Leitura em Ambientes Cíbridos: a cosmo(a)gonia geométrica de Patrick Burgaud

Contemporary culture is showing us, with growing evidence, that fields of knowledge and spheres of action interpenetrate strongly, forcing us to change behavior in order to connive with the productive and creative new ways. Our scope is to consider the cybrid environment in which we situate the reader in his relations with the poetic productions created in the digital world, from the perspective of a contemporary context of reading done through interfaces and also by a reading of a poem by Patrick Burgaud.

Escolas públicas no campo: retrospectiva e perspectivas em um contexto de projetos políticos em disputa

In present article, we present reflections on the process of closing public schools in the countryside in Brazil. Through bibliographical survey, as well as documental research, we carried out a retrospective analysis of the historical moment in which the implementation of policies of mass education directed to people living in rural areas occurs. We have also sought to raise socio-political-economic aspects of the moment in which the process of closing these schools is intensified. The results obtained suggest possible implications of this closure policy, in addition to indicating some of the challenges posed to the public policy of education in the country; for example, the Brazilian federal context and the budget limitations imposed to subnational governments with regard to the funding of school education, particularly in relation to small municipalities and/or municipalities with low tax revenues. This situation quite often occurs because these municipalities present reduced budgets, depending largely on transfers of financial resources from other spheres of the Government, either federal or state, the so-called intergovernmental budgetary transfers; namely, the Municipalities Participation Fund. Such issues demand the resumption of debates about the federative pact, in particular with regard to fiscal federalism, given that the financial capacity of each subnational government is crucial to the implementation of educational policies.

Apontar tendências - a médio e/ou longo prazos - para uma área do conhecimento, desafio o pesquisador para o exercício da priorização e da sistematização, mas também evidencia que escolhas foram feitas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi o de reunir informações capazes de demonstrar o cenário comunicacional em duas grandes frentes: ensino e pesquisa. Sistematizar trajetórias institucionais produtivas, criar e expandir políticas públicas que articulem os múltiplos atores sociais em torno de um desenvolvimento sustentável e possibilitar a reflexão sobre os arranjos institucionais mais adequados para permitir a inclusão social etc, são alguns resultados frente ao mapeamento proposto nesse material. Reconhecer e relacionar temas, incluídas as estruturas produtivas e as políticas de CT&I, P&D, as interconexões entre as múltiplas dimensões da infraestrutura, especificamente das comunicações, possibilitaram o conhecimento sobre o amadurecimento das instituições públicas e privadas e de seus acervos informacionais. Dividido em duas partes, a primeira focalizou o Brasil e suas instituições científicas e a segunda que traçou o panorama da educação do Cone Sul. O resultado apontou tendências brasileiras da Comunicação na primeira década do novo século, além de traçar o cenário da Educação no Cone Sul, a partir da segunda década, fazendo um inventário do estado atual do conhecimento

Cidade média de limiar superior: um estudo a partir de Ribeirão Preto (SP)

This papper aims to discuss Ribeirão Preto as a switched-over intermediate city classification, contrastating with the concept of Metropolitan Region of Ribeirão Preto. The agribusiness sector will be analysed as the main responsible for the representation of Ribeirão Preto city as an Agribusiness Center. Due to this fact, Sertãozinho city example will be presented as Agribusiness City, where acctually concentrates the agro-industrial complex of sugarcane production, while Ribeirão Preto is in fact centralizes management activities. According to the balance of trade analysis, other elements showed up and fortifies the role of this cities. These elements unfolded the analysis of higher education guideline and shopping malls. We also analyzed the urban network of Ribeirão Preto under the concept of the Região de Influência das Cidades (REGIC) and the creation of the project Metropolitan Region of Ribeirão Preto in order to strengthen the central hypothesis as a switched-over medium sized city. This paper sought to deepen, investigate and analyze the institutional and organizational obstacles of public policies for food security programs, in a period of change in municipal management. Our aim is besides de obstacles, to identify the efficacy and effectiveness of SAN social network, highlighting the National Program of School Food – PNAE. The analysis focuses the city of Araraquara and its food security program network in its relationship with the settlements, highlighting its cultural and productive particularities.
