Sistema penal e gênero: tópicos para a emancipação feminina

Os artigos que integram este volume, frutos de atividades de pesquisa desenvolvidas na Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e Sociais da Unesp, campus Franca, discutem a emancipação feminina a partir de um mesmo enfoque científico metodológico e, principalmente, ideológico, por meio da investigação da complexa relação entre os sistemas penais e a questão do gênero. O livro discute a persistência no Direito Penal de aspectos discriminatórios e, consequentemente, ilegais, que fazem parte de uma cultura apropriadora da identidade e do corpo femininos como se fossem espaços públicos de discussão. Mostra-se, por exemplo, que na maioria dos presídios femininos descumpre-se o direito de visita íntima, ao contrário do que acontece nos masculinos. E discute-se também a mulher como vítima da exploração sexual em uma acurada análise de perfis de mulheres expostas a essa situação, bem como de aliciadores. Esta obra procura, enfim, preencher uma lacuna nos estudos sobre o Direito Penal relacionados à questão de gênero e que contestem as estruturas institucionais e normativas consolidadas.

This work approaches the main eco-efficient techniques and materials that can be used to ensure the proper functioning of the habitat with the main objective of preserving energy and reducing the ecological impact. The harnessing of energy to run a house using materials in a correct way makes it possible to achieve the goals related to its rational use. So, the more consolidated techniques need to be studied separately to determine the global effect on housing. The results obtained, with the aid of standard NBR15220 ABNT, were a series of ecotécnicas that can be used in 8 relatively homogeneous zones. Reflexão acerca das relações de gênero e inatividade feminina nas aulas de Educação Física escolar

As aulas de Educação Física escolar apontam para um cenário recorrente e ao mesmo tempo inaceitável: a inatividade feminina. Essa realidade surge como um marco negativo, uma vez que as conquistas femininas no “universo” do movimento estão consolidadas. Entretanto, essas conquistas podem não significar uma relação de equidade entre os sexos. Baseado nisso, pretendeuse investigar a prática pedagógica de dois professores de Educação Física no trato das questões de gênero e da inatividade feminina. A pesquisa realizada teve como abordagem a metodologia qualitativa de caráter descritivo. Foram observadas aulas de Educação Física de dois professores da rede pública de ensino da cidade de Rio Claro. Após o período de observação foi aplicada uma entrevista para as meninas, a fim de dialogar sobre a problemática da relação de gênero. Para essa coleta utilizou-se um gravador de voz para registrar a entrevista, que depois foi transcrita. Como resultado observou-se que as aulas acontecem predominantemente sem a interação entre os sexos, há um domínio simbólico masculino que faz com que meninos dominem o tempo e espaço da aula. Na entrevista as meninas mostraram-se contrárias a interação com os meninos, muitas vezes por motivos físicos, sendo assim, as práticas na Educação Física escolar estão permeadas de conteúdos que exigem rendimento. Conclui-se que há carência nas aulas de Educação Física de práticas coeducativas, o que ocasiona um aumento na distância entre os sexos, descaracterizando a condição igualitária que a escola deveria proporcionar e fazendo com que os corpos femininos neguem a interação com o sexo oposto, tanto por motivos biológicos, como por razões motoras.

This monograph aims to analyze the ability of the radical media to lead journalistic productions performed by O Globo during debates of the event Rio +20. The concentration of the major means of communication in the minor part of the population consolidates what can be called by hegemonic media. These media are primarily responsible for controlling the content viewed by a large portion of the population. Aiming a true plurality of information the alternative media day-by-day is looking for a bigger space within the communication market. Thus, the hegemonic media use capable tools to interfere in editorial policies consolidated by corporative media. One of those possible tools is the Culture Jamming, an activist action that interferes in a variety of marketing branches of communication. Therefore, having in its basis theorists such as John Downing and Perseu Abramo this study analyzed the journalistic content produced by the newspaper O Globo between the days 13 to 22 of June, in which the Rio +20 activities were held

The renewable energy sources presents an important role on the world's current context, its growing is essentially connected to the environmental issues and the energetic security, guided by the search for alternatives of energy. Among the alternative energy sources, the wind energy shows great importance in the brazilian territory, it has a great potential still unexplored and constant growth in the national electric matrix. The specific factor of generation, the conjuncture and the incentive politics influence on the expansion of wind energy in Brazil. Thus, the brazilian wind sector shows features which can be evaluated enable its developing. Keeping that in mind, the present work aims identify which are the advantages and the difficulties for the expansion of this energy source in the brazilian electric matrix. For that, the work studies the different parameters: features of electric generation of the different energy sources, incentive politics, generation costs, CO2 emission, evolution of wind energy in Brazil, the brazilian wind potential, and the regime of complementarily hydro-wind

Alfabetização no ensino fundamental de nove anos: avaliação discente e suas implicações para as práticas pedagógicas

This paper focuses data from discussions done with teachers who work with the three early years of nine-years elementary chool, in two Municipal schools of São Paulo inland, in order to investigate the students’ literacy degree. Considering a test applied to students of three early years of those schools, this study deals with the literacy performance results of 153 children of third school year. It also relates data of this test with some aspects that have characterized the literacy teachers’ practices. Initially, it presents considerations about the literacy process in extent of nine-years elementary school and some implications for the teachers’ practices. Then, it emphasizes the test results of third year students, pointing out what skills were already developed by them in literacy process and what skills must be improved. Results show that those children are not literated. They demonstrate difficulties in the appropriation of reading and writing skills, even in the third school year. It suggests the teachers’ need to reorganize their practices in classroom and to revise students’ literacy process, allowing to every student the full appropriation of reading and writing.

Fundo Nacional do Idoso e as políticas de gestão do envelhecimento da população brasileira

Demographic census from the last decades of the twentieth century began to reveal a tendency concerning the increasing average age of the population. The Brazilian government began introducing ways to manage the effects and consequences of this trend, the most recent being the creation of the "Fundos do Idoso" (Funds for seniors) in the Federal, state and municipal spheres. That law allows transferring federal taxes from common citizens and companies to the funds. This article is specifically written as a critical examination of this governmental initiative towards the problem of an ageing population from the point of view as to how the law has been implemented. With the creation of the funds there will be the enlargement and improvement of services destined for seniors. However, the law mentioned above does not predict an active participation of the seniors in the management of this funds and policies that will come as result.

Passageiros de terceira classe: o transporte de emigrantes na história econômica da Navigazione Generale Italiana

From the 1860s, the Italian emigration reached many entily, becoming on national problem and a source of revenue for shipping companies operating in the Atlantic. In Italy, the resources were fundamental in financing the replacement of the old sailboats by more modern steamers. Established in 1881, the Navigazione Generale Italiana (NGI) had not scoped to carry passengers. It acted in trade of goods conjugated with postal services widely subsidized by the state. By incorporating that transported immigrants, in a concentration process that would transform it in the largest shipping company in Italy, the NGI opened the thriving business of emigration to the Americas. Based on reports and Balance Exercises Financial of the company between the years 1881 and 1915, papers relating to merchant shipping and emigration legislation (laws of 1888 and 1901), this paper aims to present some results of research on the importance trafficking of Italian emigrants Navigazione Generale Italiana for marking the specialization process of its fleet this kind of service.
