Dosimetria ambiental do gás 222Rn: um exemplo de estudo das águas da região de Presidente Prudente – SP e considerações sobre abordagem do tema através do Banco Internacional de Objetos Educacionais – BIOE

Over the years, the concern with the detection of the levels of radionuclides in the environment has increased, given that they are carcinogenic to the human respiratory system. Present in the air, waters, soil and building materials, among other substances, radionuclides are unknown by most of the population. In this paper, we present the radioactive gas 222Rn, predominant element among all others and one way of detecting it in an example study of the waters of the Presidente Prudente - SP, through the plastic detector called CR-39. Likewise, we realized the need to approach this issue more broadly in schools and even in higher education, since this field of modern physics and environmental physics usually appears only in master's and doctorate. Thus, we attempted to perform the didactic transposition schooluniversity, through the construction of an object Educational, OE, to be placed on the Bank for International Educational Objects - bioethanol and by developing this contribute to the knowledge and understanding of the importance of monitoring of radioactivity in a way accessible to the population as a whole

Uma nova abordagem do ciclo reprodutivo dos machos e fêmeas, e da origem e desenvolvimento dos oócitos do Ostariophysi, e Perciformes neotropicais aplicada ao Anostomidae, Schizodon nasutus e ao Sciaenidae, Plagioscion squamosissimus

Nos peixes, durante a vida reprodutiva o desenvolvimento gonadal é cíclico e anual. As gônadas passam por alterações de forma, de tamanho, de cor e de textura que são utilizadas como parâmetros para a sua classificação macroscópica. Porém, o desenvolvimento das células germinativas, nem sempre é consoante com essa classificação e, machos e fêmeas nem sempre parecem concatenados. Novas propostas de classificação vêm surgindo na tentativa de compatibilizar as informações macroscópicas e histológicas, considerando a atividade do epitélio germinativo de machos e fêmeas. Ocorre, no entanto, que essas propostas vêm sendo desenvolvidas em estudos com Perciformes marinhos. Aqui, tomando-se como modelo o Characiformes, Schizodon nasutus e o Perciformes, Plagioscion squamosissimus analisou-se comparativamente o ciclo reprodutivo de ambas as espécies, frente às classificações tradicionais e às novas propostas de classificação adicionadas das características histológicas das gônadas, e pode-se perceber que a análise macroscópica das gônadas, muitas vezes, não corresponde a sua verdadeira fase do ciclo reprodutivo, analisado microscopicamente. Isso se dá porque muitas das características cruciais para distinção das fases não são visíveis a olho nu, como folículos atrésicos, maturação do oócito ou anastomose de túbulos ou lóbulos testiculares. Assim, para determinação das fases reprodutivas, deve-se sempre contar com a análise microscópica e, no presente estudo, foi considerado que a melhor classificação para tal é a proposta de Brown-Peterson e colaboradores (2009), que divide o ciclo reprodutivo em seis fases reprodutivas, bastante detalhadas. There are many approaches and techniques about Administration and Management of Projects in order to provide greater agility, efficiency and transparency during the development process of new products. Simultaneously, a pursuit for a management approach more flexible in its planning and strategic changes during the development campaign, such as, comprehend the project's unpredictability level and deal it by monitoring and estimates tools. These features tend to accentuate itself in manufacturers of complex products, as aircraft and other aerospace technologies. By these conditions thus research aims to describe a case when the Agile Management Processing of Project Development Scrum was used in the Test area of an aircraft manufacturer. Focused on the Scrum implementation over the area, its adaptation, evolution and achievements the research proposes to analyze the improvements, indicate the obstacles and discuss solutions, contributing then to the theoretical basis of the considered theme and futures updates applicable to the area. Efeitos da predação de Serrapinnus notomelas (Eigenmann, 1915) (Pisces Characiformes) e Serrasalmus maculatus (Kner, 1858) (Pisces Characiformes) sobre a comunidade planctônica: uma abordagem experimental

