A transforma����o e revaloriza����o do espa��o do centro hist��rico de Santos/SP

The city of Santos always had its importance recognised by the respectful role of flowing off the coffee production between the end of 19th and beginning of 20th centuries. All effervescence of this period brought changes to the central area of the city, located near the port. Beginning in the 1970s, some changes in the politics and in the city's urban space made its cafes, theaters, stores and traditional residencies find itselves in decadence imposed by the negligence of the public power. The Historic Downtown of Santos changed to a forgotten and depreciated space and remained that way for many years, reflecting negatively in the preservation of the arquitetonic heritage of the city. The present project aims to analyse the transformation of the current space of the Hitoric Downtown of Santos from the beginning of the 20th century and its recent revaluation through the public politics of the city

Com Viv��ncia: incentivo �� integra����o do idoso atrav��s da valoriza����o do espa��o p��blico

Este trabalho apresenta a elabora����o de um projeto de interven����o arquitet��nica e urban��stica no munic��pio de Bastos/SP que busca incentivar a integra����o do idoso na sociedade, propondo a valoriza����o de um espa��o p��blico, de forma a proporcionar uma melhor qualidade de vida tanto da popula����o idosa quanto das outras faixas et��rias. Para tanto, foi necess��rio realizar discuss��es bibliogr��ficas sobre o idoso e a sociedade e sobre espa��os livres p��blicos e lazer contempor��neo. A partir dos levantamentos da ��rea de interven����o e da aplica����o de question��rios, foram propostas diretrizes gerais e um projeto arquitet��nico e urban��stico de pra��a p��blica, mantendo o conceito inicial de incentivo �� integra����o do idoso, al��m da apropria����o, valoriza����o e utiliza����o do espa��o p��blico

This research aims to understand how students of Early Childhood Education (considering the range of 2-3 years) build the space - geometric notions from the interaction established with the school routine. The venue was a municipal school Miners Tiet��, within the State of S��o Paulo. The interest in this research took place from two reasons: the first because of course taken ���Mathematics in Early Childhood Education��� and the second stemmed from my professional work in a school for early childhood education. This research is initially composed by bibliographic studies concerning the topic and was grounded in a qualitative interpretive approach, aiming to investigate the psychological process of building space - geometric notions in children. The procedures used in the initial research to collect data were interviews using the method of clinical type and Piagetian tests. Thus allows us to understand the construction of the geometric space by children in their topological, projective and Euclidean relations

Espa��o geogr��fico e educa����o: um estudo sobre o lugar do Conselho de Escola

In this text, the results of our research on the geographic location and establishing relationships with the School Council. We consider some legal aspects added to the evidence gathered in our experience to check how much the School Council is constituted as a non-state public place. The possibility of setting up this feature to see a meaning whose strength lies precisely in a healthy tension between the state and established community. Here is the legislation of the School Council of Suzano (SP) and some aspects of our experience from the practice of teaching at a school in Rio das Pedras (SP). We see the nature of the legal meaning assigned to this place from the study of law, considering the municipal, regional and federal levels. In the sphere of Geography use the concepts of Space, Place and City, as issues that are dear to that science. We used the concept of Topofilia to see if this particular place is the development of an individual's sense of belonging, and how it unfolds in the dynamic implications of the operation of this instrument of popular participation in the formulation of public policy education. The city of San Carlos is known to have important centers of research aimed at developing high technologies, which are: Federal University of S��o Carlos (UFSCar), the University of S��o Paulo (USP). Thus, the portion of the population of students who are not from the city of San Carlos, but it has to be present daily to provide their respective courses in San Carlos, has the need to rent property. The housing market, in turn, uses the application of capital to meet the demands of students and business is taking steps that make the production of space and provide new scope of the place, giving new meaning to the settings and new residents. This work goes towards understanding the students, social workers, boosting growth in this market and the influences of space and real estate agents and their actions materialized in space to meet this demand

O romance ��gua-m��e de Jos�� Lins do Rego �� ambientado no Rio de Janeiro e foge, portanto, da tem��tica caracter��stica do escritor - a sociedade e a regi��o nordestina. Por conta dessa mudan��a de espa��o, a cr��tica classifica o romance como uma obra n��o-regionalista e, por isso, de pouca import��ncia na produ����o reguiana. Ao contar a hist��ria de tr��s fam��lias que habitam a regi��o de Cabo Frio, ��s margens da lagoa da Araruama, o escritor tematiza o terror do sobrenatural e a for��a do destino centrados em um lugar espec��fico, provenientes dos malef��cios da majestosa Casa Azul, supostamente respons��vel pelas diversas trag��dias que acometem as personagens. Territ��rio da aten����o b��sica em Presidente Prudente: do espa��o da norma ao territ��rio de fato

Este trabalho tem como finalidade discutir a aten����o b��sica no munic��pio de Presidente Prudente, entretanto esclarecendo como funciona as normatiza����es e a����es pr��ticas. Assim, verificamos o territ��rio da Estrat��gia de Sa��de da Fam��lia do Parque Alvorada e se existe um v��nculo entre a norma e o fato, possibilitando que a popula����o previna ou trate doen��as atrav��s da porta de entrada preferencial do SUS, al��m de alcan��ar o bem estar. Para consolidar este trabalho foi necess��rio uma pesquisa bibliogr��fica, documental e a an��lise emp��rica. A an��lise emp��rica permitiu verificar essa nuances no territ��rio e coletar dados para discuss��o, sendo uns dos principais fatores da pesquisa, pois mostra a realidade vivenciada pela popula����o inserida naquela territ��rio. Diante dessas pr��ticas, percebemos que existem alguns pontos negativos, pois muitas pessoas que est��o inseridas nesse territ��rio n��o tem um acesso facilitado a sede da ESF do Parque Alvorada. Assim, se o territ��rio fosse delimitado de uma outra forma, por��m considerando a participa����o social, ou seja, ouvindo as pessoas que vivem no local, qual suas dificuldades e desejos, o programa atenderia toda popula����o que faz parte daquela ��rea de abrang��ncia com mais efic��cia

