Cartografias contemporâneas: mapa e mapeamento como metáforas para a pesquisa sobre a formação de professores de Matemática

This essay sketches some principles according to which a research project called “Mapping of math teacher education and practice in Brazil” is been conducted by a group of researchers with the objective of understanding the way policies related to teacher education and practice are effectively implemented in different regions of the country. The main objective of this article is, therefore, to discuss the pressupositions of this project, its foundation, the basic beliefs in which it is rooted. In order to emphasize such principles, some remarks on theorization, methodology, teacher education, narratives and on the concept of mobilization/apropriation are done. The essay is based on a metaphor built on cartographical practices.

Economia Criativa e a Mídia Radical: laboratórios experimentais para a inovação de plataformas midiáticas, conteúdos e recursos midiáticos

The Creative Economy is an experimental laboratory for the creation , innovation , invention and reinvention of the universe of media - analog and digital . The scenery in the media and converging technologies favors the process of “ creative destruction and destructive creation “ of this field . The mapping of basins and technological corridors distributed through the territory of concentrated areas creates an infrastructural chassis for the production of content , information and entertainment . As locus and logos of immaterial production , digital ecology that gives speed to the flow of production - planning, fundraising , publishing , distribution and enjoyment - and allows the dispossession of their local clusters , the fragmentation and dilution of their creative chains . The collective cultural production and creation appropriating these capilarizados articles and produce content against political, economic and social status quo . The land is fertile and favorable to the emergence of radical media and rebels that recreate the public sphere , and edit poor public spheres , alternative , radical and efficient , the tactical point of view . This article aims to contribute to studies and research that scour the ecosystem of the media for understanding the management of their creative processes, actors and critics of tangible and intangible resources that support their communication actions .

Movimentos sociais, ecologia digital, mídias radicais e as narrativas anticapitalistas na esfera pública alternativa global

This article seeks to contribute to the debate on the importance of cultural collective producers of anti-capitalist content, ownership of digital ecology by subaltern segments, the creation of the opposition media to exclusionary globalization and the articulation of alternative and radical public sphere for the recent demonstrations policies in planetary scale. Data were collected in the first half of 2013, on a course completion project in vehicles with citizen journalism characteristics ["Portal Fórum", "Outras Palavras" and "Observatório da Imprensa"]. Partial these mapping results indicate that these manifestations inherited anti-capitalist demands of previous decades, and amplified in [by digitally pathways] in political demonstrations that swept those abrasive months in major cities worldwide.

Mapeamento de ocorrências de eventos perigosos no município de Santos SP: integração com dados de vulnerabilidade socioambiental

This study is based on the mapping of occurrences associated with social vulnerability and natural risks, which refer to the resilience of populations and territories, regarding natural hazards associated with the functioning of natural systems (eg, earthquakes, flood, mass movements). According to UNISDR (2014), the state of São Paulo is a reference in working with Urban Resilience and Disaster in the Resilient Cities Campaign (2014), considering the high investment in Risk Areas Mapping and Public Education Campaigns implemented by the Civil Defense. Thus, this study aims to mapping the occurrence of events related to Tree Falls, Erosion, Landslides, Irregular Housing, Rocky Blocks Falls, Wall Falls, Unroofing and Irregular Construction, attended by the Civil Defense in the city of Santos, São Paulo State, from 2011 to 2014. Thereafter, correlated analyzes to the Environmental Vulnerabilities were generated. The Environmental Vulnerability databases used in this dissertation compose the results of the CNPQ Project - Environmental Vulnerability Mapping of the State of Sao Paulo - Brazil: a methodological contribution of Freitas (2013) and Bortolettoet al (2014), with information collected from the 2010 Census (IBGE, 2010), on a census sectors scale. The adopted methodological procedure involves document analysis followed by data integration in Geographic Information System, through algorithms analysis and mapscrossing.The results obtained in Maps of Social and Environmental Vulnerability Occurrences presented areas of High or Very High Vulnerability. The main variables obtained with such characteristics are Irregular Housing, Landslides and Rocky Blocks Falls, which was associated with hilly terrain formations, with slopes above 30%. Análise da fragilidade natural do sítio urbano de Piracicaba (SP)

This research aims to analyze the natural fragility of Piracicaba Urban Site, through the analysis of a letter of Fragility Potential obtained through the data crossing the geomorphological cards, Pedologic Slope and use and occupation of the land to be developed during the project. The methodology to be used is that proposed by Ross (1990, 1994) together with the guided ideas Anthropogenic geomorphology, so that the man-made conditions of modification of the relief can be inserted in the final analyzes. The results showed that the Córrego do Enxofre Basin has high fragility of values, it is not a rich area for human occupation
