos resultados encontrados, a partir da relação das respostas dos participantes e da análise descritiva dos itens respondidos e percentuais da amostra, destacamos grande pretensão nas práticas do golbol e na formação de uma equipe competitiva, que condiz com a análise das respostas dos monitores do projeto. Conclusão: Os itens analisados no presente estudo indicam que as expectativas dos envolvidos estão alinhadas com os reais objetivos do projeto. No entanto, nota-se a necessidade de pesquisas futuras que subsidiem estratégias e metodologias adequadas a este público e que permitam mais especificidade a partir da criação de uma equipe representativa e de caráter competitivo para esta modalidade.

Organização temática da doutrina jurídica: elementos metodológicos para uma proposta de extensão da classificação decimal de direito

Specificity and updating of the bibliographic classification systems can be considered a determinant factor to the quality of organization and representation of the legal documentation. In the specific case of Brazil, the Brazilian Law Decimal Classification, does not foresee specific subdivisions for Labor Law procedures. In this sense, it carries out a terminological work based on table of contents of doctrinal Labor Law books of the mentioned area, which are compared to the conceptual structure of the Brazilian Law Decimal Classification. As a result, it presents an extension proposal for Labor Procedures as well as a methodological background for further extensions and updates.

Aplicação do Índice Relaçáo Declividade-Extensão - RDE Na Bacia do Rio do Peixe (SP) para Detecção de Deformações Neotectô nicas

This paper presents the identification of tectonic deformation through the application of the stream-gradient index (slope x length) method in the Rio do Peixe hydrographic basin, located in western State of Sã o Paulo. The main principle used is that river valleys are the best tools for this type of analysis because of their fast adjustment to even the most gentle crustal deformations. This type of analysis for structural studies is extremely useful in the western region of the State of São Paulo, where deep chemical weathering results in a thick regolith and scarce outcrops. The stream length index is the ratio of the altimetric amplitude of each drainage and the natural logarithm of its length. The value obtained is plotted on maps at the median point of each drainage, allowing the drawings of lines with the same values (isodefs). Three anomalies (A, B and C) were identified along the Rio do Peixe valley representing uplift sectors indicated by the formation and distribution of Upper Quaternary deposits in terraces and modern fluvial plains and alluvial fans. In correlation with known tectonic data for this region it is possible to attribute the A and B anomalies to the Ribeirão Preto and Presidente Prudente crustal sutures, respectively. The smaller C anomaly needs further field investigation, but it could be associated with the Três Lagoas crustal suture. It must be emphasised that these sutures are inherited from the Precambrian Basement which had a strong influence on the Phanerozoic evolution in the whole sedimentary and volcanic stratigraphic pile of the Paraná Basin and on the dominant structural lineaments directions developed therein .The A, Band C anomalies are suggestive of renewed uplift as a result of neotectonic action in modern times.

Aplicação da Geoestatística Não-paramétrica para a compartimentação geomecânica de uma extensão típica do túnel do metrô - Linha 4, da cidade de São Paulo

In view of the limited number of drill holes, interpolation of the data becomes a relatively complex task. In this study, we sought to make estimates associated with lithological types, since a quantification based on lithology can be extracted from the empty spaces in the sampling. For example, QBarton is always below the median of the biotitic litotype, information which can be used in the elaboration of geostatistical models in situations where samples are lacking. To overcome bias in the data, required by geostatistical conceptualization, we worked with the residuals obtained from the adjustment of a surface and the observed values, for the variographic analysis. The final results made possible a more optimized evaluation of the final costs required for the construction project.

Detecção de prováveis deformações neotectônicas no Vale do Rio do Peixe, Região Ocidental Paulista, mediante aplicaçao de Índices RDE (Relac̈ão Declividade-Extensão) em segmentos de drenagem

Running water is one of the most important of all the physical processes which fashion the landscape, allowing gravity to operate along the valley floors. Besides this, the streams show a fast adjustment to the crustal deformations, even to the most gentle ones. This geologic behavior turns them a potential tool for neotectonic studies, specially the analysis of morphotnetric parameters associated with hydraulic gradient and discharge, this second factor being directly proportional to the extension of the streams. Both elements, gradient and stream length, can be combined in the SL index. The purpose of this paper is to show the RDE index application in the neotectonics analysis of the Rio do Peixe hydrographic basin and to compare the obtained values with the geologic basement incised by the streams. This basement encompasses Cretaceous sedimentary rocks of post-Serra Oeral Formation magmatism (Caiuá and Bauru groups) and Quaternary deposits that include chiefly recent alluvial plains and some Pleistocene terrace deposits. In the final part of this paper, an attempt is made in order to correlate the RDE results and the neotectonic framework admitted to this portion of the São Paulo State territory, as well as with field geologic, seismologic and paleoseismologic known elements. The results indicate the presence of two groups of anomalies: The first set corresponds to the Marília-Exaporã Plateau border, and the second one, located in the central portion of the hydrographic basin, is correlated to the Presidente Prudente seimogenic zone.
