A investigação apreciativa como metodologia participativa e as suas possíveis interfaces com comunicação organizacional: um estudo de caso na Nutrimental

This work aims to present Appreciative Inquiry as a participative methodology and seeks to establish possible relationships with organizational communication. For this, we make a literature review about topics such as participation, participative planning, appreciative inquiry, it's basic concepts, it's methodology and possibilities. It also presents the fundamental concepts of communication and organizational culture and public relations, searching to highlight the perceived interfaces through the interrelation of concepts, the main references, authors such as Demo (1999), Gandin (1994) Brose (2010), Cooperrider and Whitney (2006), Varona (2004), Bordenave (1999), Kunsch (2002) and Marchiori (2013). In order to verify the applicability of this methodology, this paper also develops a qualitative study, using the technique of indepth research with the first Brazilian organization using Appreciative Inquiry: Nutrimental, a food company. The results of the application of AI in the organization are presented and then seeks to make the possible connections with the concepts of communication and organizational culture

This work deals with the synthesis, spectroscopic characterization of mono and polynuclear Pd(II) compounds obtained from the reaction between [PdCl2(MeCN)2] precursor and imidazolidine-2-thione (L1) and benzimidazoline-2-thione (L2). The interaction between [PdCl2(MeCN)2] and imidazolidine-2-thione, in the 1:2 molar ratio, using MeOH as solvent, yielded compound [Pd2Cl4(L1)4]Cl2 (1) whereas the complex [Pd2Br4(L1)4]Br2 (2) was obtained from the reaction between 1 and Br- ions. Binuclear compounds of general formulae [Pd2(L2)4]X23/2 MeOH {X= Cl-(3), Br-(4)} were synthesized using benzimidazoline-2-thione as ligand, employing the same procedure used in the synthesis of 1 and 2, respectively. The new complexes 1-4 are crystalline, air stable and soluble in methanol and dmso. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, ESI/MS mass spectrometry and thermogravimetry. Coordination of the ligands L1 and L2 via sulphur atom was evidenced by the shift of the CS band (~499 cm-1, 1 and 2; ~620 cm-1, 3 and 4) to lower frequencies in comparison with those found in the free ligands (510 cm-1, L1; 660 cm-1, L2), indicating the weakening of the CS bom after coordination. ESI/EM mass spectra (positive mode) of the complexes 1-4 allowed atribute the molecular formulae [Pd2X4(L1)4]X2 {X= Cl-(1), Br-(2)} and [Pd2(L2)4]X2 {X= Cl-(3), Br-(4)} by the appearance of the peaks at m/z 794,61 [(1) + MeOH]+, m/z 836,77 [(2) - 2H - L1]+, m/z 810 [(3) - 2Cl]+, m/z 810 [(4) - 2Br]+. The TG-DTA curves showed that the complexes 1 and 2 are thermally stable up to 212 and 169º C, respectively, and further decompose to metallic palladium at 527º C (1, obt. 28,46 %; calcd. 27,88%) and 895º C (2, obt. 22,85 %; calcd. 22,62%). A violência familiar sofrida na infância: uma investigação na adolescência

This study aims to highlight the prevalence of situations of domestic violence experienced by adolescents during their childhood. It is cross-sectional study with 372 adolescents enrolled in a vocational training institution, Araçatuba-SP, utilizing the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), translated and validated. Gender and social class were also investigated. According to the results, 180 adolescents were female and 192 were male. The predominant social class was B2 (39.2%). Seventy two percent of teens reported having experienced at least some form of violence during childhood. Mild (28.7%) and moderate (9.2%) emotional abuse were the most prevalently associated, as well as between: physical and emotional violence, physical and sexual, physical and emotional neglect, sexual and emotional abuse, emotional neglect and emotional. Regarding social class, no associations were found. In conclusion, most teens suffered abuse in childhood, with a prevalence of emotional violence.

Redes sociais na Internet: uma investigação sobre práticas de compartilhamento de arquivos no Facebook

The social networking sites have experienced a large and rapid growth in recent years and bring together millions of users in Brazil and worldwide. Such networks allow adding groups of people with common interests or relationships, enabling members of this group to communicate and exchange information. Some social networks have specific goals, for example, aggregate individuals with common interests and professional relationships. However, they all share information in some way, whether in the form of short texts, photos, videos, among others. Sharing information in files is also a growing activity on the Internet and can be done in various ways, from sending files via email to multiple contacts to make available areas shared by the same contacts. However, applications are not yet available to enable file sharing on Facebook, considered the premier social network today. Given the growing demand for sharing files over the Internet, and a large number of users familiar with the use of these integrated applications for Facebook there is a demand for applications that allow users to share files with their contacts in this social network. This study aims to investigate how users use Facebook, and their practices for file sharing. It is believed that the results will substantiate future projects to develop software for file sharing on Facebook. Due to the exploratory nature of this research, the choice was made for a survey to collect data, applied through the web. From the results obtained, was possible to observe a frequent use of file sharing, but no interest in paid services. Regarding Facebook, was possible to observe their extensive use in both the frequency of access as the hours spent, as well as an increased use of applications (games, quiz, etc.). The full set of results shows a favorable environment for developing applications for sharing files on Facebook.

O lugar da psicanálise e a universidade

As a usual practice in society, psychotherapy is considered a normal procedure, but how does it take place in an investigation method of subjectivity in the university? The theory of speech of Lacan helps us to locate a place to psychoanalysis in the university as a language practice in the role of teaching, research and extension (community work). In this sense, the university submits the ideas of conscience to science and material rationality, excluding the individual and the unconscious. The theory of speech helps us to see the difference between the speech the students use and the speech the annalist uses in his practice. The psychoanalysis has its own knowledge based on the unconscious, due to the clinic work precedes as well as the work in university extension (community work). The work of the annalist has his particular world to treat his mane object — the unconscious.
