Gestão ambiental no contexto municipal: o projeto “município verdeazul” em Magda-São Paulo

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo una presentación de políticas públicas ambientales, teniendo como foco el Proyecto “Municipio VerdeAzul” (PMVA), lanzado por la Secretaria de Medio Ambiente del Estado de São Paulo en 2007, que tiene como característica la descentralización y comparte la gestión ambiental con los municipios. De esta manera, como estudio de caso fue realizado un análisis del desarrollo y de los resultados del municipio de Magda-São Paulo en la aplicación de ese proyecto en el año 2010. Para eso, se utilizó una metodología basada, inicialmente en la revisión bibliográfica sobre los temas envueltos, seguida del levantamiento de datos oficiales colectados en trabajo de campo y en sitios de órganos públicos, bien como entrevistas con dirigentes municipales para la realización del análisis e interpretación de esos dados. La investigación permitió concluir que el municipio de Magda obtuvo buenos resultados a partir de la participación en el PMVA, que se presenta como una política pública ambiental estratégica, avanzando en la perspectiva de actuación del poder municipal en la gestión del medioambiente

Projeto de mapeamento do lead time de uma empresa multinacional do ramo sucroalcooleira: estudo de caso

Given the fact that the supply of a product in the correct location and on time, undamaged and correctly billed market requirement becomes framed the present work. Based on a case study, supported in parallel bibliographical references in the literature in a company of sugar and alcohol sector, the survey aims to measure and evaluate the real-time delivery from suppliers in order to ensure the best level of service to the company in question by suppliers, by reducing idle time of delivery, since the control system does not supply the pre-established and / or observed above, thus obtaining a better management and supply of replacement material. To assist the work, developed a project in the company in question in order to analyze and identify applications of concepts of lead time along the supply chain through an exploratory study in order to provide a beneficial outcome to the company through monitoring and performance of its suppliers, which will enable an aid to future decision-making

This paper aims to present the design, development and construction of a reducer / multiplier speeds low cost, sturdy and easy operation. The beginning of the project was given to research on issues related to mechanisms and machine elements, and these theories of fundamental importance in the development of items of equipment which, together with the aid of AutoCAD software, enabled the construction of it. Parallel to the sizing of equipment, were also investigated and taken into account the costs of materials used in the project. Made to mount the reducer / multiplier speeds it was at the evidence through experiments involving the use of torque wrench, tachometer and weights, getting proven applicability in situations that are small or medium loads required

O projeto consiste no desenvolvimento de uma websérie cômica de formato mockumentary baseada na Empresa Júnior de Rádio e TV da UNESP. O projeto conta com: a sinopse da série; perfil dos personagens; sinopses dos cinco episódios da temporada; projeto de quatro programas spin-offs que permeiam a websérie; argumento do piloto; e também roteiro completo do piloto

Pesquisa de genes de resistência do M. tuberculosis a isoniazida e rifampicina por sequenciamento e pela tecnologia de DNA-STRIP

Tuberculose (TB), causada por Mycobacterium tuberculosis, é uma das doenças infecciosas que mais causam mortes. Estima-se que mais de dois bilhões de pessoas estejam infectadas no mundo. O tratamento da TB consite em associação de fármacos, isoniazida, rifampicina, pirazinamida e etambutol, nos primeiros 2 meses e 4 meses de isoniazida e de rifampicina. Internacionalmente, são consideradas cepas multi resistentes (MDR), as que apresentam resistência simultânea a isoniazida e a rifampicina. A rápida detecção de resistência é essencial para o controle e tratamento da TB, reduzindo, assim, o custo do tratamento e a transmissão da doença. Neste projeto, os isolados já identificados fenotipicamente como resistentes a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, foram submetidos ao sequenciamento de Sanger para pesquisa de 3 genes relacionados a resistência a isoniazida (katG, inhA e ahpC) e 1 gene de resistência a rifampicina (rpoB). Foi realizada uma comparação destes genes mutados para a resistência utilizando o novo teste desenvolvido pela Biomérieux, denominado GenoType® MTBDRplus, que se baseia na tecnologia DNA-STRIP. Através deste novo teste, foi observada mutação em 22 isolados clínicos de M. tuberculosis para genes de resistência a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, sendo 4 provenientes do MS e 18 de SP. Já pelo sequenciamento genético foi observada mutação em 24 isolados para genes de resistência a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, sendo 6 provenientes do MS e 18 de SP. Portanto, através do sequenciamento de Sanger, foi possível detectar um número maior de isolados mutados e mais mutações quando comparado ao teste GenoType® MTBDRplus. Isso acontece porque na técnica de sequenciamento, um fragmento do gene como um todo é analisado e no caso do teste GenoType® MTBDRplus, é verificada apenas a ausência ou presença das mutações mais frequentes descritas na literatura, além de não ser analisado o gene ahpC. Projeto de extensão universitária Preserve o Planeta Terra: histórico e benefícios alcançados

