This thesis work aims to bring a better viewing on an atypical case of financial analysis. The lstituto per le Opere di Religione (IOR), commonly known as the Vatican Bank, has peculiarities according to its goals as a bank. Belonging to a Catholic religious congregation, IOR has been used to manage the resources of the church, and ensure that these resources are used for the operation of it and, also for religious works. However the financial transactions made by the bank remained secret throughout its existence until mid 2012. This feature of not providing relevant information at the local and international community brought harm. Several cases of corruption and money laundering came up, bringing scandals that cause bad looks for the religious entity. In order to interact with the international community and understanding the importance of it, the Roman Apostolic Catholic Church decides to joing the international accounting procedures (IFRS) and went on to provide yearly financial statement reports and other information from its bank from 2012 . Thus, this thesis work takes on the role of analyzing the financial statements of the IOR and present its economic and financial health from the Capital Structure ratios, liquidity and profitability in the period 2012-2014. Overall, there has been a significant reduction in indebtedness 548% in 2012 to 362% in 2014. However, such an index showing is still high. In addition, the debt profile remained bad (87.47% short-term in 2014). The Liquidity ratios, both indices fell during the analysed period. Noteworthy is that even with retractions, the indices are equal or greater than 1, which indicates financial footing able to pay off debts. Regarding profitability, in 2013 it represented atypical moment, considering the economic performance of the IOR in the investigated period. Melanoma subungueal in situ tratado com cirurgia funcionalHamilton Ometto StolfI, Hélio Amante MiotI, Nilton de Ávila ReisIIDepartamento de Dermatologia e Radioterapia, Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)INTRODUÇÃOO melanoma subungueal representa aproximadamente 2% a 3% dos melanomas cutâneos em pacientes caucasianos1 e 20% em pacientes negros2 ou asiáticos.3A exposição solar, tida com principal fator de risco para o melanoma cutâneo,4 parece desempenhar papel secundário no desenvolvimento da variante subungueal,5 uma vez que a radiação ultravioleta dificilmente penetra no leito ungueal. Além disso, nevos subungueais como lesões precursoras são extremamente raros.6Os polegares e háluces são os mais acometidos, sendo o polegar responsável por 56% dos casos entre todos os dedos e o hálux por 86% dos dedos dos pés.7A confirmação do diagnóstico é feita a partir do exame anatomopatológico da lesão, geralmente localizada na matriz ou leito ungueal. A verificação histológica do melanoma subungueal é frequentemente postergada por conta do atraso no diagnóstico clínico,8-10 gerando piora do prognóstico.O prognóstico geralmente é ruim: as taxas de sobrevida real de cinco anos variam entre 16% a 20%, podendo atingir até 80% se consideradas taxas de sobrevida estimada.2,3,11-18RELATO DE CASOPaciente de 44 anos, do sexo feminino, professora, com queixa de aparecimento de mancha na unha do hálux direito há cinco anos. Relata aumento progressivo lento na largura da faixa. Ao exame dermatológico, apresentava faixa de melanoníquia extensa, irregular, bordas mal definidas e estria de pigmentação mais acentuada em uma das margens do leito ungueal do hálux direito (Figura 1). Exame dermatoscópico (aparelho Dermalite II Pro, aumento de 10 vezes) confirmou faixas irregulares e cores variadas de hiperpigmentação.Foi realizada a avulsão parcial da lâmina ungueal e incisão na prega ungueal lateral para visualização do local da origem da pigmentação no leito ungueal,

Sonohysterography was firstly described three decades ago. The saline solution infusion into the uterine cavity favors its use and provides excellent visualization of the anatomy and the inner cavity of the uterus better than the conventional transvaginal sonography To check the current role of sonohysterography in the uterine cavity assessment in women with abnormal uterine bleeding and asymptomatic, a literature review comparing sonohysterograph with conventional transvaginal sonography and/or ambulatory diagnostic hysteroscopy was carried out. To this end, relevant studies were researched in electronic databases Medline/PubMed, SciELO/LILACS. The sonohysterography is an ambulatory procedure, non-invasive, better cost-benefit, better sensitivity and specificity to identify uterine abnormalities, causing minimal discomfort and low complications rate. It was subject to revision which there is no more doubt about its accuracy. It can be concluded that the sonohysterography is a useful tool in the propedeutics to assess uterine cavity of symptomatic patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, infertility, recurrent miscarriages, and embryonic implantation failures in assisted reproduction treatment / in vitro fertilization and in any other intra and extra uterine cavity alteration. Hence, conventional transvaginal sonography is indicated as an initial method of assessment of the uterine cavity previously to ambulatory diagnostic hysteroscopy.

In this work, the author looks forward to develop a new method capable of incorporate the concepts of the Reliability Theory and Ruin Probability in Deep Foundations, in order to do a better quantification of the uncertainties, which is intrinsic in all geotechnical projects, meanly because we don't know all the properties of the materials that we work with. Using the methodologies of Decourt Quaresma and David Cabral, resistance surfaces have been developed utilizing the data achieved from the Standard Penetration Tests performed in the field of study, in conjecture with the loads defined in the executive project of the piles. The construction of resistance surfaces shows to be a very useful tool for decision making, no matter in which phase it is current on, projecting or execution. The surfaces were developed by Kriging (using the software Surfer® 12), making it easier to visualize the geotechnical profile of the field of study. Comparing the results, the conclusion was that a high safety factor doesn't mean higher security. It is fundamental to consider the loads and resistance of the piles in the whole field, carefully choosing the project methodology responsible to define the diameter and length of the piles

This paper presents a study based on bibliographic research on LTE technology, chosen for the fourth generation of mobile phones, and the current status of implementation of 4G network in Brazil. The change in user behavior, which now uses data over the voice services, requires transmission networks to be increasingly robust and fast to enable the viewing of videos and use of other platforms that require internet connection. The retrospective of the development of mobile technologies, from 1G up to 4G that is currently used, shows the long road until it came to appliances and how the phone is used nowadays. Finally, the popularity of smartphones and hence the growing number of people with access to 4G networks, demanded new researchs for the development of future generations technologies in order to achieve the demand for speed enabling significant changes in user experience
