Colaboração entre professores e bibliotecários no contexto escolar

The school library is a preferential placefor the contact of students with various informationresources and action of librarians and teachers, likemediators in order to enhance this experience. Thecollaborative relationship between this mediators isessential for planning and implementing activitiesfor learning. This article discusses some aspects ofcollaborative work between teachers and librarianand presents the results of applying a model ofcollaboration with the two librarians in Marília-SP, Brazil. Data collection was conducted withlibrarians from two schools, through interviews.The analysis was performed using the technique ofcontent analysis from four models of collaboration.It is noticed that the models are applicable tothe brazilian context and that there is a model ofcooperation prevailing in the participating schools.KEYWORDS: School library. Alunos, professores e bibliotecários: uma rede a ser construída

The article examines, initially, data from research on reading for teachers and school libraries in the Western Paulista completed in 2009. Then addresses the structural problems which prevent the effective functioning of libraries, including the disregard for the role of the school librarian, despite recent legal devices, important but ambiguous. Subsequently, it proposes reconfiguration of the library concept and its organization with the incorporation of the computer room, now it apart and greater structural and financial contribution. Finally, the writer believes it would be necessary to review, beyond the concept of the library, the teaching of the act of reading to understand it as a cultural act to be appropriated by the younger generations within the schools and their renewed libraries with the indispensable librarian.

This work approaches the analysis of industrial refrigeration systems applied to a chemical processing industry that, in this case, consists of refrigeration machines, cooling tower system, cold water system and brine system. In this study it is highlighted the function and characteristics of different systems, including the main components, the most important features, their functionality and best practices. The motivation for this work is the fact that refrigeration systems are essential in many industrial processes, presenting a high energy consumption that is related to a significant parcel of production costs. It has aimed to understand the case studied in order to evaluate the energy efficiency of systems and to compare with Carnot efficiency and best available technologies. The assessment aims to identify irregularities, find opportunities and propose solutions that increases the performance of equipment and the overall system efficiency. Therefore, the studies intend to reduce the operation costs and generate gains for the company