A importância dos predadores vertebrados na dinâmica das redes tróficas e na teoria da cascata trófica destaca o papel dos peixes, na determinação da composição e na dinâmica da comunidade planctônica. O estudo teve como objetivo verificar experimentalmente o possível impacto que as relações tróficas dos peixes Serrapinus notomelas e Serrasalmus maculatus podem produzir sobre o fitoplâncton e o zooplâncton presentes em lagoas marginais no trecho de montante do reservatório de Rosana, SP/PR. Um experimento utilizando-se de mesocosmos, com quatro tratamentos (controle; S. notomelas; S. maculatus; S. notomelas e S. maculatus) e três repetições, foi conduzido “in situ” no reservatório de Rosana. Analisando a dieta dos peixes, e a variação do zooplâncton e da clorofila a (biomassa de fitoplâncton) durante o período do estudo, pode-se constatar como a presença desses peixes, tanto separadamente quanto juntos, afeta a dinâmica do sistema. A análise do zooplâncton, ao final dos tratamentos com peixes, mostrou que havia uma quantidade menor de indivíduos comparado ao controle, indicando que houve de fato predação. Em relação à variação de clorofila a, notamos que houve um aumento em todos os tratamentos, o que seria esperado se o zooplâncton estivesse diminuído (cascata trófica – efeito “top-down”). Porém, no tratamento em que S. notomelas estava presente, essa clorofila a deveria (mas não ocorreu) ter decrescido, já que foi encontrada uma grande quantidade de algas na análise do conteúdo estomacal dessa espécie. No tratamento em que as duas espécies de peixes estavam presentes pode-se inferir que, ao sofrer uma pressão de predação, S. notomelas prefere desenvolver uma estratégia de fuga a uma de busca por alimento. Propaganda e inclusão social: uma análise dialógica do discurso publicitário

The means of mass communication are powerful tools to the spread of a concept as persuasion is a strong characteristic of discourses that gather around the sphere of communication, especially in advertising discourses. By the end of the 90’s, the advertisement “Down: the worst syndrome is prejudice”, did great success approaching prejudice / pre-concept in a subtle and innovative way, due its outstanding purpose and style inserting two boys in a carousel, one is a street child, the other a Down syndrome patient. The advertisement reveals a speak project of diffusion and spread of ideas that down syndrome patients are capable of dealing and supporting a routine full of activities, making a opposition to the campaigns and ideas that, in spite of raising the respect towards these kids, only contributed with the attenuation of their handicaps. Our objective is to investigate the presence of these social values in the quoted audio-visual material, and for that we’ve searched the contextualization of the advertisement in its own time period. The theory and methodological aspects got their base in Bakhtinian studies and concepts; we used the concepts of discourse gender, chronotope and mainly dialogism and enunciation. We analyzed the style utilized in the advertisement, the dialogue between the politically correct and the prejudice speeches, the verbal discourse of the music that flows with the progress of the enunciation, the non-verbal discourse of the photography (nostalgic, producing effects of sense in its relation with memory), the chronotope present in the utilization of the carousel and its significations. We concluded that the accession of the recipient, in it responsive comprehension of the enunciation at hand, is an effect produced by the well-succeded addition of these different types of discourses

A abordagem do voseo em materiais didáticos brasileiros de ensino do espanhol como língua estrangeira

This work discusses the importance of the language varieties in the Spanish language to the process of teaching and learning Spanish as a foreign language (ELE), focusing on the approach, ie, how to deal with the phenomenon voseo in Brazilian textbooks. It presents a brief historical overview on the arising of this language and its implementation in Latin America. From an educational approach that values a good development of communicative competence, it’s driven to a presentation of the Spanish schoolbooks selected by PNLD for the year 2012, as well as an observation of activities that demonstrate the phenomenon called voseo, in other words, the use of the variety of the pronoun vos instead of tú for the treatment of the second person. Given the vast range of Spanish courses as a foreign language for high school students, and the growing interest of young people in learning a second language, this study addresses the importance of developing the communicative competence of a foreign language

A leitura na perspectiva de Bakhtin e suas possibilidades na formação do leitor: na educação infantil e no primeiro ano do ensino fundamental

