The changes occurring in Brazilian agriculture, with the inclusion of agro-industrial activities in your mode of production, must be analyzed to verify the changes in the behavior of territorial dynamics. Through changing the Rural Complex, traditional for the Agroindustrial Complex tightly integrated with trade and industry brought many consequences for the rural population, with regard to employment. Understanding this transformation capitalist the field is needed to analyze the actors involved in this process and the policies adopted for the expansion of sugar and ethanol activity in the State of São Paulo and the consequences for the spatial organization. The expansion of cane production areas were governed by the Institute of Sugar and Alcohol (IAA), the National Alcohol Program (PROÁLCOOL) Development Plan for the West of São Paulo - PRO-WEST and Expansion Program for the production of Canavicultura for production of fuel for the State of São Paulo (PROCANA). The occupation of these agroindustrial facilities in rural spaces contextualized by territorialization of the rural complex, in that sense, understanding these concepts is a key part development in the research. therefore, are concepts of fundamental importance to geographical science, and interpreting their function and construction in rural spaces

O advento de novas matrizes energéticas no Brasil: experiências da implantação do PNPB em Mirante do Paranapanema e a produção de biodiesel em Mauá, Estado de São Paulo

Faced with the global discussion about the development of new alternative energy sources, this work tries to contribute to the understanding of the introduction of biodiesel in the energy market, identifying the barriers in the social logic, economic and productive in different spaces, rural and urban. Based on the guidelines of the National Biodiesel Production and Use Program (PNPB), it intended to accompany the implementation of public policies in relation to family farmers settled in the Pontal, located in the western region of São Paulo. In parallel, we will analyze the organizational structure and logistics of the production of biodiesel in the city, although it does not dependent on agricultural production and it is not a target of public policies, it takes advantage of the demand created by PNPB when it comes to increasing the amount of biodiesel blended with mineral origin diesel. The activity examined in the urban space is the collection of used frying oil held by Ecosanta Biofuels, a company located in the town of Maua, São Paulo metropolitan region. Investigação sobre a construção das noções espaço-geométricas por alunos da educação infantil

This research aims to understand how students of Early Childhood Education (considering the range of 2-3 years) build the space - geometric notions from the interaction established with the school routine. The venue was a municipal school Miners Tietê, within the State of São Paulo. The interest in this research took place from two reasons: the first because of course taken “Mathematics in Early Childhood Education” and the second stemmed from my professional work in a school for early childhood education. This research is initially composed by bibliographic studies concerning the topic and was grounded in a qualitative interpretive approach, aiming to investigate the psychological process of building space - geometric notions in children. The procedures used in the initial research to collect data were interviews using the method of clinical type and Piagetian tests. Thus allows us to understand the construction of the geometric space by children in their topological, projective and Euclidean relations

Espaço geográfico e educação: um estudo sobre o lugar do Conselho de Escola

In this text, the results of our research on the geographic location and establishing relationships with the School Council. We consider some legal aspects added to the evidence gathered in our experience to check how much the School Council is constituted as a non-state public place. The possibility of setting up this feature to see a meaning whose strength lies precisely in a healthy tension between the state and established community. Here is the legislation of the School Council of Suzano (SP) and some aspects of our experience from the practice of teaching at a school in Rio das Pedras (SP). We see the nature of the legal meaning assigned to this place from the study of law, considering the municipal, regional and federal levels. In the sphere of Geography use the concepts of Space, Place and City, as issues that are dear to that science. We used the concept of Topofilia to see if this particular place is the development of an individual's sense of belonging, and how it unfolds in the dynamic implications of the operation of this instrument of popular participation in the formulation of public policy education. We discussed the elements observed in these experiments to think about the composition of living environments in urban daily life

Espaço fábrica: intervenção em conjunto de antiga indústria de óleos em Bariri - SP