Espa��o f��brica: interven����o em conjunto de antiga ind��stria de ��leos em Bariri - SP

Discuss��es a respeito de propostas de interven����o em espa��os ur-banos que possuem valores culturais para a comunidade t��m sido um tema bastante explorado por arquitetos e urbanistas contempor��neos. Muitos s��o os te��ricos que se ocuparam do assunto ��� as primeiras teorias de restaura-����o do patrim��nio arquitet��nico constru��do datam do s��culo 18 ��� mas, at�� hoje, n��o se p��de estabelecer um consenso sobre como se deve ou n��o proceder na concep����o de projetos dessa natureza. Este trabalho trata de um espa��o ocioso na ��rea central do munic��-pio de Bariri, interior do estado de S��o Paulo, onde se deram as atividades de uma ind��stria de ��leos vegetais de grande express��o na cidade, entre as d��cadas de 1960 a 1980. Mesmo depois de a f��brica ter entrado em proces-so de fal��ncia, seus equipamentos e edifica����es permaneceram no terreno, e, at�� hoje, parte consider��vel de seu patrim��nio constru��do ainda continua l��. Por��m, nunca se deu outro uso para o espa��o, sendo que, atualmente, as instala����es se encontram em processo de ru��na. Sabe-se que ��reas desocu-padas inseridas na malha urbana podem levar a uma degrada����o do espa��o, devido �� falta do cuidado mantido pela presen��a humana, causando, diversas vezes, a perda do controle pelo poder p��blico, e incidentes provocados pela falta de seguran��a. A Ind��stria Resegue de ��leos Vegetais (IROV) teve consider��vel import��ncia hist��rica para o munic��pio, sendo um dos maiores s��mbolos da atividade econ��mica dos imigrantes s��rios na cidade. Foi respons��vel pelo emprego de muitos trabalhadores e por grande movimenta����o financeira na ��poca em que esteve em funcionamento. Al��m disso, seu espa��o f��sico im-ponente est�� presente no cognitivo da maioria dos habitantes baririenses, compondo, de maneira significativa, a identidade visual de Bariri. As transforma����es do espa��o geogr��fico e sua rela����o com os processos erosivos de uma ��rea do noroeste de Regente Feij��/SP

O presente trabalho discute a rela����o sociedade e natureza a partir do estudo de caso dos processos erosivos identificados em um recorte espacial, localizado no Noroeste do munic��pio de Regente Feij��/SP. As din��micas socioecon��micas que se processaram no Oeste Paulista e, consequentemente, no munic��pio de Regente Feij��, ao longo das d��cadas de ocupa����o, s��o evid��ncias das l��gicas de apropria����o ancoradas em pressupostos de explora����o massiva dos recursos naturais, tendo em vista a produ����o de g��neros agr��colas valorizados no mercado internacional, tais como o caf��, o algod��o e a cana-de-a����car. Al��m disso, a pecu��ria tamb��m se constituiu como importante base econ��mica regional e, somada aos demais usos agr��colas, contribuiu para o depauperamento dos solos, o assoreamento dos cursos d�����gua e o surgimento de eros��es (laminares e lineares) nas ��reas rurais e urbanas. Neste sentido, al��m da discuss��o envolvendo os problemas desencadeados pelo agravamento dos processos erosivos aos pequenos produtores rurais e aos moradores do Distrito de Espig��o, �� evidenciada a import��ncia das pr��ticas conservacionistas como forma de contingenciamento de tais fen��menos

As metamorfoses no espa��o com o advento da Copa do Mundo no Brasil: estudos sobre o distrito de Itaquera-SP

The present work discuss the reproduction of the social relations from the point of view of the new urban production relations - having as empirical universe for analysis-, the Itaquera district in the Sao Paulo metropolis, with the advent of the World Cup in Brazil. Starting with the reading of a reality in movement, in which the analysis walks covering the dialectic relationship between space and society, where the first is translated into product and life reproduction condition, aiming to unveil the metamorphoses that will take place in the urban space with its consequent contradiction, what it may be the expanded capital reproduction concomitantly with the process that denounces a spoliation movement of the social space. With the society approval before these big architectural projects enabled by ideology, it���s determined the (re) production of artificial spaces of consumption, funded for the capital extension. The current stage that the capitalism reveals a space turned into mass consumption merchandise, consequence of the victory of the exchange value over the usage value, amalgamated in positive measures of expulsion/sweeping of low income socio-economic layers

Mem��ria e espa��o: a experi��ncia dos m��sicos seresteiros na cidade de Rio Claro-SP

This paper will examine the experience of serenaders in the city of Rio Claro ��� SP. The trajectory of this cultural expression will be described, reconstructed, interpreted and mapped and mapped from the late 1940s to the present day via the oral history of the memories of the musicians who have experienced the practice and experience.
