O artigo analisa a importância e o significado da inserção social da UNESP de Araraquara, a partir de duas perspectivas: 1. dos impactos sobre a economia do município e do montante de recursos financeiros movimentados; 2. da prestação de serviços à comunidade. O período estudado compreende os anos de 1993 a 1995.

This study aims to analyze the experience of Solidarity Economy in the City of Várzea Paulista - SP and from the incubation of the enterprise of aesthetics Casa da Beleza. Therefore, we need to present a historical overview of the Solidarity Economy in Brazil to understand how and why it has been developing in the country, as it has become State policies on the national scene, as well as on municipal. The research also discusses what the role of government in the development of the Solidarity Economy, promotion of social policies and local development, with the big question: What is the role of government in promoting Várzea Paulista social policies Solidarity Economy? Finally, this research seeks to understand how the Solidarity Economy causes changes in social conditions from the point of view of women who are venture incubated by Casa da Beleza

The research aims to map and understand the SAI- Integrated Agroindustrial System of SEBRAE, topic program directed to small and medium "rural entrepreneurs". The SAI policy seeks targeted result saiming to qualify productive agents (smallholders) to a "mark et under construction". In the study I high light the "production location", as a constituent en vironment with own productive and defining characteristics of this location and of the productive agent. I aim to perceive the location (region of Araraquara) as a topic en vironment of a type of "alternative "agriculture, that in principle is “parallel” to the large hegemonic model of the economies of scale, of monoculture and concentrative, which in the region is taken as that of the "sugarcane industry". I understand the coexistence of these different models as central to understand the development of capitalism, which I treat as "cognitive capitalism".

The sugar and ethanol industry has always stood out in the Brazilian economy. Contributing to the growth and development of the economy and the country the sector has gone through several phases. This paper makes a study of the industry and exposes the work of some authors on the subject in order to demonstrate the economic and social impacts caused by the installation of a sugar cane industry in a small city and its contribution to local development. The Creative Economy is an experimental laboratory for the creation , innovation , invention and reinvention of the universe of media - analog and digital . The scenery in the media and converging technologies favors the process of “ creative destruction and destructive creation “ of this field . The mapping of basins and technological corridors distributed through the territory of concentrated areas creates an infrastructural chassis for the production of content , information and entertainment . As locus and logos of immaterial production , digital ecology that gives speed to the flow of production - planning, fundraising , publishing , distribution and enjoyment - and allows the dispossession of their local clusters , the fragmentation and dilution of their creative chains . The collective cultural production and creation appropriating these capilarizados articles and produce content against political, economic and social status quo . The land is fertile and favorable to the emergence of radical media and rebels that recreate the public sphere , and edit poor public spheres , alternative , radical and efficient , the tactical point of view . This article aims to contribute to studies and research that scour the ecosystem of the media for understanding the management of their creative processes, actors and critics of tangible and intangible resources that support their communication actions .
