The mining research is a complex activity, which should preferably involve the combination of direct and indirect techniques of geological research. The increasing demand for base metals in domestic and international markets provide the revaluation of mineral occurrences, which can be converted into deposits and mines. This paper presents the results of the application of geophysical methods of electric resistivity and induced polarization in main foliation parallel to the arrangement of the area, in a deposit of oxides and hydroxides in massive and disseminated ores, docked in gneisses and quartzites, located in the municipality of Itapira, in the North of the State of São Paulo in Brazil. Inversion models indicate the predominance of high cargabilidade that partially coincide with low resistivity values. Integration of geophysical data made possible the drafting of sections of electric walking with cross-checking distance x depth, for detailing your target. A criminologia crítica e o direito penal mínimo: avanços e retrocessos

This paper presents the emergence of knowledge-criminals criminal character of oppositional discourses to biologists and to the ideals of social defense, denouncing the criminal policies of discriminatory bias that still permeate the administrative practices of conflict. To this end, we examine the precepts of Critical Criminology revolutionary scenario that emerged in the 60s. His propositions denounced emphatically that social control was exercised by class interests and that the criminal policies were a reflection of capitalist domination extended to the criminal area. Accordingly, the present knowledge of such criminology, whose critical analysis culminated in the drafting of an alternative program for the management of the crisis of contemporary legalcriminal: the minimum criminal law and its proposed alternative sentences.

This paper presents the drafting process of a pedagogical project developed and implemented in the Electrical Engineering Course at Faculty of Engineering, Campus Guaratinguetá UNESP. Applying the project in this course resulted in "A" concept classification in the old National Examination Course, known as MEC General Test (Provão), for five consecutive times. The text presents pre-existing scenario which culminated with the preparation of this new project, the points that guided its construction, the deployment strategy adopted, changing paradigms implemented and results obtained. The text also emphasizes the reasons which led it to be adopted as a starting point for the development of educational projects which resulted in the deployment of two new courses: Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina – UEL, and Engineering course control and Automation of Experimental Campus Sorocaba – UNESP.