Overall, in Brazilian schools, the concept of reading does not take into account its possibilities and its meaning for life. But read is assigning meaning to something , make sense, interact with the text read. Thus, the present study addresses the mechanical reading, that without contextualization, performed on a technique by joining letters and syllables loose and also reading social use, consisting of statements, dialogism , polyphony and heteroglossy. It is known that the mechanical reading brings undesirable consequences, including learning problems, such as lack of attention, concentration, memory, imagination. When the reading is taught in a systematic way, with only the goal of the code decoding of written language, destroys social perspectives and intellectual development. It is common, when you offer the children a book, there the difficult disinterest of textual interpretation, because there is no attribute meaning to the content, and even the ability to interact with the text. With the interest in studying the dialogic reading this and the statements and genres, the present study was based on several authors: Bakhtin (1988, 2000), Schneuwly and Dolz (2000), Faraco (2009) and Ponzio (2009) Jolibert (1994), Bajard (2002; 2007) Foucambert (1997) Martins ( 1985) and Smith ( 1999). Aim for this study the following research question: what are the contributions of Mikhail Bakhtin's theory to the teaching of reading from kindergarten through the first grade of elementary school? As Correntes digitais em perspectiva dialógica

Ce travail est consacré sur la perspective dialogique d'étude d'un type de texte assez bien populaire sur les médias numériques; appelés par chaîne, il s'agit des messages qui sont transmises par e-mail de façon très rapide et de large propagation parmi ses usagers. La recherche a par objective principal analyser les discours véhiculés par les appelés chaînes, en abordant ses thèmes plus recourants, liées aux concepts de dialogue et genre, présents sur les travaux du Circule de Bakhtine. Par constitution du corpus ils sont allés sélectionnées des chaînes transmises par e-mail entre les années de 2009 et 2011. Dans l'analyse du matériel collecté on a découvert des différences plus généralistes que nous ont permis sa organisation en trois différents grands thèmes: religieuse, relations et utilité publique. Les chaînes composées par la thématique religieuse amènent une mode d’interpellation assez très incisif, direct et explicite à son destinataire, pour qu'il puisse renvoyer le message reçu à des autres destinataires. Il s'agit d'un appel, souvent, coactif et menaçant, avec le but aussi de persuader le destinataire à adhérer au discours religieux contenu dans le message. Le discours religieux des chaînes est configuré d'une façon de défi, ou test, pour lesquelles il y a une promesse de récompense. Le deuxième type de chaîne analysé explore le thème des relations homme/femme et interpelle son destinataire d'une façon suggestionné et non coercitive

Proposição de uma nova vacina para Brucelose bovina usando uma abordagem biotecnológica

A utilização de novas tecnologias empregando a biologia molecular busca superar os principais problemas encontrados nas vacinas atualmente comercializadas no combate à brucelose bovina. Desta forma, a identificação de proteínas imunogênicas e a posterior transformação dos genes correspondentes em micro-organismos competentes tem sido um dos principais alvos para o desenvolvimento de novas formas de controle da infecção. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo propor, em base teórica, uma vacina de eficácia e segurança superiores às encontradas atualmente no mercado contra a brucelose bovina, antropozoonose contagiosa provocada principalmente pela espécie Brucella abortus. Essa enfermidade produz infecção característica em bovinos e bubalinos e é infecciosa ao homem, causando doença crônica que leva à incapacidade parcial ou total para o trabalho. Por ter distribuição universal, acarreta problemas sanitário e de saúde pública importantes e grandes prejuízos econômicos. A vacina proposta visa o desenvolvimento de microorganismos transformados contendo genes de proteínas de potencial imunológico que, após purificação, são usadas para o combate da doença. As proteínas recombinantes abordadas no presente estudo são as proteína ribossomal L7/L12 e a lumazina sintetase que, ao serem utilizadas em uma vacina subcelular, diferente das comercializadas atualmente, induzem resposta de longa duração, não induzem a produção de anticorpos que interfiram no diagnóstico e não são patogênicas ao homem.

Energia, suas formas e transformações: uma abordagem contextualizada por meio de material não-formal

Energy is a physical quantity very present in physics. Although extremely useful, its concept is very abstract for most students in high school and college. Identify the presence and form of energy in a given phenomenon is not simple, as there is immediate understanding on the transfer and transformation. This work emphasizes the study of mechanical energy in its different forms as well as the thermal energy, considering the possible transformations between them. To this end, use is mad of toys, exploring its potential as an alternative material to be use in supplement classroom teaching in primary and secondary levels. The proposed use of ludic pedagogy takes into account the author’s experience as an intern project Toy Scientific Department of Physics and its role as mediator in the workshops offered by the project to school at these levels

O ensino de língua inglesa nos primeiros anos do ensino fundamental: uma abordagem transdisciplinar