Discussões a respeito de propostas de intervenção em espaços ur-banos que possuem valores culturais para a comunidade têm sido um tema bastante explorado por arquitetos e urbanistas contemporâneos. Muitos são os teóricos que se ocuparam do assunto – as primeiras teorias de restaura-ção do patrimônio arquitetônico construído datam do século 18 – mas, até hoje, não se pôde estabelecer um consenso sobre como se deve ou não proceder na concepção de projetos dessa natureza. Este trabalho trata de um espaço ocioso na área central do municí-pio de Bariri, interior do estado de São Paulo, onde se deram as atividades de uma indústria de óleos vegetais de grande expressão na cidade, entre as décadas de 1960 a 1980. Mesmo depois de a fábrica ter entrado em proces-so de falência, seus equipamentos e edificações permaneceram no terreno, e, até hoje, parte considerável de seu patrimônio construído ainda continua lá. Porém, nunca se deu outro uso para o espaço, sendo que, atualmente, as instalações se encontram em processo de ruína. Sabe-se que áreas desocu-padas inseridas na malha urbana podem levar a uma degradação do espaço, devido à falta do cuidado mantido pela presença humana, causando, diversas vezes, a perda do controle pelo poder público, e incidentes provocados pela falta de segurança. A Indústria Resegue de Óleos Vegetais (IROV) teve considerável importância histórica para o município, sendo um dos maiores símbolos da atividade econômica dos imigrantes sírios na cidade. Foi responsável pelo emprego de muitos trabalhadores e por grande movimentação financeira na época em que esteve em funcionamento. Além disso, seu espaço físico im-ponente está presente no cognitivo da maioria dos habitantes baririenses, compondo, de maneira significativa, a identidade visual de Bariri. Levantamento e análise de estudos de restauração florestal em áreas degradadas no estado de São Paulo

A preocupação com a conservação da cobertura vegetal, já há algumas décadas, tem sido objeto de amplos debates no meio científico, bem como a eficácia dos projetos de reflorestamento com espécies nativas, no estado de São Paulo, considerando-se o contexto histórico sobre questões envolvendo legislação, planejamento e análise de parâmetros ambientais, tendo-se como meta a produção de reflorestamentos de qualidade, procurando garantir a conservação da biodiversidade e a sustentabilidade das florestas implantadas. O presente estudo teve como objetivo a compilação de trabalhos pertinentes à recuperação florestal de áreas degradadas no estado de São Paulo, relatando os modelos implementados, bem como a sua efetividade, no processo de enriquecimento e manutenção da paisagem. Foi dado destaque para as práticas adotadas no processo de restauração da cobertura florestal, sendo agregados comentários respectivos aos componentes do ambiente físico, a estrutura da comunidade vegetal, bem como aos grupos sucessionais de espécies introduzidos. Para isso, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico da literatura produzida nos últimos 15 anos (1999-2013), envolvendo o tema em questão e divulgada em veículos técnico/científicos, tais como as publicadas em anais, sites, periódicos nacionais e internacionais, relatórios técnicos, bem como aquelas apresentadas em eventos científicos. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade da integração entre aspectos teóricos e práticos e o estabelecimento de parâmetros de avaliação e monitoramento que sejam capazes de verificar verdadeiramente a qualidade dos reflorestamentos heterogêneos

This research aims to identify elements that show how management influences and is present in modern Brazilian soccer, the competition and rivalry between the soccer teams, especially in the state of São Paulo, have increased considerably and consequently causing the search for efficiency to advance even more. The research was based on how close a relationship between management and soccer could influence it. Is the management so significant for the outcome of soccer match? The clubs with the best results are always those who apply best management models? Data that enabled the determination of financial indicators was collected from those who are considered the four major clubs in the state of São Paulo (SC Corinthians Paulista, SE Palmeiras, Santos FC and São Paulo FC ). With the data, the indicators and events that occurred with the clubs in the period 2010-2012, it was possible to demonstrate the influence of management in soccer, both good and bad, and see that even with the immediate results that soccer requires, managers should invest in some long-term measures to improve the structure of the clubs they represent
