The goal of this study was to identify some of the new responsibilities that have been assigned to the elementary school teachers , under the mediation of continuing education courses . We start from the idea that these courses , especially those offered by the SECADI, are proposed teachers and aims to train them for a performance at school that exceeds the activity of teaching in the classroom . The teacher has been summoned to attend these courses in which is prepared to act on school performing tasks rather related to the care of students than teaching , assisting them in their basic needs such as health, protection, inclusion and human rights. Asked ourselves if there was a reconfiguration of the responsibilities of education professionals in order to make use of oneself given by the State. We chose as sources of research documents the SECADI such as legislation , manuals and instructional materials that will proceed to the analysis , in each course , the target populations privileged , purpose, remuneration and certification , pre - requirements to participate in the courses and duration ; partnerships involved if the courses are face , semi-distance or distance ; activities that teacher should develop in school after completion of the courses ; loads hourly . We will seek to analyze the documents and materials of School programs that Protects, School Health Program , Network Education for Diversity. The theoretical and methodological framework is dialectical and historical materialism, from assumptions which we choose as the class character of society in capitalism and alienation as a phenomenon that affects the work in all its manifestations . Thus , our general hypothesis is that the enrichment tasks of teachers in public schools can contribute to basic disposition Teacher education

With the purpose to contribute to the construction of quality indicators in human resources management, this study aimed at identifying, from the perspective of nurse managers, essential elements in the composition of indicators for evaluating human resources management in nursing. To that end, phenomenology was adopted as the theoretical methodological framework for this qualitative investigation, in which ten nurses performing in teaching or care provision at a university hospital participated. Following approval by the Committee of Ethics in Research and the subjects consent, interviews were performed from September 2005 to July 2006. The analysis enabled the recovery of the following topics Professional education, Training multiprofessional nursing teams and Institutional training conditions in the Permanent Education category and topics Actions that favor participant management and Team work in the Participant Management category. In its conclusion, the study considers the findings to allow identify elements constituting quality indicators in human resources management.

Este texto apresenta um relato da experincia de implantao de aes de sade do trabalhador nos servios de ateno bsica no municpio de Amparo, no estado de So Paulo, ocorrida durante a gesto do perodo 2001 a 2008, visando contribuir na premente necessidade do SUS de implantao das aes de sade do trabalhador. A anlise realizada pelas autoras, protagonistas na gesto do processo, ressalta alguns dos elementos-chave para a efetiva implantao de aes de sade do trabalhador na rede de ateno bsica. Dentre eles, a Estratgia Sade da Famlia (ESF), ao lado de outros elementos - como o modelo de matriciamento com ao pedaggica contnua e participao nos colegiados de gesto, a educação permanente e o protagonismo dos trabalhadores da sade -, mostrou-se um facilitador do processo. Como elementos estruturantes da construo efetivada, apontam-se o modelo de gesto colegiada adotado pela secretaria e a forma de implantao do Centro de Referncia de Sade do Trabalhador no municpio. Todo esse arranjo promoveu uma interlocuo permanente entre as equipes de sade, da ateno bsica e da referncia especializada que foi indispensvel para a experincia ocorrida.

Among planning instruments used by manager instances of Brazilian Health System it pointed the Health Municipal Plan (PMS) that should be built collectively showing political intentions, directresses, priorities, objectives, goals framework, estimative of resources and need costs to get the goals of the health sector. The aim of this work was to analyze the plans in relation to attendance of legal requirements which manage the Brazilian Health System, its constitution and showing of essential items. The study included three municipalities form So Paulo State. It was used the documental analysis as research technique. Near all plans showed an analysis of situation with detailed descriptions of general situation of municipality, and only one of them realized critical analysis of their epidemiological data; the financial income applied on health was decrypted by only one municipality. About programming, all municipalities described the main problems and its solutions. Although they had goals framework, the question about cost estimative to get the goals was not approached. Any municipality showed an annual review, being one of them delayed over than two years. It was observed no participation of Municipal Health Council on elaboration and review of plans. It was concluded that there was a deficiency in the plans analyzed. It's necessary to execute continuing education with managers in relation to importance of systematic elaboration of plans and to incentive the promotion of active participation of Municipal Health Council promotion of aiming to became true the social control of health actions.