Esta pesquisa aborda a temática ambiental como propulsora na formação do sujeito ecológico. Este trabalho teve como objetivo realizar uma trajetória histórica do projeto de Educação Ambiental “Preserve o Planeta Terra” promovendo uma avaliação dos anos, demarcando as tendências e dificuldades alcançados do decorrer da existência do grupo. O projeto é cadastrado via Pró – Reitoria de Extensão Universitária da UNESP de Rio Claro e atua no Núcleo “Arte e Vida”, uma ONG localizada no bairro Jardim Bom Sucesso que atende os membros do próprio bairro e suas proximidades. Para execução desta monografia foi utilizada uma análise documental para mapear a história e as práticas educativas envolvendo as questões ambientais que lá são desenvolvidas. A partir da análise dessa experiência foi proposto encaminhamentos para facilitar o trabalho que lá é desenvolvido por meio de sugestões didático-pedagógicas que contribuam para o fortalecimento das ações educativas da ONG.

The weight of a vehicle has always been considered an extreme important factor, because it interferes in the performance, steering, consume, environmental impact, wear of components, among the others. Because of the new demand, consume reduction aim and gases emission increased the necessity to manufacture lighter vehicles, guaranteeing the complying with the gas emission international law. Besides the legal demand, the low weight will certainly be essential for the competitiveness for the next generation of vehicles. It is with this thinking the composite materials have been introduced in the automobilist industry, because those materials show an excellent relation of strength/weight, providing a reduction of consume and the increase of load capacity. Those factors justify the increase of interest of industry and the necessity of optimization of those materials and of their process. For this research, the field of application will be the Baja SAE Project, a project that is fully developed by engineering students, where they build a prototype single seat, off-road category, for use on hilly slopes with obstacle. This research aims to study two key components of the prototype are made of composite materials, analyzing all the processing. In addition, there is the analysis of the viability of this production parts to a Baja SAE vehicle, in order to increase their performance and reduce their weight without reducing the safety and robustness of the prototype. It was possible to achieve weight reduction of the steering subsystem with manufacturing the flywheel hybrid composite (carbon/glass) and the replacement of SAE 1010 steel by hybrid composite (carbon/aramid) in CVT box. The importance of this study is to obtain a good project for the vehicle of technical and scientific manner, contributing to the know-how to the team and providing a basis for optimization for upcoming projects

Aiming to explain the relation between organizational communication and social accountability, this final project had three main purposes: establish the connection between organizational communication and social accountability, point out and discuss the main strategies in this communication field, and then propose an action plan for Raízen to solve an established problem in one of its factories

This paper presents a study of practices in project management of a college team that participates in Baja SAE competitions. The use of management techniques can deliver benefits to the project in terms of meeting customer needs, use of time and resources and minimization of risks, for example. Should be sought methods and techniques in agreement with the project context and the team that leads it. This paper analyzes a specific case of baja vehicle project management, obtaining data by means of literature research, archival research and interviews with students on the team (structured and unstructured). The study allowed to relate the practices used by the team and to identify possible areas for improvement, based on the literature on project management. There was thus obtained a set of recommendations for the current team, in future initiatives, and to other teams responsible for carrying out similar projects

Expectativas de participantes, professores de educação física e assistentes sociais de um projeto social esportivo de pólo aquático

Currently there are numerous social projects scattered through out the country, including the sport, for the most part, aimed at children and teens considered at social vulnerability. These projects end up having as main guiding sports, these in turn take several purposes, among them, the sport recreation/socialization and professionalization of sport, which often end up being worked disassociated from one of another, forgetting that, in the same place, these different purposes can live therefore are the subjects that give meaning to their practice. In this sense, this research sought to understand the meanings that the participants in a social sports project water polo attribute to the practice. This project happens in a provincial city of São Paulo, serving about 2.300 children and teens and has as main objectives the social inclusion and training of high-performance athlete. The research, qualitative approach was characterized by an exploratory study and used the interview as collection technique. The study included 40 children and adolescents attending the project, as well as two social workers and two physical education teachers that working on the project. The results showed that there is a convergence between participants, teachers and social workers regarding their expectations regarding the project, but we identified another bias that goes against the practice of leisure, in showing that in the same place if can find to the two purposes of the sport, even this

Ensino de português e espanhol em contexto Teletandem: observações acerca de um projeto interinstitucional

Este artículo tiene como objetivo observar cómo estudiantes brasileños de licenciatura, más específicamente, estudiantes de lengua española y portuguesa organizan y ponen en práctica la enseñanza del portugués, en el contexto del TELETANDEM. La intención es comprender (a) cómo son planifi cados los contenidos de la enseñanza de Lengua Portuguesa y (b) ¿Cuál es el impacto de esta práctica a la formación de profesores de portugués y español. Lo principios metodológicos que orientan esta pesquisa están anclados en el marco de la investigación cualitativa, en su vertiente narrativa, basado en los estudios de J. Clandinin y Michael Connelly (1996 ). Los datos obtenidos hasta ahora nos muestran que, debido a la proximidad de las lenguas, este contexto de aprendizaje virtual requiere la presencia de un mediador que señala a los aprendices aspectos que deben ser considerados.
